Negative experience: Hora y media esperando y aún no nos atienden, teníamos cita para las 2pm y cuando le preguntamos a la recepcionista cuando nos atenderían respondió con mala actitud. Pésimo servicio por ella. Ya que vine aquí por referencia de mi abogado.

Fantastic experience: Im so honored to be posting a review for this extraordinary group at Permian Basin Accident and Injury Center. Never have I been more impressed with a medical office as I have this one. Dr Gonzales sets the tone for a friendly and caring staff including the receptionists, the nurses and the physical therapists. It is truly an environment of warmth, caring and competence. Upon my initial consultation with Dr Gonzales, I knew I was in good hands. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He listens to every word you have to say. He is one smart guy! I feel certain that the treatment I received there expedited the healing process for me. Not only did they treat my injuries from my accident, I also left there with a new awareness of taking care of this body. Every medical office should strive to be like this one.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff at Permian Basin are so caring and friendly. I appreciate them because when I first went in I was in serious pain. I’ve been going for three months and the staff has been super outgoing trying to meet my physical needs to make me better. I appreciate all they do and how caring and supportive they are. When you go there they make you feel like family which is rare these days. Thank you Doc and especially Ashley for all u have done for me. If I ever need more help I will be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: I landed in doctor Gonzalez's office due to a terrible car accident that left my body tangled and bruised. They have slowly worked with me to rehabilitate my body and I am starting to say be able to say I've never felt better. They take time with you, even though you never wait long, their knowledgeable, and generally sweet people. Thankful for the recommendation.
