Fantastic experience: Very niece and knowledgeable staff that makes sure you understand the benefits you will receive from your exercises. The app they use is also very easy to navigate and allows for optimal time management. Overall a great environment I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Towneast PTRA, has an amazing, professional and caring team of therapist. Jason, Mackenzie, Marco and Areli has gotten my right rotator cup back on track! We are now working on my left area due to overuse. Definitely a warm and welcoming place to go for therapy.

Fantastic experience: The therapists at Town East PTRA are awesome! They are very attentive to the needs of their patients and know what they are doing! They are very prescriptive with PT exercises that maximize the potential of improvement as quickly as possible - if the patient follows through with doing the prescriptive exercise plan routinely! I especially love the physical manual therapy they do! I believe their expertise is extraordinary and far superior to most PT facilities!

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist, Marco, is awesome! He’s very knowledgeable and always makes sure whatever exercises we do will help my ankle. He pushes me to do my best but also always makes sure I’m comfortable and not hurting myself. The assistants, Areli and Erika, are great too. They always give me new and challenging exercises to help my ankle heal after surgery. Highly recommend coming if you need physical therapy but want to have fun while doing so!

Fantastic experience: Since my first appointment, my experience has been incredible. The doctor and all the other workers are very helpful and amazing. Such friendly service. The therapy really helped a lot and I’ve never felt better.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit skeptical at first, but 8 weeks later my shoulder is feeling a lot better. I've regained the strength and range of motion in my arm. The staff is friendly and helpful. Marco and Ariely did an amazing job with my PT! PT wasn't an easy task. I cried, whined, and complained a lot through my treatment, but I am very thankful for the professionalism and knowledgeable treatment. I definitely recommend to anyone and if needed I will be back( hopefully no time soon)

Fantastic experience: I had the best ever experience with Town East Physical Therapy. Everyone I encountered was very professional and did their best to accommodate my schedule. My therapist, Marco and Erika, were great. They were very patient with me as I learned the exercises I needed to do at home. They listened to my concerns and helped me regain movement in my shoulder and improved my hand movement greatly. Of course, I had to put in work at home too but I wouldn’t have been able to do so without their expertise in instructing me and helping me master the movements. All of the staff Ardi, Tania, Erika and Marco are the best! They deserve 10+ stars!!!! I definitely recommend them and this office. If I ever need PT again, I’ll definitely go to Town East Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: Mackenzie Stewart is my PT at Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Associates Town East. She is very knowledgeable, informative and provides me with excellent care. All the physical therapists at PTRA are very good, but for me Mackenzie is by far the best. I love the atmosphere here, they greet you with smiles and treated with kindness from the time you walk in making you feel welcome and important. I definitely highly recommend PTRA. Fantastic experience: Mackenzie Stewart at Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Associates Towneast is hands down the most knowledgeable and informative physical therapist that has ever treated me. She provides me with excellent care. All physical therapists are not created equal and MacKenzie proves it. I believe PTRA employees the best PT’s. If you aren’t sure yours is the best. Call PTRA. “You are treated by the actual physical therapist.” That’s a game changer for me. I highly recommend MacKenzie and the entire staff at PTRA. They run their office like a well oiled machine with lots of care and attention to each patient individually. I’d give her and the staff 10 stars if possible.

Fantastic experience: A great big THANK YOU to Jason and all the staff for the kindness and the compassionate care during my few weeks of therapy. I was skeptical after having been through two other physical therapy treatments elsewhere without success, but Jason knows his stuff. He is gentle when he needs to be but pushes you when you need it, too. I'm in a much better place today and kind of sad to have "graduated" the program, but I left with a good plan to follow.

Fantastic experience: I was hurtin'....in pain. Thanks to Nick, Tanya, and other staff at Town East Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, I was compassionately eased back into physical well-being. Very professional staff. They understand what patients are going through and then work to rehabilitate them using their professional knowledge and skills. Fantastic experience: The Town East Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Team is the BEST "rehab" team I have ever used!! Jason and his team do NOT leave you "waiting" for a therapist to help you. Jason always meets with his patients before anything begins and fully explains the program you will be following. Town East PTRA was with me when my hammer toes were corrected and my hip was replaced. I'm proud to refer his team because I know I'll be taken care of. And, I don't have to worry about my paper work because of his incredible team to handle on that too! Kudos, Jason, and your team for always helping me feel much better!!!

Fantastic experience: Wouldn't go anywhere else! Office staff is the best coordinating ins, making sure you know what pmt or not to expect. Always helpful in scheduling appts or rescheduling if necessary. Great communication and always friendly and professional. I have been through 2 recoveries with Nick, ACL surgery and broken ankle reconstruction. Both times he made therapy pleasant while also being effective. Great at explaining at what stage my recovery was at., suggestions on how to further recovery at home. Always answered questions in a way anyone could understand. Nick is also great at letting you participate in how hard to push yourself, and understanding you know your limits. He stays aware as not to push you backwards with injury. I worked briefly with Mackinze and watched as she worked with her patients she is very professional and very caring. Tonya the PT assistant is great too, always with a smile and always available to ask questions or assist if you need an extra hand. Overall I would highly recommend this office for any PT needs. While being a professional environment it also has a great laid back feel making your time there fly by. As long as you do the work these therapists are sure to get you back to normal life in the right way. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: MacKenzie Stewart and Jason Winbume made rehab almost fun! They developed a treatment plan that was very effective They have positive, friendly attitudes that made coming to rehab a very pleasant experience. I recommend them highly!

Fantastic experience: Went for rehabilitation after surgery on a torn tendon in my foot. I would highly recommend Nick for any physical therapy treatment one might have. He was very thorough and showed great care for myself as well as other patients that were going through therapy. His knowledge and abilities far exceeded any expectations I had going in for therapy. The whole staff were so kind and friendly and always glad to see and talk to people. If a person needs and kind of rehabilitation, I would definitely recommend Nick and his staff!

Jason and Nick were my PT, providing quality care, upbeat, positive, professional, kind, helped me understand my health issue better and how to help myself in my daily activities, answered my questions. All staff from receptionist to hands on therapy were supportive, giving excellent care.
