I still have a way to go, but know things will all work out!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am for each and every staff member here. I walked (more like hobbled) into Vista four months ago with continuous knee pain. After working with Kerstin these last four months, my knee pain diminished. I am beyond grateful for each and every visit I had and Kerstin’s continuous support, kindness, and attention to detail. She and the other staff have given me pain free walks with my boyfriend, pain free shifts at work, pain free drives to who knows where, and pain free workouts at the gym. Vista has given me back my pain free life. I 100% recommend this establishment to anyone with pain. They are going to treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. Fantastic experience: Vista Physical Therapy is an excellent place to receive physical therapy. They are good with the young patients that are trying to get back in condition to play their favorite sport and older patients that are trying to improve their mobility. In the last six years I have had a shoulder replaced and each knee replaced. I was fortunate enough to have Heather Rochelle Rudd as my physical therapist. Heather is an excellent therapist and does a splendid job managing the Vista location at 1101 Raintree Circle in Allen. The staff at this location really cares about their patients well being and does an excellent job with the physical therapy but also getting the patients in the right mind set. I will be back the next time I need therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to physical therapy for 2 and a half months now and at my wife's suggestion I chose Vista Physical Therapy in Allen. The entire staff there is top notch and they really focus on you the patient and getting you to the forward progress so you can reach the end result goal you have. They're extremely professional and know exactly what you need and how to motivate you enough to get you there. I was lucky enough to get "David" as my personal therapist and trust me, he's very good at his job. And has been there with me every step of the way to instruct me, encourage me and even push me when needed. If you're in need of any physical therapy you should really check out Vista Physical Therapy. They will be there for you to get you where you want and need to be in your recovery.

No one looks forward to Physical Therapy, but when you need it, the Vista Allen crew is the best!

Fantastic experience: I'm free pain and also I have recovered completely my mobility on my hips after 2 years looking and trying different places for treatment , but since FIRST DAY HERE I could feel confidence that this is going to be good. Diane Gordon PT Made me feel that she understood my pain and did a routine for me that week by week we build up more strength in those muscles and now I'm back in track running !!! Also the complete staff are very caring .Love them THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been in physical therapy with Lauren for over a year. Lauren listens to my daughter with such care and work closely on her problem areas. She is very flexible and works with our schedule. Very knowledgeable and patience with her patients and parents. Front desk staff is great as well. Cheerful all the time. Fantastic experience: After my Anterior cervical spine dissection's and fusion (ACDF) surgery I was referred to Vista Physical Therapy-Allen at Rain tree circle. My very first contact was with Heather Rochelle Rudd who very patiently evaluated and scheduled me twice a week sessions. These are my personal observations and Opinions. 1. when you enter the office you are greeted with very kind and courteous staff with genuine smile and eager to help. 2. Then they have work sheet on individual patient and a PT Tech comes to you and get you started with various exercises. The best part of this place is that they have ample staff on the floor. so no patient is confused what they will be doing next. 3. The interactions between Therapist and patients and PT Teck are professional and extremely friendly. Ms. Heather has made Teamwork in an organization is like performing a piece of Music Each employee works as member of world-class Orchestra - every note perfectly timed in synchronized harmony.

Fantastic experience: Worked with Heather, Juan and Tim for the last 5 months and couldn't have found a better group to recover from an injury with. They showed the utmost care and patience with me and my progress throughout and there wouldn't have been a better group I'd rather have gone through another round of surgery recovery with if I had to do it all again. Fantastic experience: I had an incredible rehab experience at Vista Physical Therapy. My Physical Therapist Dr. Lauren Ruhnke was always encouraging and pushed me to my limits without ever pushing past my limits after double hip surgery. Lauren and the entire team were fantastic. After playing hockey my entire life and having to do physical therapy multiple times over the years, this was by far my best experience. Not only would I go back again after any injury but highly recommend to anyone else looking for physical therapy treatment.

