Fantastic experience: After seeing other physical therapists with no progress, I was skeptical of trying GTC, but I am so glad I did! They had a customized approach to addressing my issue, and for the first time in almost a year, I am able to live an active lifestyle pain free! I cannot recommend GTC enough!

Fantastic experience: Chris Truong was my PT, DPT for my back therapy. Chris was excellent, he truly understands what needs to do be done to resolve the issues that I had. He worked my back in a progession of exercises that were challenging yet acheivable. Each session he ask questions about the pain and and what I was thinking about the progress of our sessions. Chris has a great attitude and really makes one feel very comfortable about what is is doing and the progress that is being made! The staff there was great as well, always willing in any way to help out! I'm very pleased with the service provided at the Greater Therapy Center, it was outstanding!

Fantastic experience: My physical therapy experience at the center on Virginia Parkway was exceptional in every way. Beginning with Kim at the front desk the entire staff is super friendly, professional and supportive. My therapist was Manuel Rangel PT, DPT. I’ve had physical therapy in the past but he is by far the gold standard. Manuel is motivating, encouraging and a genuinely caring man. Feedback from previous sessions is very important to him and he listens carefully, then adjusts the exercises as needed. I began therapy with very little hope of improvement. I completed it last Thursday feeling so much stronger and hopeful and know that I’ll continue to progress with Manuel’s carefully prepared home exercise program. He’s an outstanding therapist and a really great person.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of quality attention I received from the staff. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed going here for physical therapy. The therapists are attentive and adjust your plan according to your progress. The therapists and the clients casually converse which distracts the discomfort of physical therapy. They wipe down the equipment after each use to maintain cleanliness. I have an upcoming procedure and I’ll use them again for my physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was in therapy at Greater Therapy Center's 2309 Virginia Parkway location. I had a great therapy experience. The office was pleasant and everyone was very focused. Kim, the office manager was always pleasant and very helpful even on the busiest days. I worked with Chris and Manuel with Jake assisting. They gave me exercises that helped me fully recover and return to an active lifestyle. I recommend this clinic to everyone who might need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start?! There’s so much I could say about my amazing experience here. This was more than just physical therapy it was a place I genuinely looked forward to going. For about 10 months, I worked with the team, and let me tell you, I did not want to leave. Even during a time when I was out of work, coming in every week became a highlight of my life. I was the jokester of the group, and they always matched my energy. Chris, Jake, and Kim felt like family. We shared so many laughs, stories, and good vibes it never felt like just another appointment. Chris was incredibly thorough and truly dedicated to making sure I was progressing and healing. You can tell he cares about his patients on a deeper level. From check-in to check-out, you will not be disappointed. The energy, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire staff make all the difference. I honestly wish I could stay just for the fun and connection (not the injury, of course) But if I ever do need PT again, there’s no question where I’m going. If you’re looking for a place that values you, makes you feel comfortable, and actually makes recovery enjoyable this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: This place is professional from the front office to the therapists. They helped me recover from a severe situation. I started therapy in May not even being able to stand up from a chair without struggling, to being able to complete 15 minute rotations involving carrying a 25 pound weight, marching with the same weight and then doing half pushups. I just finished my last session this week. I am forever grateful for this place. They were constantly asking what my personal goals were and then tailoring where possible for me to achieve my goals. I FULLY recommend them if you are needing their services.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive about physical therapy because I had a bad experience the last time I had it due to feeling like the therapist just put me in a one size fits all program. This was not the case at all this time. Kim was very friendly and organized in the front office and Chris and his staff were also kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and every exercise I did was to address my issue - I could tell because I started getting better so quickly. The center is calm so its easy to focus on working hard and utilizing your time there most efficiently! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing awesome PT!

Fantastic experience: My mom recently had both sides knee surgery, and we were looking for a good place for her to receive rehabilitation. Thankfully, we met a physical therapist named Chris. He was incredibly kind during the treatment, and most importantly, he was highly skilled, which greatly improved my mom's knee. Everyone working at this place was very friendly. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here with PT. I have done PT before, but this out stood all the other places. Every time I went in everyone was kind. They are truly there for the best of the patient. I felt heard about my injury and my therapist was sympathetic to my needs. The staff was fun and took time to personally connect with you to have conversations while you did your therapy exercises. It makes time go fast and you are not board thinking about how much time you have left.

Fantastic experience: was very happy with my experience. they were very helpful setting appointments that worked for my schedule . they didn't push to hard but made sure you were making progress on your therapy. the work that was given for home worked as well. now that my therapy with them is over I feel good about doing the work that was given to me to do at home I feel that I will continue to get better. they were all so nice every time I was there.

