Positive experience: They made sure I took my medicine and at the end the nurses made sure I was taken care of

Positive experience: All personal were very kind, the day surgery schedule needs much better management. An 8:00 AM appointment scheduled weeks in advance for a simple Colonoscopy literally got discharged at 3:30 PM they over schedule and Information I provided to outpatient check in had to be reintered by nurse in surgery prep. Was not already on charts. Double work. But people are very nice.

Negative experience: I went for abdominal and pelvic pain and not being able to stand for long hours of work while also being fatigue more than normally. The doctor seemed to be in a rush and didn’t really seem to care which is y I don’t come to the doctor now because if I’m going to die I’d rather it be in my own hands. The doctor didn’t come back the nurse ended up telling me about all my test and what to do if I have any more problems and guess what I’m still having abdominal pain on the left side of my body. My knees and lower hurts when I walk. So I will never be back here if I wanted a good experience I will go to a better hospital who actually has doctors who care about all of their patients. Or either go to a hospital in another county. Anyways worst experience of going to the Emergency room, I wouldn’t come here if I was pregnant and going into labor. Next time I’d rather let my intestines fall out than come to this emergency room. Maybe it was the doctor but it sealed the deal for me and I would rather die over a cold or an upper respiratory infection than come back here. How do you go to an er and don’t get to find out what is possibly wrong with you exactly. He didn’t seem to care and now I don’t ever care to step foot back in this hospital.

Fantastic experience: Check-in was simple Wait for triage was acceptable. Attention from staff treating injury was very good. I was there in the middle of the day on a weekday which I am sure affected the wait times.

Fantastic experience: Now I have to give a five star ratings concerning my experience with all medical personnel that oversaw my medical issues. They didn't miss a beat attending to my needs.They actually spoke with me ,explaining ever detail on what they're doing why they were doing it,and what the results can and will be based on how I cooperate and follow up. They were very informative. That I could see , they also seems to treat other patients adjacent to me with the same urgent concern. I love the care that I received .

Negative experience: Completely disgusted with staff and facility, the intake nurse was extremely rude and demeaning and mind you I came in thinking I’m miscarrying. Definitely would have appreciated support or even empathy. The room was disgusting and the nurse that drew blood was not prepared, left the needle in my arm and used a paper towel because he forgot a cotton ball, he wasn’t even wearing gloves when he drew blood. His shirt was filthy and so was his badge. Also dry and rude. When he came back with incorrect info about me I had enough and left. This was the worst experience I have ever had going to the er. You should be ashamed! Dried old blood on the toilet and some stain on the bed

Negative experience: My mother was brought in for a possible stroke they did get her in quickly for the scans and the first er Dr was amazing but after that we never spoke to a Dr about my moms situation until almost 8 hours later had to keep going to get a nurse for help. Her blood pressure and oxygen wasn’t even hooked up so they weren’t monitoring her correctly at all. We tried to get my mother transferred due to her not being taking care! I have never experienced such an awful unsettling /disrespectful visit from a hospital or any medical office. My moms arm was bleeding where her IV was placed told them multiple times none came to look or clean or fix it until the blood was dripping on the floor and we had to go ask AGAIN for someone to come check and hours had passed at this point. If you can’t handle or safely treat and care for patients this hospital should not be OPEN and most definitely labeled a trauma IV hospital. My mom was admitted, couldn’t get a transfer due to other hospital having no beds- the one so called Dr that was over my mom while she was admitted honestly he had no care in the world to see what was going on with my mom or anything!!! a STROKE OR POSSIBLE STOKE OR MINI STROKE should all be taken serious and find out what in the heck going on with the patient. No one but the last charge nurse that I talked to before my mom was discharged was the only one whom see to even care about patient care. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

Fantastic experience: I dont know why the reviews are so low but i jammed my finger in a door broke my nail in 2 places and fractured my finger (which i didnt know until they took xrays) Mr. Willie Morris and Nurse Practitioner Lauren Kapps took great care of me while I was getting patched up.

