Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Marraffa and Tarin. He takes his time, asks lots of questions to make sure your issues are getting resolved. Tarin demonstrates the exercises to make sure you’re using the proper technique once you go home. You won’t find better care in McKinney.

Dr. Hofman actually helped me pinpoint an even deeper issue I needed to look into, while Rob was always very informative and encouraging with the exercise/strengthening side. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about the care my family has received from Dr. Maraffa at the McKinney, TX Airrosti location. We trust him completely! When my daughter injured her ankle during dance, we called Dr. Maraffa right away! Not only is he incredibly personable and approachable, but he also took the time to explain her injury in a way that she could understand. He taught her about the anatomy of her ankle, which really empowered her to take an active role in her recovery. Thanks to his guidance and treatment, her ankle is healing faster than we ever expected. I highly recommend Dr. Maraffa and his team for anyone dealing with a similar injury!

Fantastic experience: The Airrosti treatment will pleasantly surprise you if you have had a negative experience or feel like me about visiting a chiropractor. Not the conventional treatment of popping the neck and cracking the back. How wonderful I feel following my treatment with Dr. Maraffa that it is difficult for me to put in words. His attention to minute details of my pain and his knowledge and experience helped to ease my suffering. Until I observed myself walking up to my house on the Ring camera, I was unaware of the extent of my pain and the poor state of my posture. However, there has been a significant improvement since my fourth session. The customer service is exceptional. Before I checked in, I was called back for treatment; I have not had to wait in the lobby for any of my appointments. Tarin's prescribed exercises have strengthened my back and core and are highly effective. My advice is not to walk around in agony; instead, schedule a visit and get the assistance you need. Fantastic experience: I feel that I owe Airrosti a Virginia pkway Mckinney Tx: huge shout out for such a great experience every visit and teach me more exercises that I can do to strengthen my core and glutes. Dr. Maraffa listens to what I need help with and address it. My carpal tunnel symptoms have been *1 to 0 Very pleased with my progress and with their treatment strategy. Very different from the usual physical therapy experiences that i have had before. Amazing doc and therapist. I definitely recommend them every chance I get to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try Arrosti after a friend had success with her neck injury. I had been nursing a "frozen shoulder" for over a year and it had flared up again after a fall on the tennis court. I saw Dr Heather Hoffman and she was fabulous! She spent time with me explaining the anatomy of the shoulder and determined I may have something more than a frozen shoulder. She treated me and sent me to Rob, the movement specialist who was just as professional and knowledgeable. The second visit when there was no improvement, Dr. Hoffman suggested I go back to my shoulder ortho and get an MRI. I did. I was diagnosed with a SLAP tear and received a PRP injection on 8/6/2024, hoping this will heal my labrum tear. Dr. Hoffman was available by phone during the whole time and gave me her professional opinion of PRP vs. surgery. I greatly appreciate her direction in my care and her honesty in my treatment plan. If you are struggling with any medical conditions, I would highly recommend Airrosti McKinney to assess your needs. The are caring and honest. You can't find that everywhere!

Fantastic experience: They were great at using pressure point therapy and teaching me physical therapy exercises that I could do at home. My rotator cuff was causing a lot of discomfort throughout the day and now it is rare.

Fantastic experience: Saw improvement almost immediately. Dr. Hofman was great. They listened and adjusted the exercises when I started having different pains. I will definitely be back in the future.

Negative experience: Airrosti is the only "chiropractic" care offered on my son's healthcare plan. Even though the doctors are all doctors of chiropractic, they DO NOT do adjustments. I just got off of the phone with their corporate office and was told this. The gal told me that it is up to the DC as to whether or not they will do adjustments, and this location does not. They really need to remove Airrosti from "chiropractic" care on insurance websites. Every chiropractor I have ever been to does adjustments. Now, my son will have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. :-(

Fantastic experience: Dr. Maraffa was the best! He worked with me, hoping that I could avoid surgery on my elbow. When it became apparent that I would indeed need to have the surgery, he was there supporting me before and then after surgery, helping me to work through my recovery. I would recommend him to friends and family alike. He’s a really, really nice guy on top of all that.

