Fantastic experience: Everyone that helped in my recovery treatment have been welcoming. The girls at the front desk pleasant w happy greeting. I can say the same for the PT techs. They are patient teaching me helpful exercises not just in words but by example. The medical massage therapist have healing hands.Theyve treated me w dignity & respect. They're rooms always clean soothing. The facility always clean even the restrooms!! That faculty humble helpful kind professional. I was extremely nervous & sore but everyone here was really patient with me during the entire process. Everyone was really nice & the doctors were knowledgeable on how to help me improve!

It's christian based, so you will heard gospel music and see gospel material at the front. Its nice to know I can come to a place where I can get the help I need and heard uplifting music about Jesus. Zack the owner is doing awesome job. My getting better after each session.

From the smiles at the front desk when you walk in to the wonderful doctors and the amazing physical therapy team and massage therapists. They are all so sweet, caring and helpful. My treatment has been a breeze because of each of them.

Negative experience: Scammers who take advantage of hurt people and drop them after they've exhausted their AUTO/PIP insurance. They take your health insurance but won't bill it and will have you sign paperwork saying that you're responsible for the balance. Please avoid.

Fantastic experience: I recently treated at Liberty Healthcare for a motor vehicle accident. From the moment I walked in the door to the time of my release, I was met with professional individuals that were very welcoming and genuinely showed an interest in my well-being. I was especially pleased to benefit from a natural holistic approach while still being able to see a friendly family nurse practitioner. Both professionals had excellent bedside manners and were very attentive, not at all dismissive as I've experienced in the past with other doctor's offices. I would definitely recommend Liberty Healthcare!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, professional, respectful, show that they care for you as a human an don't just another patient. They work hard to get you back mentally and physically, so you can go out better then you came in. I love they way you are rotated between the workers, all over the building, including the front desk, so you can get to know everyone. Even when the owner comes in, he interact with everyone, to see how they are doing and being treated. If I had a business, I would want it to be just like Liberty Healthcare in Mesquite Tx. Everyone from Front Office to back Office to the massage therapist have always been pleasant and caring to help me with anything I need. I am seeing Dr Vega and he has always been very kind, patient, understanding, and he will explain everything to you. Awesome Dr. All the girls up front are very pleasant and get you checked in right away. I usually have Will or Nivya in back office helping me and they are so nice, understanding & explain the things of what they are doing. I have seen Yvette, Vicki, and Anna for massage therapy so far and they are wonderful. They listen to my every need and not only do they help me physically but mentally as well. Every single staff member cares about their patients and I am greeted with joy and hospitality the second I step in. They work with my schedule and never have made me feel like a burden. This place truly has good intentions at heart. Exceptional care from the Doctors, physical therapy technicians, massage therapists, to the front desk and the behind the scenes associates. Fantastic experience: Get yourself to Liberty Healthcare Garland or request a ride fm them and go see Doc Jensen for Blair Care. You should ask for him and it (Blair Care) by name ~ you won’t be sorry. He has the power to help you change your life for the better. He possesses some of the absolute best qualities a chiropractor ought to have: knowledgeable, disciplined and shows empathy. It seems to me he truly wants his patient to thrive and works very hard to try and make certain his patients are put first. His skill set whilst practicing the Blair Upper Cervical Technique is top notch and of high quality. You can absolutely trust him when he is adjusting you. The way he works seem reminiscent to me of an old school doc or old-guard style doctor mixed with the most knowledgeable and current cutting edge techniques. It truly is the best of both worlds ~ you’re in the best most capable hands with Doc Jensen. He functions on all cylinders at a high level and has people such as Aaron Barboza that help him get you closer to were your goal is for your body. Aaron is on an entire other level when it comes to making the patient relax and trust him as he uses his skills and techniques on your body. He has lots of knowledge and helps myofascial release wise and gets your body ready for Doc Jensen’s adjustments. They are truly the absolute ultimate dream care team (in my opinion ~ or they were for me) and once you get used to them no other team will do ~ at least for my personal team. They have many capable teams at the Garland location and you’ll find the team that best fits your needs. Anyway, ask for Doc Jensen for Blair Care at the Garland location and be prepared to be an even more productive and happy and joyous member of society. You won’t regret allowing the ultimate dream team of Doc Jensen and Aaron to work on you at the Garland location. I promise you people (acquaintance and friends for years) will take notice and you’ll get compliments galore and you will get treated even better in your daily life. Doc Jensen is well educated but not arrogant as he’s very down to earth and his sense of humor and kindness helps puts the patient at ease. He drops educational life and health changing knowledge tips and bits in or at every appointment. This information that he communicates is always on point. Do yourself a favor and make the right decision to change your life for the better and seek treatment from Doc Jensen (Blair Care) and Aaron at the Garland location. It will be one of the absolute best decisions of your life. The technicians at the Garland location always had conversations that made me laugh and kept me in a more positive ‘head’ ‘space’ or mindset. So I had a totally different experience than the last gal that wrote a review and made statements of the technicians being ‘unprofessional’ conversation wise. I even talked to James at the Grapevine location a week or two before that review was written and specifically told him that I thought the Garland technicians conversations were funny and kept things ‘light’ while I was there. The Grapevine location has some strides to make and they have one particular ‘therapist’ there that really sometimes treated me in an unprofessional way. James is great though and hopefully he will make them improve some to a more close to version of the Garland well oiled location. I mean no disrespect to the Grapevine location and I know they’re still ‘working’ ‘out’ ‘kinks’ or it seemed to me that they were. Danielle and Claire at the Garland location were so nice and fun technicians to train with and so was Jahvon at the Grapevine location. The Garland office ladies especially: Gloria, Stephanie and Susani/Suzanni (sp?) were stellar and so great. They are hard workers and great people and once you get accustomed to their well oiled machine ways ~ there is no settling for less than the best in any way shape or form. Liberty Healthcare Garland is a great place to go and help heal your body. They are a true blessing to anyone that has been hurt through no fault of their own.