Fantastic experience: The Team at GTCPTM is outstanding. Honestly, I was not looking forward to PT, but now that my 40 sessions are over, I actually miss this as a part of my weekly routine. The staff is friendly, professional, and were instrumental in me being able to use my shoulders again. I could not have asked for a better team, a better atmosphere, or location. I highly recommend Chris and the rest of the team. I went dreading PT and left missing PT and the friendships I have made.

Negative experience: I had good PT. The therapist did not make any personal connection or interested in continual medical test on nerve damage.

As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by Kim, who is incredibly friendly and will handle all the heavy lifting when it comes to calling the insurance company and checking your coverage. Chris and his team (Jake and Mia) are amazing! They're very caring and will give you their undivided attention during your appointment, while also pushing you to get to the next level in your recovery. I really appreciate how they thoroughly clean and sterilize everything after each patient uses it. I visited them for the first time the day after having a full knee replacement, and by my last visit, I was ready to return to my regular routine and enjoy my hobbies, such as dancing! Without a doubt, it's the best physical therapy center in McKinney and the surrounding areas! :)

To be greeted with a warm and cheerful hello by Kim, at the front desk, sets the tone for each session. The entire staff is friendly, most helpful and Rachel Zilka, the PT, is extremely knowledgeable and competent, as is Jake, her assistant. The facility is very clean and the equipment is sanitized immediately after each use. I am more than satisfied with the exceptional service and care that I receive. Fantastic experience: Following bilateral knee replacement I went to GTCPT in McKinney for rehab. Bethany was my PT and she did a fantastic job of communicating the process, encouraging me along the way, and holding me accountable. On June 21, 2022 I had both knees replaced. 5 weeks and 1 day later I played a round of golf. I attribute a good portion of my rapid progress to Bethany and GTCPT. I recommend her to you without any reservation.

Fantastic experience: I have been having therapy for two plus months now at Greater Therapy following a total hip replacement. This is my second time at this facility with the first being about 10 years ago, for another problem. When asked by my doctor where I wanted to go, post surgery, I emphatically answered I wanted to return to GT. By my therapist, Bethany, I receive the best care, excellent communication on what my goals are, how to achieve them in the best possible therapeutic experience so I can lead a more productive life. I highly recommend GT not only being a patient, but also as a nurse, with a background in rehabilitation. All the staff are outstanding, personable and attentive. Kudos to all! Addendum: I had another surgery in December and continued on with therapy until last week. 40 visits total. I continued to have excellent care and am kind of sad I won’t be visiting GT for therapy. Excellent physical therapy center and highly recommend!

Such a sweet guy and cared so much about his patients. Every single person that works at the Mckinney Greater Therapy Center are the best. They act like they have known you for years from day 1. Will be seeing Collin again as my hip replacement surgery is scheduled for January and I don't want any other therapist.

After several weeks of gentle exercises, guided by Collin and his staff , I am able to resume all of my normal activities without pain or medication ! Fantastic experience: The GTC McKinney team is amazing! Collin was my physical therapist for post ankle surgery and continuing treatment for nerve complications. Collin listened and observed every step of the way while making adjustments to my treatment using out of the box logic and his expansive knowledge. He pushes you when you need it and backs off when the struggle is real. Collin has great bedside manner. All PT assistants were very helpful and friendly while keeping me on track. Kim in the front office always greeted me with a smile and provided wonderful answers to any scheduling/billing questions that I had. Fantastic experience: I finished my 17th therapy session this morning (11/10/21) following a fall a few months ago that fractured and broke my left arm and shoulder joint in three places. Bethany, the Clinic Manager, took excellent care of me from Day 1! Trisha and Tori assisted her in the best possible way, caring for my every need as I worked to regain healing and motion. Kim, the Office Manager, was the reason I chose this therapy center...she was my third call and answered with a friendly and helpful voice, answering every question perfectly and assisting me each time I entered. If a need occurs, I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: When I first went in, I had so many issues. Weak muscles, hurt shoulders and arms and a pain in my shoulder. After a few months of working with the therapist, I noticed that I had more strength in my shoulders, arms, knees, thighs, hips and calves - really my whole body. I no longer have pain and there is so much more I could do now. He even gave me stretch exercises I can do to continue strengthening. He taught me how to use bands and weights and showed me which areas to use them on. Thank you Mr. Collins for being my physical therapist - I couldn't have had a more loving and caring physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I just finished up a round of therapy here and while I do have glowing things to say, the biggest recommendation I can give is to simply say that this was my fifth time to do physical therapy here. Not sure what that says about my graceful athleticism, but it says a lot that I will keep going here to be put back together. The staff is excellent - very knowledgeable, helpful, and gentle. An impressive team, head Physical Therapist Collin B., the other Physical Therapist Collin C., Tricia and intern Kayla, along Administrative Assistant Kim, have the perfect combination of anatomy/physiology, physical therapy procedures and techniques knowledge use in collaboration with each other to help formulate the best plain of treatment for each patient for the best outcome. Add phenomenal personal and social skills to help patients and loved ones accompanying patients feel at easy to be themselves, trust their physical therapist, feel happy and confident while performing the exercises, which makes them want try harder and do their best. It is not easy to get anyone to work through pain, but this crew works their magic and usually convince their patients to try harder. It might seem to you that I was just an observer. I was a patient. I serviced 21 years in the USAF. 15 years as a mid-level medical provider. I was always essential to have a great physical therapy team to get our airmen, sailors, soldiers, and marine back to the full physical condition and sometime back to being productive civilian. As a civilian, Physician Assistant, an old injury resurfaced with complications and sent the last 11 months with group. I came to believe in them, and they believed in me. They had to get me thought some ruff spots. I told Collin B., my ortho doc had strongly suggested a 3rd surgery in a 4-month period. Then I told him, I did not want to do it, that I could do better to get better. He looked to me and they all went to work help me do better and get better. I did not have the surgery. I’m at 98% range of motion and 80% strength. I graduated and I’ll be at 100% strength in 3 weeks. They helped my beat the odds. They gave me a future to retain my livelihood and wellbeing. How do you repay someone for that? Thank you, God bless you.

