Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr. Joseph twice for my shoulder pain and she has helped me to manage my pain so that I can function. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Morchower for about 5 years now. He is an excellent Doctor and I have referred him to three other patients. I have a lot of lower back and neck pain and Dr. Morchower has treated me with injections that have work for about 3 Months, sometime longer. Fantastic experience: Excellent care for my neck pain. Doctor is a miracle worker and was able to offer prp which relieved 90% of my pain . I’m also getting Botox injections for neck pain which they work to get covered by my insurance . I am grateful to have found this pain management clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Dr Morchower for over 7 years. He was assigned to me after the first of 7 back and neck surgeries. The level of care by him and his staff has been second to none! He goes above and beyond to not only help me control my pain but is always actively looking for ways to eliminate that pain. Fantastic experience: I have been in pain mngt for years and when my pain mngt doc retired I found Dr Joseph Omnispine pain mngt and was relieved to discover this doctor not only understood the pain I was in, but also the pain I went thru. They therefore have made what in the past was a horrible process, the best thing ever to happen to me. This week I met with Dr Joseph and during my appointment we laughed a lot and she went over everything she and I discussed which made me realize they truly want to help me find what is causing my pain so I can get the right treatment and not just throw pills at me to get some relief from my pain. I love Dr Joseph and Dr Morchower.

Fantastic experience: I first walked into OmniSpine usiya walker because I was in so much pain. Dr. Morchower stated it was a hip issue and he recommended an orthopedic surgeon and after 2 hip replacements I’m better butI still had back issues. Dr. Morchower and his staff have done wonders for my back. I’m working out again at the gym, more physical activities during the day, etc. I would recommend OmniSpine to anyone with pain issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew Morchower has been the best pain management doctor I’ve had! I’ve been treated, for years, for various types of pain. As I got older, my chiropractor of over 15 years highly recommended him. I know why. He will tell you how he plans to treat you, and it will take recommendations from other doctors for him to change those plans. He’s been very open to letting me see other doctors for more options, but I was one of those people who were just given an opioid to deal with pain. When I saw him, he flat out said I had to do a medical withdrawal so he could evaluate what I really needed. He took me off 75% of my medications! Though young, he sticks to his treatment plan despite my complaints on some months. He said “If you need something more, more opioids won’t be the solution.”, and he was right. Some physical therapy, and long lasting injections (which took us a few months to work up to - he’s careful with choosing medication), have helped me find that a lot of my pain was poor posture, and drugs can’t change that. With less medication, I feel better knowing that I can make more changes with the gym, my chiropractor, and some physical therapy. Dr. Morchower is one of my greatest supporters to help me get through the pain of working out. Lidocaine patches over sore muscles do better than any opioid did. He was right. As long as you want to work to get out of pain, and don’t just expect drugs, you’ll enjoy his energetic focus on getting you through the pain. He doesn’t have time to be a psychiatrist, be ready to say what’s been happening, what you think might help, and be ready to act! The guy is a computer of knowledge that’s able to work well with other programs (doctors) as long as you keep him informed, and don’t get meds from anyone else! He’s better than any other doctor I’ve seen so far in seven years. Dr. Morchower and his staff are the best!

Fantastic experience: I just left Dr Morchowers office in Mesquite. I am so happy he now has me off of Methadone. I was taking Methadone 5 years for chronic back and leg pain ( several back operations plus 34 years in Nursing) i was weened down and the only issues i had were a few leg aches, now i am only taking a low dose of pain meds,. I feel better, working on losing weight as well, already scheduled for pain injections. If you have pain go visit Dr Morchower of Omni spine and pain. I adore the nurses and Dr. Morchower.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Doc Morchower's office about a year ago. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the attention and care from not only Dr. Morchower, but his entire staff. They're very attentive to your health and well being. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing neck pain for over 13 years that created difficulty for me. Since I have had the epidural injection in my neck I have had only infrequent numbness that has not changed my daily routine. I am sleeping better and able to sleep through the night that I was usually wakened by. I am a happy camper. Fantastic experience: As always Dr. Morechower is hands down the VERY BEST pain management doctor I have had the pleasure of working with as a patient. He is thorough, experienced and very kind. His bedside manner is impeccable!! I see him every 30 days for my back. He has done procedures on my back at his suggestion and us discussing, because he knows what works. My back pain went from a +20 to a 10 at this time. I literally have a spine that has been so beat up from my neck down to tailbone...broken Tailbone. Dr. M has 2 offices for your convenience, one in Frisco and the other in Mesquite, I have been to both. His staff is friendly, efficient and kind. I myself have heard their patience with other patients and they literally have the patience of gold!!! If you have exhausted everything in your health awareness to combat pain, let Dr. M work with you! We had an MRI done and he was immediately able to diagnose, create a plan of attack and long term management. I love Dr. M and all the staff, in both offices, as well as his surgery center! Fantastic experience: My back was killing me and Dr Morchower did an ablation on my lumbar spine and relieved all my pain. It helped for 4 years and I am very happy with the results of his treatment. I think it's great that he gives out his cell so you can text him if you need to contact him. This is an excellent place to come for pain management .

Fantastic experience: I’m a disabled veteran and I’ve seen many doctors of many specialties throughout my years.I made an appointment that had to be rescheduled due to our winter storm.one of the staff called me and said they would have to reschedule again because of the road conditions.however because of the treatment I got from another doctor and I wanted a second opinion and I was very worried.they said that they would make an exception for me since I drive a four wheel drive and this wasn’t my first rodeo driving in these conditions.Dr.Morchower and his assistant Ariana were by far the best service and Doctor I’ve ever been seen by.Dr.Morchower,listened to everything I had to say and he gave me all the right answers.I would recommend that everyone should see this spine and pain management doctor first before going to anyone else!!!! Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew Morchower is an excellent pain doctor. I have been going to Dr for for the past 4 years. Moved to Texas from Palm Springs, Ca and Dr Morchower has far surpassed any other Drs previous I’ve seen for my major back pain. I have had 3 major lower back surgeries with Pedical Screws and bars in this section. We have tried many procedures with significant improvement in my pain. I like that he gives me his email and is available after hours if I need to contact him. With his care I am staying out of a wheelchair and I appreciate him for that . He is always very professional and pleasant .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Morchower is very attentive and listens to his patients' concerns and offers choices of treatment options for pain relief. After enduring several weeks of pain from my Sciatic nerve, affecting the entire left side of my body, I went in to see Dr. Morchower at his Mesquite location. He gave me options that would relieve the pain and did not try to force any treatments. I opted to have a Sciatic Nerve Block, because it has worked very effectively when he administered one in the past. Within an hour of leaving his office, I am experiencing a great level of relief from the pain I had been enduring from my shoulder down to my lower calf. I greatly appreciate the care I receive from Dr. Morchower and all of the ladies who work at the various locations that he performs treatment for pain. Dr. Morchower has made a tremendous difference in managing my pain and without the need for any prescription pain medications. I am so grateful that I found him. He has greatly improved my quality of life!

Fantastic experience: I keep coming to Dr Morchower because he and his staff are caring and excellent . He has done several trigger point injections that made my pain in my neck go away. He will be doing an epidural on my neck for a nerve pinch and I have full trust in his abilities. His bedside manner during our visits is always good.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this office...I was worked in today because of my excruciating pain. They were super attentive and the doctor got right back to me today when I had a question regarding the MRI that he has requested. This is day one of my treatment but I feel like they will do everything possible to help me get back to my healthy self .