Fantastic experience: I have had herniations and lower back problems for the past 30 years. Dr. Maraffa worked his magic in February of 2022 and relieved my debilitating pain in 3-weeks. Words cannot describe what he has done for me. I'm able to hold my children without pain. I play 6+ games of softball per week without pain. He is amazing and I would strongly recommend anyone who has issues with any part of their body to go and see him. It will change your life as well. All you have to do is try it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Maraffa is beyond exceptional. He takes great care to determine the actual root cause of pain and treats it at that level, not just the symptoms. I had plantar fasciitis for 3 years and tried every shoe, brace, arch, PT and even surgery. None worked. When I found Dr Maraffa, my pain was gone in a few short weeks! I have gone back for every ailment since then and will recommend them over and over again!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Keith Maraffa, DC and Whitney Smith, Certified Recovery Specialist are the BEST! I have dealt with a variety of spinal issues from head to tail for years. I’ve completed multiple rounds of physical therapy, had injections and procedures at pain clinics, and undergone neck surgery. The surgery was successful at treating a structural issue, but the spasms afterward were severe and ongoing. I found Airrosti in McKinney a year after my surgery and subsequent physical therapy. I was still struggling quite a lot with spasms and getting back into full gear. Well, problem solved! They knew exactly what to do to help me and it didn’t take long. I wouldn’t hesitate to schedule again the minute I start to hurt. Besides being highly competent and skilled, they are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Fantastic experience: Excellent job done. The whole team including Dr. Hofman and Rob knew what they were doing. Found the reason for my discomfort and treated it to the extent that I was very satisfied. I had the feeling that I have to live with my condition for life or at least for a long long time but they helped me to overcome the problem with over 70% that was well over my expectation and I'm happy to know that it could be resolved totally in few months. I will definitely recommend them and am so happy that my PCP referred me to them. It's a great relief.

From the person that answers your call to schedule your first appointment to the staff that you deal with week to week on location. 100% great experience. As for the actual treatment and rehab- staff is experienced, knowledgeable and determined to get you right. I had a considerable amount of pain in both shoulders.. The difference after the first treatment was amazing and it continued to improve week over week. Will definitely be going back if any other issues arise and recommending to friends/ family if they have any needs.

I appreciated that they understood how busy my life is and gave me a treatment plan that I could stick to and fit into my schedule. I had 3 appointments and my pain went from a daily level of 9 to a 2 in that short amount of time! I came to them barely able to walk without pain to being able to get around with no pain by the time I was discharged! I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hoffman and Rob are fantastic! I love Dr. Hoffmann’s approach. She’s very thorough in her assessment, evaluation, and treatment of your issues. She explains things well. Rob also is very nice and patient at making sure you know how to do your customized exercises correctly. I’ve had pain injections in the past, but Airrosti’s conservative measures helped me more. I’ve been to other chiropractors, but never had this kind of relief and attention.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this Airrosti location and our experience over the last few months. My volleyball playing daughter had complained about knee pain off and on for a few weeks so I finally took her in. Dr. Hofman was amazing and was able to get to the root of the problem and together with Rob developed a quick and effective treatment plan. Fast forward a few weeks later and my daughter began having foot pain in the middle of a tournament. We went to an orthopedist for X-rays and when they determined it was tendonitis and required PT, we turned again to Airrosti. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Airrosti. I am 40 with 4 small children and plantar fasciitis was starting to make me feel a little hopeless about a normal life of activities with them. In just a few weeks there was a big difference in my level of pain and the activities I was able to do. At the same time my mom was going to a different office for her back. She was in extreme pain after 5 fractures in her back had been sealed with cement. She is now back to living normally. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about using them.

Fantastic experience: Working with the team over just a few visits I was able to get full mobility back in my shoulder. The process and exercises are developed to get you going again as quickly as possible. Now after several weeks I am still pain free and doing the activities they trained me to do.

She also works closely with Rob who is a rehab specialist with utmost attentiveness to custom provides exercises to help heal. They will assess along the way if the PT is working or not. Fantastic experience: Very happy with the results! They advertise that they can fix most issues within three visits. I was exceptionally pessimistic about that based on the amount of pain and immobility I had in my neck at the time of the first visit. I was positive I was going to need spinal adjustments - which they CAN do but we started with working the muscles in the affected area first. She explained that it’s often the muscles that are causing the pain so let’s work those first. After the first visit, I’d say I was at least 50% better. I could move and a lot of the pain was gone. After the second visit, it was even better and I could feel my neck/upper back adjusting itself (she said it would) since the muscle spasms were subsiding. I almost think the third visit wasn’t necessary but I went anyway just to finish out the plan. The at-home work is effective and the app has your program built in. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’ve gone to countless traditional chiropractor visits with just “some” relief. I honestly believe this practice is truly about the patient and not about the money. There weren’t any up-front diagnostic x-rays (in my case) and quick-relief adjustments that don’t really address the cause of the pain or alignment issue.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, easy and friendly place to visit. Appointments were on-time, very little waiting, and quick so we got in and out with no hassle. My son and I loved working with Dr. Johnson and Robyn! They explain everything thoroughly, make us feel at ease about everything, and answered any and every question we had. My son and I were amazed how much and how quickly the therapy and rehab helped to ease the pain in his arm! He saw her all of 3 times over a week and a half, and by the end of that period, his arm was fully functional with very little to no pain!
