Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience regarding my therapy with Shawn Daniel. My injuries went back to 1962 and working against odds, he tried therapy to give me relief. He cared and tried numerous exercises to help. He took a human interest in me.

Fantastic experience: I came to BSWPT hoping to find an alternative to back surgery for my pain, herniated discs and spinal compression. Dr. Shawn is my therapist and he is very professional and knowledgeable about how to treat my condition. He shows me exercises I can do at home. He developed a plan that emphasizes therapeutic stretching and decompression exercises. I highly recommend BSWPT .

I always leave my sessions feeling encouraged and cared for. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and well-being, Shawn is the one! Front desk staff are also amazing. They welcome you with great energy and friendly smiles.

Fantastic experience: While I don’t love that I need to do PT, I do think highly of this facility. My therapist, Carson, is great. He listens and pushes me. The other doctors seem really good too, but he’s the only one I’ve worked with. The front office staff is friendly.

Fantastic experience: I went to PT as a last resort to help with leg pain. I was very skeptical about physical therapy. I was schedule with McKenna. She listened to my concerns after my first visit I felt relief. Prior to going to PT I had pain in my leg all day taking Tylenol to get through my everyday task. Now my pain has been reduced significantly I could go all day without taking any medication. McKenna has been so kind and caring. I am very grateful that she was my physical therapist and I would highly recommend this facility. Also, front desk staff is so nice and cheerful! I have yet to see them on a bad day.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend BSW Pt and Rehab on Hardin and Eldorado. I have used them 3 different times and they have been great! The front desk receptionists were always friendly and helpful and made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Matthew Dunn was my therapist last session and did a great job designing a therapy program to meet my needs. I have worked with two other therapists there who were also really good and have even had a successful televisit. Highly recommend this Rehab.

Fantastic experience: Baylor Scott & White Rehab has been wonderful while going through my physical therapy. Mark Kendall (PT) has been instrumental in helping me as we went through this together. While the idea of going through PT virtually might sound daunting, Mark has shown patience, kindness and understanding while helping to explain what all we would be doing, and the work has shown. The pain in my shoulder has decreased significantly and my range of movement has improved quite a bit. Mark is to be commended for his work, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of assistance, either in person or virtually.

I have also had the benefit of physical therapy services at various locations. Baylor Scott and White Rehab, Eldorado, offers a welcoming atmosphere for all ages and stages. Mark Kendall in particular has been skilled and professional in helping me resolve my current knee injury. He was thoughtful in developing a therapy plan and has further demonstrated his skill and knowledge as that plan has needed revisions to accommodate my specific needs. I highly recommend this facility and the therapists.

Fantastic experience: BS&W Rehab in McKinney is the best Rehab place I have ever gone to! Starting with the front desk staff they are so friendly greeted me by name when I walked in. They took care of all my insurance, schedule changing appointments etc., I can't say enough good things about them. My particular PT Lance Russ was skilled and professional in helping me recover from a serious injury. I tore my hamstring completely off my pelvis. Lance worked with me for 2 months and I'm feeling great. Lance was always caring and making sure I was progressing in my recovery. I owe it to him and my surgeon that I'm walking with both legs today and every day I have gotten better. Thanks Lance for all you did for me.

Fantastic experience: Mark Kendall takes time to ask detailed questions about the patients recovery process, any limitations or issue with scheduled rehabilitation. Mark makes additional recommendations for therapy at home. He takes personally the complete and full recovery/function of the patient through his training and guidance.

From the support staff at the front desk to the dedicated physical therapist, the goal to help you is evident in the way they work with patients to reduce pain and discomfort while improving mobility. My physical therapist, Wendy Davidson, has done a remarkable job to help me strengthen my lower back muscles and improve my mobility while improving some neck issues. It is refreshing to see the way the physical therapist patiently work together as a team. I would highly recommend the rehab center if you are searching for help.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here after my shoulder surgery. The staff are extremely polite and flexible. The therapists are attentive and listened closely to what I felt like I couldn't do, but knew I needed to push myself to do anyway. They paid close attention to make sure that I didn't injure myself, and gave me excellent instruction for my home exercises. I highly recommend this facility if you ever need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have used this facility several times for rehabilitation following injuries and surgeries. Carrie Rutledge is an excellent physical therapist. She is also is an excellent listener. She is attentive to all patients individually. She is serious about the journey of recovery and yet kind and empathetic during the tough times and always encourages her patients throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Fantastic experience: The Physical Therapists, Carrie Rutledge and Kaci Stafford, are my angels! They have helped me with various issues over the past several years, including diagnosing and treating severe nerve pain that chiropractors, massage therapist, and General Practice Physicians did not solve. I am currently seeing them for pain in both shoulders and my knees. Once again the pain has been significantly mitigated in the first two weeks. It is hard to overstate the kindness and compassion these professionals offer to their patients! They are truly angels desguised as Physical Therapists!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have used BAYLOR Physical therapy. I'm now using the new location on Eldorado Parkway (at Hardin) Matt, the manager and lead therapist, makes scheduling easy and the results are exceeding expectations. Another side note, their billing department is always helpful and friendly. My wife and I are both using Baylor and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The practitioners here are fantastic! I am so happy I chose this practice for my physical therapy (I had knee surgery for a meniscus repair.) The staff is patient centered, very knowledgeable, and fun to work with. You will feel that you are in good hands. With physical therapy I have quickly regained strength and range of motion.
