Comprehensive Spine Center of Dallas - Mesquite Location

Fantastic experience: I met Kassi today she was the provider at the clinic she has a great energy and spirit. The minute she walked through the room she uplifted me with her beautiful smile. She made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed talking to her and she gave me the best advice with a pleasing smile and personality.

Fantastic experience: Great building

Negative experience: Scam artists! Some shady personal injury lawyer sent me here. I had a 5 minute conversation with the Doctor. They didn’t treat me, they didn’t do anything. They then took over $500 out of the settlement for that 5 minute conversation. No way I would ever go to this place on my own decision.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that this is by far the best Pain Management Spine Center that I have been to... First off let me start by saying that the Care Host by the name of Ms.Alondra & Ms.Aracely are very RESPECTFUL along with the best Customer Service that you can find.... I have been dealing with Ms.Alondra since day one I became a patient and she will go out of her way to make sure that you are OK I'm talking about if you call or have a office visits.....I'll give not Five Stars to her but Ten Stars she the best and very Professional.... The rest of the staff also is very good no complaints at all...I haven't forgotten about the Doctors they also will do their best to help you in any kind of way..... OH by the way the building is also very very clean and neat!!!!!

Negative experience: Mesquite Staff that handle calls are rude and hang up on you. Make it harder to reschedule knowing you are injured. Arlington location staff is so much better & treat you with respect. If you have to call just know it all goes to the mesquite location and they will answer with an attitude

Negative experience: I have never encountered such an unprofessional medical provider in life. I booked my appointment through the Zocdoc app. Called and confirmed with their scheduling team. Show up for my appointment only to be told I don’t have one. The receptionist to the right when you first walk in had the nastiest attitude ever. If you’re attorney repped or going through workers comp then they’ll love you. But otherwise you’re not a priority to them. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I come and see Kassi at the clinic here she is an amazing doctor. She explains all your imaging she helps you understand the procedures and she is very knowledgeable. She also has a caring and kind spirit. I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: In my life I’ve only met a small amount of wonderful caring doctors and stuff and this is definitely one of them, I can’t remember my dr’s name but wow was he amazing, really took great care of me talking me through everything and helped too calm my nerves down he showed me so much compassion that I literally cried tears of joy after my procedure was over because how well everything went and how wonderful the Dr and nurses was with me I’ll forever be greatful too the amazing stuff and the dr I highly recommend them and I have too say this as well I’m a self paid patient and you could really tell it’s not about the money they help people, because they are loving caring doctors and nurses and they love their job All blessings upon them for their help

Fantastic experience: I came to thisclinic after being in a car accident. I saw Dr kassi she is very sweet and dresses really nice. She is a wonderful caring doctor who will take time with you. The front desk girls were also really sweet.

Fantastic experience: I have had two prp injections with kassi the PA and diana her assistant they are very thorough and fast. They are also very efficient and knowledgeable. Kassi is very personable and always ask about my daughter.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kassi the PA today and she was very informative and professional. she explained all my inaginging to me and showed me my pictures which really helped me understand the pain i am experiencing. She didn't use big complicated words and really made sure i understood where my pain was coming from. I was afriad of getting the injection but she put me at complete ease. Fantastic experience: Excellent services all the nurses working on both branches Mesquite and N. Dallas have very good customers skills and Dr. Phat Truong PA-C have a lot knowledge and skills always a great pleasure to talk with him on my appointment all the procedure he did on both knees work out perfectly for me helping me to walk better and almost without pain very trustable to put my knees and lower back on his hands he always tried to make me comfortable when he does a procedure on me so I can stay calm . I'm very thankful to Dr. Phat Truong PA-C helping out all my pain and recover my freedom to walk and sleep well at night.

Fantastic experience: I was a injury at a store and sustained a head and neck and shoulder injury. I saw Kassi the PA several times and she explained my IPAS testing to me and treatments to me which has really helped with my concussion recovery. Kassi is very smart beautiful young doctor . He made sure to go over all options that were suitable for me and explain all treatments fully. He is super Friendly and very Patient,im very Appreciative to have him as my Dr and I reccommend anyone to pay him a visit and im sure you'll fall in love with him and tha whole Comprehensive Spine Center in Mesquite!