Fantastic experience: I “blew out” both my knees (ACL’s & MCL’s) in a skiing accident three months ago. I had a great orthopedic surgeon, but without a great physical therapist, the surgical skills and talent would be for naught. That’s why I chose to drive from west Plano to Allen and pass no less than 30 PT facilities to see Lauren Ruhnke at Vista Physical Therapy-Allen. Lauren has an organized plan of progressive exercises and therapies to help me achieve my goal of skiing again in January and I am well on my way. Lauren is experienced with patients needing physical therapy for multiple repaired and replaced tendons. My surgeon thinks I’m a superstar with my progress, and although I am doing the hard work, I credit Lauren with her knowledge, skill, motivation and friendliness. Also, it’s been a while since I’ve seen staff members interact as a cohesive team who enjoy working together, making for a happy atmosphere. I feel welcome from the moment I walk in, when Lucy, Madison and Ashton greet me by name. Every one of the Techs, Tim, Juan, and Tessa, are professional and friendly as they help ready the equipment for my use. If you’re ready to do the work, Vista Physical Therapy-Allen has what it takes to get you back to doing what you love doing.

Fantastic experience: My review of the Clinic and Dr. Lauren Ruhnke's care: I had two total shoulder replacements in last 6 months, I have greatly appreciated the expertise and care I received from the Vista Allen Clinic in rehabbing both "new" shoulders. I found Dr. Ruhnke to be a delightful, extremely competent young doctor that took keen interest in curing whatever was aching in my shoulders over the past 6 months, and I also enjoyed rehabbing with her team (Greg, Maddie, Charlie) while engaging in the rigorous workouts prescribed at the sessions. The entire crew at the clinic has been great to work with, and I highly recommend the Allen Vistra location for your physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: I have gone here twice before for PT. Once for a rib contusion and then again for PT on my knee after surgery. Both times, I received top notch care and treatment for both injuries. I highly recommend anyone to go here to get therapy. Entire staff is friendly and there therapists know exactly what you need to help you recover. I am currently going there for muscle strain on my other leg twice a week. They give you a printed out form for showing home exercises you need to do daily to help you recover from your injury.

Fantastic experience: I recently tore my hamstring & was referred to Vista Physical Therapy by my doctor. Brittany at the front desk is always very kind & makes checking in & out very easy. Lauren, my PT is phenomenal. She’s been very patient with me throughout the process & has educated me each step of the way. Negative experience: Waiting 30 minutes sitting in front of reception desk and nobody acknowledge me during check in. There was someone sitting at desk.

They do every thing possible to get you back 100% and are extremely friendly. If you need therapy, you will not find a better facility than Vista Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Front desk was always friendly; and Lauren, my PT, was great. I have a wound on my ankle, and last week she noticed it had become really inflamed. Of course, the last thing you want with a knee replacement is for infection to go to your knee. She immediately went and called my surgeon. And by that evening I was on an antibiotic. I am very grateful Lauren picked up on that. Charlie, a PT tech, always noticed if I looked a bit bewildered about where to go next and was always right there to help. Such a nice and caring guy. My husband has knee replacement surgery next week and will definitely go to Vista for his outpatient therapy. So yes ... 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Had ACL reconstruction and went to 12+ sessions. Staff was very knowledgeable, punctual and I made steady and visible process . Tyler was great and listened to my questions and pushed me just enough. He also gave me "homework" and tips for when I wasn't able to be onsite. Would recommend to anyone and would use again.

Fantastic experience: Rehab...physical therapy I was quite reluctant. I tore my patella tendon so I couldn't walk at all without a brace. I was, quite frankly, scared of what I was walking into (no pun intended). The staff is so caring. They are 110% lets get you better. They are light hearted but at the same time.....come on.....ten more reps....you CAN DO IT. Its wonderful to have snow.....its great! Who knew we were gonna have this much snow this year. I think its a good thing....wink

Fantastic experience: Of all physical therapy facilities that I’ve been to, and believe me, I’ve been to a few, Allen Sports and Spine has been the most productive and pleasant of all. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant, from the techs to the lead therapists; even the front desk folks are cheerful and helpful. I can’t recommend it too highly.

