Fantastic experience: Tore my left biceps tendon in May. Dr Davis got me in right away and we schedule the surgery for the next week. Surgery was a success and realized back to normal activity!! Staff was fantastic and all appointments happened at the scheduled time, no waiting ever!

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Russell This was my 1st time seeing him for a knee injection. He had the perfect beside manner and the greatest sense of humor. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding knee replacement alternatives. Russell went over and beyond by showing me how to store my medical history on my phone. As a senior this was imperative to me. I truly put him at the top with having the greatest of attention to me. More people like him are needed.

Fantastic experience: Friendly , down to earth people. Russell thoroughly performs the procedures and makes sure your medical history is up to date. Quite a talent to make you laugh with a needle inserted in your knee.

Negative experience: Lacks customer service never received a call back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adams is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me begin to heal. The Medical Assistant Nicole is so sweet and made me feel very welcomed.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Dr. Davis for a couple of issues recently and I've been very happy with him and the practice. I'm always seen on time and the staff is friendly at both the McKinney and Allen locations. Dr. Davis is easy to talk to and understand, is very practical, and I trust his advice. I hope I don't need to see him very often but if I need an ortho I will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Morgan, referred by my PCP for ongoing pain in both shoulders. The staff was very nice and Dr Morgan explained everything to me, but gave me the option, for treatment, which made me feel good, and treatment was completed that day. Within 10 minutes, in walks Russell W P.A.C.and administered my injections, with no pain at all. He was very sweet and answered all my questions as well. Very good experience

Fantastic experience: Nicole was very friendly and easy to talk to! Made me feel much more comfortable going forward for the rest of my visit knowing there was someone understanding and honest. Adam's was also easy to talk to and understanding (I talked quite a bit.) And he was there to answer any questions I had and made it clear what needed to be done and what can and can't be done due to my current predicament not being easy due to not knowing how deep in my hand this rock I have exactly is. Thank you both! As well as the receptionist for listening to my mother be upset...

Fantastic experience: My name is kamal. Nicole was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. The two times that I been in Adam’s office . I have received great service from the front desk all the way to being roomed. Great team Mr.Adams.

Fantastic experience: I have been to both the Allen and McKinney offices since 2020 for knee issues and can confirm that both offices, doctors and assistants are wonderful and caring. Most recently, Viola Leonard and Russell Wilson saved the day and resolved significant knee pain on very short notice which was much appreciated!! I highly recommend these super stars in particular :-)

Negative experience: The office has no respect for anyone’s time. Has an appointment at 9:30 and at 10:40 still no call. Left the office and canceled the appointment. Will find another doctor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Davis is great!! He’s efficient and intelligent. Came in for carpal tunnel which was killing me and his office quickly got me in, seen and treated. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Total Orthopedic. I can’t stress enough how comfortable Russell Wilson, PA made me feel for my pre op and post op appointments! Thank you for the laughs! Also, Dr Morgan did a great job on my Carpal tunnel surgery on my right wrist and will most definitely be doing my left wrist as well!

Fantastic experience: My husband saw Dr. Davis today for the first time. He was extremely nice, informative, and knew what he was talking about! He listened to our concerns, and addressed each and every one. We were very impressed, and thankful to have him as our new orthopedic doctor.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. Staff is very nice and professional. Saw Dr. Hines today and he gave me a great in-depth explanation of what is going on with my knee which has now armed me with the knowledge I needed to know how to best help my situation. He also offered a wide range of solutions. I felt like he did his job perfectly by giving me as much information as possible which will allow me to make the best decision I can for the pain I'm having. He was also very friendly and made the visit enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place.

Positive experience: I had left shoulder, bicep and hand surgery.. surgery went well but needed to speak to someone about concerns with the pain I have had and could never get a call back, nor an answer from anyone. After 4x of trying I submitted an online request and still no one called back.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit with Dr. Jason Davis last week and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful and I really liked Dr. Davis. He was very thorough and listened to what I had to say about my painful knee. They even called after 5 pm on a Friday to schedule an MRI. So glad my primary care doctor referred me here!

Fantastic experience: My surgeon is Dr. Adams and PA Kendra. I am 25 days post op and thus far my experience has been great. The incision looks like a scratch and I am a slow healer. The care you receive from check in to check out is supeperb. I recommend Total Orthopedics.

Fantastic experience: I came to OrthoTexas because my regular orthopedist, was booked and I needed a same-day appointment. I've now been a patient here for a little over a year, and love this place! I wish all doctors’ offices were like this one. Everyone, from my first phone call, to the ladies at the front desk, the nurses, PAs, and all other staff members have always been very welcoming and fun! I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes anywhere in the office. Not in the waiting room, the exam room, for x-rays or any medical supplies. I’ve personally seen Dr. Dear and I feel he takes his time to listen to me and my concerns. I NEVER feel rushed and I ALWAYS feel that my concerns are valid. During exams, I like that along with asking typical questions about how the injury occurred and where it hurts, he asks more in-depth questions regarding the type of pain, how extensive it is, and what the triggers are. Then, if I need it, he’ll wait and allow me to think through what he’s asking so I can give him the most complete answers. He’ll also do gentle testing for triggers and specific pain locations, etc. But as soon as I wince or say “ouch,” it ends. He never pushes more than that. He also explains what he’s doing and why, and that helps me better understand his final diagnosis. Which I really do get the feeling that he wants to make sure I do understand everything that’s happening, what my options are, and how the injury and healing should progress.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adams did both my hips, and both knees. He is my hero! After years of horrible pain, he was the first and only one to know what was going on. He gave me back my life. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Staff is great. Very professional and understanding. I love these folks.