Fantastic experience: From check in to being all done, everyone was so nice and were very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. Dr. Stephan was awesome… anesthesiologists were great at explaining procedures and knew how to put any fears away. All in all a good experience. Oh, and I was impressed at the cleanliness in every part of this hospital! Thank you… every one!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this hospital, well my husband ended up there in 2019 via ambulance due to some serious medical issues. We ended staying almost a month. We had a couple one bad experiences with 2 techs, but the supervisor took care of it. From that point on we were well taken care of by several nurses and techs. We love Ms. Willie, Ms. Tara and sweet Tasha. Words cannot describe how much of a gentleman Divine is and how caring he is. He always made sure that I had something to eat. We have been back 3 additional times 2020, 2022 and 2023 again for my husband's serious medical issues and each time we receive the same treatment. I want to thank everyone for their caring and support throughout our difficult times.

Fantastic experience: I just want to get in here and rate my experience in labor and delivery. Although Iwas really afraid based on some negative comments in here, I delivered here and I had a great experience, except for epidural. I do have to say there was a cricket or something in the ceiling, but i live in the country so im use to it and it did not bother me. My nurses while in labor were awesome. Specially the older lady tn or tm not sure of her name but she was so sweet and detailed. Over all they were amazing and I felt well taken care of. Thank you thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I delivered my baby girl a year ago at this hospital. My experience was absolutely amazing the attention they gave me felt like I was the only one there and all the nurses were amazing towards my husband and I (in exception of one nurse but we only dealt with her for a few hours so it didn’t matter) I would definitely deliver here again!

Fantastic experience: was there with my mom last week her nurse was a blonde lady I believe named Valerie. She went out of her way to explain things to us and make mom comfortable. even when she seemed super busy she made time for us. I have to say even though the wait was long and mom got to go home this nurse made the process bearable and her kindness did not go unnoticed

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my devout appreciation for the care I received on 7/29/23@6:23 pm. Dallas Regional and their staff we're professional, kind, compassionate, sympathetic, very knowledgeable and concerned about me as a Patient. I felt as if I was so much more than a patient they made me feel like family. Special thanks to Carrie Phillips APRN, The medication male nurse and the kind gentleman who came in and comforted me thru my excruciating pain. I would also like to thank the ladies at the front desk and also the intake nurse that took my vitals. I have worked in the medical field over 30yrs of my life this experience took me back when people really cared about the Patient First. It didn't matter about my ethnicity, or my financial situation all Regional Medical was concerned about was my pain and discomfort. It's time for us to start back acknowledging and appreciating these dedicated individuals who leave their love ones at home each and every day so that they can care for another person need. Fantastic experience: The doctor, nurses and other staff were patient, kind and seemed genuinely concerned. As one who is frightened of needles and the whole medical scene, they kept me relatively calm, though my head was spinning the whole time.

Fantastic experience: I live how the staff took time out to assit me. The male nurse right away what was wrong with me, gave advice and took care of me immediately. The female nurse and doctor also took my condition seriously, was sincere and took care of immediately. I was out within 45 minutes. Thank you staff for your warm conversation, and help quickly.

Fantastic experience: I came in with abdominal discomfort one morning. I was quickly placed into a room and hooked up to the machine for checking my blood pressure. A CT was performed a few minutes later and the results were provided by the doctor. Thanks to various nurses that came into the room, Missy, Sarahi, Flora, Laurie, Dr Taha, Richard, and Mr. Willie, for making my visit exceptional!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time having a baby outside of Presbyterian and I was so nervous because of the reviews. I just want to say, I have never felt so at home anywhere else. The doctors and nurses definitely out way the amenities. I just want to say both nurse Kelly’s, Callie, Liz, .. everyone on that floor became family. They went completely out of their way for us. I unexpectedly went into labor a week before my scheduled C-section day, and I feel so blessed my baby girl came early or else we would have had a different team. We were walked upstairs instead of through the ER because we didn’t know where to go and my water had broke. Instead of sending me back down, they got me dressed out and calmed down and ready to have her. They did my admission for me and just made every thing so smooth. I was in so much pain and scared because I had never been into labor on my own but that night, the team really was there. Dr. O was one of many to deliver Remi and they literally held my hand and helped me through. I can say, once they made space back down to labor and delivery on our 5th day, that team was nothing like what we had upstairs. They were negligent, the pediatric nurse that last night was rude and snappy when I asked questions. They never brought any of my meals so I didn’t eat in those last 2 days. We were glad to leave the day we did because everyone there made us feel like such a burden that last 2 days spent in L&D. But the team we had before them, as mentioned up top, I’ll never forget them. They were truly amazing! Kelly, Kelly, Callie, Liz, Lisa.. other names I’ve forgotten, Dr. O and of course Dr. Constantine.. if y’all read this, I love y’all and appreciate everything! I already miss you:(

