Negative experience: Made an appointment online over the weekend for 8 AM on monday. Tried calling them from 7 AM when they opened to verify they take my insurance before driving 30 minutes to this location. Called 10 times and no one answered… ended up leaving a voicemail canceling my appointment. Who knows when they’ll hear it.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank the ladies at core here on Orange Avenue all the hard work they have done here at core Anna has went out her way to help me and I appreciate her I appreciate the other ladies I don't know what they made right off hand but the ladies here at Orange Ave is the best of the best if y'all ever need anybody at the court to help you all with your therapy these are the letters to look out for these ladies are the bomb

Fantastic experience: I had rotator cuff surgery and needed PT to rehabilitate my shoulder. I set up appointments with CORA in Oakwater Cir. They were fabulous. It didn’t matter who you got, the expertise and professionalism were the same. Jen, Lu, Ana, Chanel, and the rest of the staff had excellent bedside manner. They knew exactly what you could accomplish and your stamina level, and worked to that end. My doctor was amazed at my progress and it was all due to the staff at CORA. Larry

Fantastic experience: The staff is awesome. I went in for therapy after a shoulder replacement and they helped me gain strength and improved my reaching and lifting. They explained everything and were really supportive along the way.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about choosing a physical therapy location, as I had not had need of one in the past. I chose the CORA office on Oakwater Circle and couldn’t have picked a better facility. From the first visit I was made to feel welcome by the staff and as far as the therapist…I had the best one. Jen was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my injury and the rehab involved. Every visit she came up with new exercises and challenges that made each visit fun and thanks to her and the rest of the staff..I’m on the road to a good recovery. I highly recommend this location if you need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Excellent programs and employees are all outstanding! They know what they are doing

Negative experience: I have been calling the billing department for over a month to resolve a mistaken bill. They say the will call you back but don’t. Often you go to therapy and you are almost completely ignored while the “therapists” chat with each other. When my pain increased I was advised to “give it a few more months” - thank God I didn’t listen and got an X-ray and MRI … I needed more than PT and now I’m doing PT in a place that cares and doesn’t cheat me on false bills. The worst thing is the corporate billing office. This is a complete sham and they try to run people down to pay false bills by not contacting them back . I’m going to be picketing them if you see this and want to join with a similar story please find me on Facebook.

Fantastic experience: I am editing this review to say if you need occupational therapy this is also a great service offered at Cora on Oakwater. My husbands doctor ordered occupational therapy for fine motor dexterity issues with his hands. It was a no brainer that he would go to Cora because I'd had a great experience having physical therapy there. (As a matter of fact I have returned to this Cora again this summer for physical therapy for recurring shoulder issue and it feels like family. I joked that this is my summer camp) He had 12 visits with Mikaila Jones and during this time she kept him busy with a lot of different hand exercises to increase strength and dexterity. He said Mikaila was always professional, always listened to him and the other patients and treated everyone with respect and patience and still managed to keep a sense of humor going. We would highly recommend Mikaila Jones for occupational therapy! If your doctor has prescribed physical therapy for you please know that you can take that prescription to a physical therapy office not connected to your doctors office. I am so glad that I knew this because the doctors office physical therapy had a 10 day wait for a first appointment....and it took me 3-4 days to get through to them to find that out. I called the Oakwater Circle location of CORA and Kaley asked me if I would be able to make it in the next day. You bet! By the time I got off the phone with Kaley I felt like we were old friends. Kaley and Jonathan at the front desk welcome each patient like a family member. I've been to physical therapy several times in my life and have never had as good an experience as I did with Jenn, Ana and Eddie. Everyone works together and genuinely cares about your condition and how you're improving. I liked getting to know all the therapists there and appreciated that they all seemed concerned about how my progress was going. I also very much liked that they set me up with home exercises and provided a website where I could watch videos of the exercise if I was unsure of how to do it at home. This was my first physical therapy experience where I actually felt motivated to do the home exercises. It was sad saying goodbye to everyone today since I'd pretty much spent my summer there (twice a week June, July and August) but I told Kaley not to worry...hopefully I won't need physical therapy again but if I do I know that I'll be going back to CORA at Oakwater Circle with no hesitation!

