Fantastic experience: I’ve began therapy at Baylor Scott and White Institute for Rehabilitation in Mesquite, my therapist is Desiree Tanner, she’s extremely professional and an excellent therapist, I’ve been very pleased with her and my results with just 3 visits so far. She has become a good advocate for me also.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about about this place! I had multiple options for my therapy and I’m so glad I chose Baylor here in Mesquite. I had a torn rotator cuff and I was able to avoid surgery by doing rehab instead. Your progress is monitored on the computer with an app to keep you going at home. I feel so much better now and really enjoyed Teralynn, Ami, and the others who helped me.

Fantastic experience: About 10 days after having rotator cuff surgery I started going to BS&W outpatient physical therapy. My therapist is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and how it feels and the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Baylor Scott and White is really a clean facility and my therapist was really nice. I hope if I go back to therapy in the future that I can get the same therapist, she was a great help.

She asked for my goals and outcome I was wanting out of therapy and she has set those goals to work in the session she has planned out each time. Fantastic experience: I am 79. After a bad ski accident caused 4 major traumas- fractured pelvis, fractured rib, punctured lung, and a subdural hematoma, Maggie evaluated my condition to determine if I needed further PT. After about an hour of very thorough tests by Maggie, she concluded I did not need any further PT and confirmed that with a written multi page report explaining the reasons for her conclusion. Very professional & experienced.

Fantastic experience: The staff made me feel welcome. Great attitude by the personnel. All the therapist seem to have a plan for everybody do use the machines that they need to when they need to. My therapist Sarah really does seem to care about my progress.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best physical rehab center I have ever been to. I've had physical therapy here after an injury that I had to have a couple surgeries on and Ben Beal and Sam took awesome care of me and helped me get my mobility back. I highly recommend this facility. All the staff is so caring and when had to go back a couple years later for review of my home exercise program all the physical therapists remembered my name and all said hello to me. I am so impressed with this facility and the care they give their patients. I am eternally grateful for you.

Fantastic experience: After making spinal surgery On oct 19 th I had horrible experience with a non Baylor inpatient rehab as well as in home . I finally saw Michelle Cribbin at BSW rehab Mesquite. Her assessment and care plan was thorough, I finally feel safe in her care and feel sure she will help me meet my goal. She not only assessed the need for therapy post surgery but my vertigo. Her care plan in all inclusive.. Thank you for making me feel confident in the care.

Fantastic experience: The staff at BS$W Rehab is very courteous and always helpful. I can't say enough about my therapist Ben Beal. Ben and the rest of the staff really care about their patients. The therapy is tailored to the individual patient and not some blanket one covers all program. As I said, they really care about YOU the patient.

Fantastic experience: I found Sarah to be very knowledge. She is friendly and pleasant. She was encouraging about my upcoming hip replacement surgery, and I look forward to seeing her again (if that works out) for my out-patient therapy.

Fantastic experience: Both of my parents are patients here. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the front are so cheerful and kind. Katrina is my father’s PT and she is wonderful. My father doesn’t speak so well in English but she finds a way to communicate with him. My mother has Alzheimer’s, therefore I am allowed to stay with her through her sessions. Katrina will inform me of my father’s progress when she sees me. It shows that she really cares about him. I also get to see all the other PTs interacting with their patients and they are all so kind. My mother’s PT is Pat Hart. My mother and I absolutely LOVE him. She’s been his patient for 3 months now. Her progression is slower because of the Alzheimer’s but he is so patient and so gentle with her. He is so thorough and knowledgeable. He’s always informing me of what he’s doing and what he thinks we should do moving forward. My brother had to take my mom a couple of times and he agreed that Pat is AMAZING with my mom. Even though we’re ready for my mom to finally be done with her PT, we are not looking forward to saying goodbye to Patrick. If ever I need any PT, this is where I will go.

Fantastic experience: Patrick Hart is the type of physical therapist everyone should want! He's personable yet professional, focusing in on selected exercises to promote strengthening, healing and growth. Not content with giving exercises alone, he demonstrates HOW to do them and provides the WHY - how the muscles function and how his exercises will be effective in strengthening that particular body part or muscle group. He's not a rigid taskmaster but he plans wisely and uses the hour of therapy to the patient's best advantage. He challenges his patients to do what they think they can't, and he's always right! I highly recommend Patrick for his knowledge, therapist-to-patient interactions and his resulting patient successes.

Fantastic experience: I've had two successful recoveries with Ben. As an athlete, you do come across setbacks. With my SI joint and shoulder impingements. He was able to get me back on my feet. With proper evaluation, therapy, dry needling knowledge, there's no one that I would rather go to than Ben!

Fantastic experience: I'd like to take a moment to thank my Physical Therapist Benjamin Beal. He is an incredibly skilled and caring therapist! He had been essential in my recovery / healing. He came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. Under his guidance, I have made significant progress. I am eternally grateful for the hands on treatment methods. The facility is easily accessible and the other Therapist and Staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I go to Baylor Scott and White Rehab in Mesquite and I’ve been there for over a year. I was lucky enough to get Patrick Hart as my therapist. Pat is kind and understanding, gives me a break when I need it, but works hard to make sure I don’t slack off. We have a great relationship and I so appreciate him. The other therapists have a great relationship too and the overall vibe in the gym is comfortable and relaxing; just what you need when you know you’ll be in pain. The front office staff also takes great care of me. Lily and Molly at the front desk learned my name by my second visit and feel like family to me. Really the whole place feels like family. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’d easily give it 6 stars out of 5. Seriously, go here and request Pat. You won’t regret it. Steph R.

I went for my evaluation and got an at home plan due to my busy schedule. These people were so knowledgeable and helpful and made me realize what I thought I didn’t need was the very thing I needed the most. So don’t take my word, give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Extremely Rude and Unprofessional. "Brian" left a very Unprofessional voicemail saying how I cost him 4 hours due to an error in their system. I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all cost. They just think of you as a piggy bank.

Fantastic experience: Amanda Fleming is extremely knowledgeable in her field of Physical Therapy. I am amazed at the way she guides me through each phase of my treatment plan and she explains in detail the "why" and "how" of every step we take in the journey to make me better. She is never in a hurry and she will answer each and every question you have with kindness and compassion. Five Stars isn't high enough for Amanda because she is a SuperStar in Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Amanda and the rest of the staff at Baylor Scott and White rehabilitation center! Since day one we have felt very welcomed, even though my father and I were nervous on how it would all go in the beginning. Amanda treats my dad as if he is part of her family and wants what’s very best for him! Even if his shoulder pain may not be the best while doing all the exercises, Amanda makes sure he is comfortable! Never a dull moment either! Her sense of humor makes the hour go by a bit faster! Absolutely love the everyone here!