Fantastic experience: My husband came in through the emergency room. He was treated with the best care. He ended up being admitted for a few days for further tests to be ran. I can not say enough about this hospital. The staff was amazing. Every single person that we came in contact with was very friendly and very thorough. They don't make you feel rushed and they make you feel like they really care about why you are there and for your well being.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dallas Regional Medical Center for a tubalization surgery basically to have my tubes removed and I was very nervous but the doctors and the nurses made me feel very comfortable and it made me feel a lot better they were all nice respectable and I would refer them to anyone they did a great job on me and I truly appreciate it

Fantastic experience: I have severe issues with IBS constipation side. The doctor and nurse I had, went to all extents possible to help me, never judged me, acted like I was a problem or inconvenience. It was extremely embarrassing, however at the end of the day the doctor and nurse I had truly helped me in a desperate need of time. No doctor has ever helped me like the doctor I had, and I couldn’t be more thankful. He was an amazing doctor and I hope who he helps next appreciates the hell out of him! He will go to extreme measures to make you feel welcomed, safe and sound. Thank y’all so much, I went to so many places and was out for 8+ hours trying to find help. If I have any issues, I will be coming back here. 10/10 experience, treated me like an actual human with feelings.

Fantastic experience: The DRMC Radiology team were amazing. They were friendly and explained everything they were going to do on my procedure. I’m not sure of the nurses name or if she’s an RN but she was kind and informative. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently still a patient here and it’s been a very lengthy stay but I have some awesome nurses that have helped me through some of toughest times . The third floor nursing staff has been amazing . I have cried screamed and just dealt with so much emotions and letdowns but they have been patient with me and very compassionate. Nurses that are not even my nurse for their shifts have stopped in to check on me . The support has been amazing . Thank you guys for being patient and supportive and continuing to support us during this extremely challenging time in our lives . The techs as well . I love every single one of my techs . They always know when I’m having a rough time . They have listened and help advocate for me as well . ❤️

Nurse Lauren was very nice and sweet she answered any question I had and helped me with being scared to deliver. Fantastic experience: I'm late on doing this. Sorry . I had two gastrointestinal procedures done at Dallas Regional hospital. The staff made the procedures less stressful. Check in was great. Nursing staff, excellent, Ms. Marley, Ms. Melba, Mr. Eddie, both anesthesiologists, the medical staff that assisted. Thank you for all that you did for me. Thanks for your professionalism and patience. Great family atmosphere. Treated my sister/driver great. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: We came in to deliver our first baby,right away the nurses were amazing.Constantly came in to check&follow up as well as making sure everything was going smoothly, answered every question we had and reassured us with great responses.With it being our first baby we struggled with breast feeding and the nurses did an excellent job on keep patient with us and teaching us how to after several times 10/10 communication and support.Shout out to billy and the other nurses that helped assist us,I can’t remember all the names but y’all did an amazing job very much appreciated!First born so far going amazing!

Fantastic experience: It's been a month since my emergency procedure at Dallas Regional Medical Center and I will never forget it! The hospital could use an upgrade, but does that really matter compared to quality care and personable attention? From the moment I walked through the ER until the following evening I was discharged every staff member I came in contact with was very attentive & concerned with my well being. I had a DIVINE experience. Keep your hospitals with the fancy decor and give me good ole fashion healthcare <3 Thank you to each of you who took great care of me January 16 & 17. Great way to start 2023.

Fantastic experience: Had my baby girl here on June 8. Had to wait a little bit in the lobby about 20 minutes, but that’s the only negative thing. The nurses were super nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a very long labor since she was my first baby. They checked up on me frequently and helped me in and out of bed, even helped me put on my pads after birth. Overall had a great experience. Will be coming back for sure for my next baby :)