Positive experience: Called their office since my paperwork was mailed from the Plano office to get my diagnostic report and x-rays, but when the young lady answered she was very rude. She tried to keep sending me away to someone else or another office and I explained to her that the Plano office mailed the paperwork to them. She then stated, “Oh our records person just left for the day”. A conversation that was only supposed to last 2 minutes, went on and on, and didn’t even try to help me. Will not be going to this office or recommend it if the customer service is like this with everyone. Plano office was superb, and I guess I expected the same here. *** Update The social media manager assisted me with getting everything situated and I really appreciated the help.

Positive experience: Everyone has this location had a wonderful, positive, and friendly attitude. Dr. Smith took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and really help guide me on a path to getting back to 100%. The massage therapist there are absolutely amazing and gave me some REALLY good massages to help get the muscles to relax and break up all that bad stuff. However, the technicians in the back room displayed an awful lot of unprofessional-ism and really had my jaw on the floor with their topic of conversations every time I went for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I love EVERYONE HERE! They have treated me with TRUE HONEST CARE. The front desk staff is always on top of their game so nothing gets delayed! I was treated by Dr Bryce and he was very passionate about my injuries and my care! Dr Bryce Rocks!! I wasn’t treated by Dr Jim but he walked up to me and just randomly gave me a hug and asked me how I was always feeling whenever he saw me come in! NONE OF THE STAFF HERE MADE ME FEEL LIKE A ANOTHER NUMBER WALKING IN THE DOOR! I had the chance to have bodywork performed by all the Massage Therapists on staff and they were all thorough and very caring! I LOVED GETTING MASSAGES HERE! The Physical therapy techs were awesome! They always made me laugh and it was definitely like another form of medicine! This is a great place and I would recommend anyone to come here as well as I give it 10 stars!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!!! From the doctors all the way down do the secretary everyone treats you like family and knows the process. Me and my wife recently got in a car wreck, and ever since my primary health care provider referred us to Liberty Healthcare in Garland, I can sleep better at night knowing these people will take care of me and actually care to take the extra minute and go the extra mile. Today even the owner of the clinic came to ask us how they are. Liberty Healthcare specializes in car wreck injury's and workman's comp.
