Fantastic experience: I had numbness in my fingers neck was stiff back was hurting. I am pleased to say no numbness neck is not stiff but my back still hurts. Gradually I am getting more strength and is able to function. Kelly don't push you they stay on stop of what's bothering you. They do several types of therapy and they seem to care about how and what you are feeling. The staff is very friendly always smiling and very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to Kelly Hawkins physical therapy. This is my second time going around with physical therapy because the first time at another physical therapy office did me no good. The physical therapists are amazing. Fantastic experience: What a great place to have physical therapy. EVERYONE was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Chase was my initial therapist, also had the help of Jeff, Oscar, Janae and another lady and I don’t know her name. The PT Aides were so kind and helpful and attentive. The front desk ladies were so kind and knowledgeable. I have finished my 8 sessions and my knees are doing so much better. If I have to have more PT I will definitely go back here. They're in tuned to my sensitivities yet firm in their execution of necessary therapy to get me to 100%. You can not pull "a fast one." They're respectful and extremely educated and informative to all my concerns. Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experiences with Kelly Hopkins for the past 6 months I have been doing physical therapy for my right shoulder thanks to the physical therapist experience and his staff and the time they spend with me taking there time explaining each exercise and how it works They would check upon my progress every week asking how I feel and hearing the staff do the same to all there patients I went threw this 5 years ago when I had my left shoulder I had rotator cuff surgery plus bicep tendon tear had 6 screws also went through the same treatment finish with same results no pain more flexibility I would recommend Kelly Hopkins to everyone I have Hurd couple other patients say they went to other physical therapist and didn’t get the same treatment it was less they said Kelly Hopkins had more experience and explain each exercise more in-depth Kelly Hopkins on Ann Rd

Negative experience: Dont go to a Doc in the Box. For 100$ they might not even touch you but you will get a talking to..i think they are only allowed to spend 5min with patients. Go to a legit PT that will spend and hour with you for that same 100$

I dance 20+ hours a week and it is nice to find a place that will help me recover from an injury without just saying “stop dancing for 6 months” and teaches me exercises that I can do on my own from anywhere to continue the recovery. Negative experience: My appointment was changed without notice. When I called and asked why the scheduler was rude and offered no reason for changing my appointment. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but I was told he was with a patient. I then asked that the supervisor give me a call. The scheduler was again rude stating, "We have got your number." Of course, no one ever called back. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this Physical Therapy office after breaking my leg in 4 places. Daniel and the staff have been extremely helpful. I received an individualized plan and can now walk on my own. I am having my spinal stenosis treated now and have made great progress. I have lost 28 pounds, have weaned from opioid pain medications, and feel better than I have for years. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy coming here. I've came here for 2 car accidents, a hip Surgury and jaw Surgury. Jeff is very knowledgeable and staff is very friendly.

Negative experience: I was not treated well. I had a massage therapist literally walk into the room where I was waiting for the beginning of my session and stare at me for 45 seconds to a minute, then to continue to act like she was out of it the rest of the session. I get better massages from my cat when it kneads my legs. I thought she was having a stroke or something. Then in another session the trainer who was supposed to be aligning my hips and making sure I was doing my exercises right was more interested in everything but me. Stared at the front door the entire time, looked at his computer area, had conversations with other therapists about shopping at the grocery Store Sprouts... He even let some elderly woman work on a machine for four times longer than she was supposed to, because he was so busy doing everything but focusing on his patients. Even the receptionists are non engaged. All in all, everyone but one therapist treated me like I was a burden, another check to add to their accounts and that is all that mattered to them. It was bad enough I canceled the rest of my appointments that the VA made for me. It isn't worth their money or my time. Good luck to all who continue there. Hope you have a better experience.

Negative experience: Staff are nice but not trained well. My daughter was made worse by their treatment. Billing is horrible and they will repeatedly double bill and then say they have outside billing and don't deal with it. Outside billing says it is them sending over wrong info and saying I never paid co-pays in office.
