From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring about my well-being. Dr. Shirzad's expertise is evident, and he took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment , ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The staff was equally supportive, handling everything efficiently and always with a warm demeanor.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and Maria that works at the front desk is rude. They give you a paper with different stretches to do 3 times a week in office for 25 minutes. There’s no one to really show you how to do them and they have several chairs lined up in an open room where there’s about 10 other people sitting doing the same thing you’re doing. They don’t pay attention to see if you did them correctly or even did them. They refer you to a doctor you only speak with over the phone, no inpatient visits, and he will give you the same meds the hospital prescribed for you. I was concerned because they never sent me out for X-rays or any test and they never went over any test or X-rays I took from Baylor emergency room, therefore I was wondering how they where treating me without going over any test. I chose to switch to a different clinic so I informed them I would no longer be treating with them because I wasn’t satisfied, could they they close my files out and send a copy of my records and billing to the lawyer. They sent a bill with no medical records and when I called almost 2 weeks later they said the medical records weren’t ready it would take about another week or 2 before they would be. Now I’m confused to how you have a bill ready without the medical records being ready. Sounds like some shady business!!!! You get a bill but no medical records to show e we hat and how you were treated, so how do you know what you’re really paying for? You don’t need any physical form of identification you can go with a birth certificate. Texas health and human services need to investigate these types of clinics if I could give a negative star rating I would. I could go on and on about this clinic and not in a good way, it’s all negative encounters I have because it was a waste of time for me not to see improvements in my condition! And I’m not sure how they can be providing physical therapy services without a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. A chiropractic clinic can’t provide physical therapy with out have a PT or PTA on staff so this also needs to be investigated!

Fantastic experience: The ladies here are an all star team! They are prompt, professional, super kind and they remember your face when you walk in the door. I never have to wait to start my stretches and the quickness of the process gets me in and out without messing with my day. The doctors here are wonderful and kind. I feel like my time here has been very satisfactory and I’d recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After a traumatic accident, this clinic came highly recommended and I’m so glad. The ladies at this location who oversee my files and various therapies are so personable and caring. I get to use my energy healing instead of keeping up with details. Dr. Harris at the Mesquite location is a masterful chiropractor, but after he realized I like to know how my body and various exercises or therapies work together, he now takes the time to explain what I find interesting and suggests what I add to help my specific situation progress and relieve my pain. They are all truly my partners in my recovery.

Positive experience: Doctors are very well especially Dr. Harris. However there is a bunch of paperwork. Ladies in the front have an attitude and always in a rush to do things. Ladies that help turn on electrolytes machine are very nice and loving.