My wonderful and amazing therapist, Heather, put together a masterful personalized plan for my recovery following knee replacement surgery. She is helping me tremendously to regain strength and agility, and I am able to do things I never thought I could. Fantastic experience: Super treatment by staff and administration. First I was treated for neck and shoulder pain. I knew that I had a deteriorating neck and was concerned that I was on my way to a third neck fusion. After three or four weeks, my neck was able to turn again with no or mild discomfort. Later I injured my back after surgery fusing three lower disc. It is much better after physical therapy, and I have a workout plan that strengthens my core and precludes pain. It works.. This has not always been the case. I highly recommend Allen Sports and Spine Care. My doctor was impressed at my last physical.

Fantastic experience: Super professional, friendly, and effective. The entire staff works to get you back to 100% ASAP. Our PT, Amelia, met with our son to determine a course of treatment. Each successive appointment improved his performance. In addition, they always kept the appointment time, unlike many doctors/medical offices. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Allen Sports Physical Therapy for my 2nd back surgery ( L4/L5 spinal fusion) by a past client. James and his staff worked out a custom therapy program to get me back and ready to take a physical agility test for my job at a MAJOR North Texas Fire Department. I went from walking with a cane to almost a full 5K jog in 8 weeks. Respectfully, honest, caring, and up most true professionals. I could have not ask for a better quality of care. Thank you James .

Fantastic experience: Previously had a great experience with Dr. Middlebrooks's treatment of my shoulders, so when I suffered bilateral quadriceps tendon ruptures, I returned to this facility without question. Dr. Middlebrooks had moved his practice to Anna, so I was assigned Dr. Rochelle, whose ministrations entirely live up to the same high standards of excellence. She is kind, competent, faithful, diligent, even creative in developing a program for the patient's recovery. This is a difficult injury from which to recover, and requires discerning application of exercises to achieve maximal progress without risk of injury. This she has done for me, with progress so far exceeding the surgeon's expectations. She's easy to trust; one feels one's found a friend. I don't think there's room for "better". The owner and the staff are cut from the same cloth; there is a unity of concern and respect for the patient and his/her time as well as physical welfare. Insurance and scheduling are handled conveniently and with transparency. Everyone is pleasant. You're safe here.

Fantastic experience: Injury: Turf Toe Repair Age: 17 Sport: Basketball I attended Allen Sports and Spine Care after having a season ending injury to my foot. The team at Allen Sports and Spine Care always had a smile on their face and the assistants were always on top of things and helping out. I would recommend this place to anyone with an injury because of the incredible and person help I received. I cannot imagine my rehab happening anywhere else and I am truly thankful.

Fantastic experience: Speaking from previous experience at other rehab clinics, this facility deserves 10 Stars! The staff is great...from the front desk, to the techs, to the therapists. My physical therapy has been a 'hands on approach' 100% of the time, respectful in every way possible, and most important to me...Mr. James Lewis really listens to what I am saying. When injured, rehab is not fun; however I know they are dedicated to my healing process. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! I messed up my back snowboarding out in California and when I came home, this was my first spot that I stopped at. Great customer service at the front desk everything was explained thoroughly and my insurance concerns were put at ease. I will definitely come back here in the future instead of going to my local chiropractor. My back is already starting to feel better!

Fantastic experience: I recently 'graduated' from PT, thanks to Dr. Snow and her team of Chris and Taylor. When I first started, I was skeptical how much improvement I would get after PT. But Dr Snow was excellent in helping me with the PT exercise - keeping track with what needed tweaking and adding levels and exercises. Chris and Taylor were awesome in assisting me with my exercises, moving to the next step, can't thank them enough. Not to forget - hygiene- as soon as a table cleared up, it was wiped down and pillow cases set to wash - cannot tell you how much I appreciate this. (never smelt sweat like a gym) Overall, kudos to Dr. Snow, she really knows what she is doing, and thanks to Chris and Taylor. I am already recommended this to my friends needing PT. Thank you for helping me with my Slip Disc issues!

Fantastic experience: Allen Sports and SpineCare is by far the best facility with excellent staff in our area. Our daughter was treated here for about 3 months and she received excellent treatment and care. The caring team is led by super compassionate and highly skilled Ms. Diane who sets a positive & friendly tone for the facility. The patient is educated, informed and supported throughout the entire process. Ms. Diane's love for her patients shines through and through and it's hard not to feel a little sad leaving this place.