Appointments were well scheduled so that I never had to wait to be seen. The center was clean and spacious with adequate equipment for every need. I came here after shoulder surgery. Collin Brown was my therapist and I cannot say enough about him. He was so encouraging and he knew just how far to push me along and when to hold back. I am so grateful to him and the techs that assisted him. This was my 2nd rodeo with shoulder surgery - my other shoulder was injured in a car accident years ago. Fantastic experience: The clinic is clean, tidy, and just the right size so as not to be overwhelming. I never had to wait for my appointment. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I am very grateful to my physical therapist, Collin, for helping me recover from a painful shoulder issue. He provided excellent therapy and directions as I worked out. He also provided printed guidelines with directions so I can continue therapy at home on my own. I have been able to return to normal life at almost at 100%. I definitely will miss the staff and the therapy. I particularly liked the smaller setting for this Therapy Center and would highly recommend this Greater Therapy Center. Thank you, Collin, and your staff.

Fantastic experience: Believe it or not I loved going to PT and Bethany is such an awesome therapist! The staff are all so friendly & welcoming. I felt like I was having my therapy in my own home. I wish I didn't "graduate" but don't think my insurance will cover!!!

Fantastic experience: I just completed physical therapy for an injury to my foot and ankle. This was my first time for PT and I had no idea what to expect. I feel extremely fortunate that I wound up here. Everyone is knowledgeable, organized, friendly and always on time. I always felt safe and secure with Collin and others who led me through the exercises and made sure I was doing them in the proper form.. I made great progress am extremely pleased. Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful! Everyone is helpful & friendly. Kim was my wrist therapist. She really helped me over a period of weeks with exercises (at the center & home) to get my left wrist back to where it should be. She was honest about what I should be able to do & what not to do too soon. I was well prepared for my right wrist surgery. I always liked their departing ‘Have a greatER day’!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and skilled staff! I did physical therapy here 3x a week for more than two months following a tendon transfer/replacement surgery on my thumb. Kim was my therapist and she was very knowledgable. I wasn't sure how well I'd ever be able to use my thumb again, but thanks to her help I feel very confident now and I'm at least 80% back to full use, with the remainder coming every day. She really knows her stuff and is a pro at all things hand-related, based on both myself and how I saw her helping other patients as well. I definitely rate my experience as "thumbs up" (pun intended)!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is incredibly professional and dedicated to my individual recovery plan. I kept the same trainer (Bethany) the entire course of my recovery, and she was very attentive to understanding my physical challenges; her guidance has been significant in maintaining my day-to-day recovery. I highly recommend this facility for their scheduling flexibility, location, and personal attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: After a complete repair of my Achilles, I was sent for PT at Greater Therapy. Bethany and the entire team were top notch, working with my work schedule and being available when I needed to make changes to my appointments. The PT was top notch, always pushing just enough to make sure I was stretching and getting the muscles and Achilles back in shape, but never turning the sessions into torture. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this professional team.
