Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Mesquite - Belt Line Road

Positive experience: Con mi primera cirugía excelente, pero tuve otra cirugía en un brazo y no me fue tan bien las señoritas del mostrador nunca verificaron con la aseguranza tuve que ir a otra clinica

Negative experience: Reception was terrible. Contacted them to set up appointment and asked for new patient information to be emailed to me so I could have my wife fill it out for me as I'm impaired. Sure, they said. Contacted them again two more times over the next two weeks without success. This was after giving them my email address the second time. They also got my phone number wrong. They said, we will give you a paper copy to take home. Reluctantly I agreed. When I got there, they handed me a tablet to fill out, I have trouble typing as well. After fighting it for 10 minutes and only being 35% complete I quit and walked out. If they cannot be understanding and helpful I will go someplace that will!!!

Fantastic experience: She is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional. She listened and carefully diagnosed me, clearly explained everything, and created a successful and dynamic program for rehabilitation. Moreover, she's brilliant, friendly, and patient

Fantastic experience: I have the best physical therapist, Tye Sutherland at BSW PT. He’s working with me after my rotator cuff surgery. He’s very knowledgeable on what exercises should be done for my rehab and is very compassionate. He listens to his patients and wants to make sure he’s doing what’s best for me. Fantastic experience: I recently had rotator cuff surgery and needed to start physical therapy. My Orthopedic surgeon helped to locate a BSW location closer to my home. I heard from many people that have had this same surgery that the rehab is the hardest part. Yes, they were right. But what’s a blessing is having caring Physical Therapist that encourage me, teach me the proper way to do the exercises, explain the (why) and provide such professional support along this tough journey. I truly thank Mr, Badji and the Team for helping me each week to have a successful rehab journey. Also, appreciate the front office Team for their support at each touch point. Thanks

Fantastic experience: This is my first time going to therapy here and my therapist Jesus is such a nice and friendly person he makes therapy enjoyable even if it hurts me we make jokes and laugh, he really love his job and is very patient with you, i no in a month my hip will be back to normal and with weight bearing again, Keep up there the great work the entire staff are outstanding❤️

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy for Balance Issues I have been involved in Physical Therapy for balance issues for two months. My Doctor prescribed that I go to Baylor Institute Of Rehabilitation in Mesquite. Upon arrival I was met by Tye Southerland. In being under his care for these weeks I found Tye ti be young, personable, energetic, smart, very talented in his trade and a great aid in getting better. He is a great conversationalist and keeps you moving. The sessions were not fun for me being 82 years old, however utilizing all his attributes the sessions went quickly but more importantly they were very productive. I would recommend Tye to anyone who is interested in getting better. I appreciate all his efforts that have resulted in a significant improvement in my balance. When I started the therapy I had a great fear of falling. That fear has been diminished and I am much more confident in walking. Fantastic experience: My fiancé currently see Tye Sutherland and he loves going to therapy because he says Tye takes time out for each patient and genuinely shows his concerns about all his patients' recovery, overall health and well-being. The care I have personally witnessed at this facility goes above and beyond. The staff here are always smiling and friendly which is nice to see in this world right now.

Fantastic experience: Jesus is such a great physical therapist. He's funny and easy to get along with. He has lots of great exercises and pushes you to get better. He gets to know you well and works with your needs so healing is easy. He gives you plenty of easy at home exercises and things you can even do at work to help. The staff is very friendly. The environment is clean calming and they play great music. I would definitely recommend coming here for your rehab needs. I like it so much I wish I could come all year round.

Fantastic experience: It’s a very nice clean facility. My PT is Brian and is very good and makes me feel comfortable. He is very patient and concerned regarding my recovery. He works me at a pace especially for me that allows me to heal and grow stronger.

Fantastic experience: Bryan has been a God-Send. He listened carefully when I described my pain and tailored a plan to best address my needs and goals for rehabilitation. He is respectful and genuine; he describes in detail my homework exercises and why that particular exercise and what that exercise will accomplish. Good facility..nice atmosphere and this place has lots of great equipment to use for workouts and building stamina and endurance. They have lots of stability balls weights and resistance bands. The staff in front are always friendly and helpful too!

And as i looked around the room and watched how other therapist interacted with their patients i was very highly impressive. Oh not forgetting the front office also professional and helpful.

They are respectful of my time and offer advice on excercises that will help improve my mobility when I am at home. I really do believe they listen to my questions and concerns. My therapist has so many different exercises to get me to the level I can achieve all the while making sure a particular exercise does not set me back. They are courteous and to all.