Fantastic experience: Cora Physical Therapy Orlando is by far my first and only recommendation for physical therapy after any injury. From the first call I was accommodated to meet my schedule, my evaluation was throughly done and the staff is amazing from Kaley at the front desk to greet you with a warm welcome to Jen explaining and helping me achieve everything I need for a full recovery. The facility is clean, the therapy is effective and your progress is noticed and evaluated based on your needs.

Fantastic experience: My husband has come here several times, after back surgery, and now after shoulder surgery. He is very happy with the level of care and the atmosphere of the entire place. Jennifer and the entire staff are upbeat, caring, and very interested in patient success. They keep upbeat music playing and seem to work very well with all ages. I've seen clients from their 20's to those in their 90's go for therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had hip replacement surgery in September and came for therapy fo r 3 months. I decided to join the wellness plan they have. It's good to know that they have your best interest in mind as they work with you. The surroundings are pleasant and all the staff is friendly and upbeat.

Fantastic experience: The therapists at CORA on Oakwater Circle are awesome. I have worked with Jen, Kristen and Trivia and all three are very focused on helping patients achieve their goals. They also pay close attention to each patient, how they are doing and making sure they are not overdoing anything in relation to their particular injury. They encourage me to go farther and do more than I think I can and the progress I make during therapy definitely is realized in my every day life. This center is top notch.

Fantastic experience: The Physical Therapists at this location are just phenomenal! I was referred by my Doctor for physical therapy to address several issues, primarily leg movement, walking and balance. At the beginning of treatment I walked with a cane, could not squat and avoided stepping on or off curbs, struggled with stairs, and at times, maintaining good balance was a challenge. The attention given by the therapists was exemplary. The exercise and therapy regiment was well designed and extremely effective. Even though the therapists work with up to three patients per session, they are organized and keep everyone busy for the entire session. My cane now stands in a corner, no longer used. My gait, due to Parkinson's Disease, will never be perfect but is so much improved that curbs, stairs and obstacles in my path are no longer a threat. The expertise and dedication of Jennifer, Krista and Trivia has improved my life tremendously, for which I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Went in after an ACL reconstruction and had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and keeps things moving along at a good pace. I recovered as quickly as I could and I felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The environment was pleasant!! The staff was courteous friendly and professional. All questions were answered and exercises explained, so you knew why you were doing said exercise. I would and will recommend this facility and especially the staff to family and friends. I worked with Trivia mostly but Jenn and Kristen were great too. Trivia is #1!!!

I’ve done Physical Therapy before at other facilities with a number of other Therapist but nothing compares to the levels of activities she implements that you can really see the difference in your mobility. Fantastic experience: My husband has been coming three days a week for therapy after a total knee replacement. The entire staff has been so friendly and helpful. Jennifer and Trivia have been the two therapists who most often work with him. They guide him through his therapy but most impressive to me is the way they encourage him and cheer him on. He looks forward to going and has made huge strides in reaching his goals. Great place to go and great therapy received.

Fantastic experience: Cora physical is by far the best rehabilitation place I have ever attended. Jennifer the head trainer is amazing & very attentive to all her therapist & all the clients. She knows us all by name. Which is awesome, Jennifer, Kristen, & Trivia are all learning how to speak Spanish to be able to communicate with those who don’t speak English. This is very positive environment & fun. I look forward to coming here everyday to better my my physical situation. Kristen is very thorough & very knowledgeable & she’s very adamant about you pushing through your recovery. She also informs us about the wellness program so that we can continue coming here. I honestly never want to leave. Lolz! Trivia has a heart of gold & she is very dedicated to our recovery. She makes sure we are properly doing the movements & not over doing it. They are all amazing & they make u feel at home!! Jennifer makes amazing coffee when your tired but you need to be here. They are so motivating. I love Cora of Oakwater Circle!

Fantastic experience: I had 18 therapy sessions for my hip replacement. I worked with Ana the most and she excellent. Also had 2 sessions with Jen and Katherine and they both were excellent too. CORA is a very good place to have physical therapy and I am enjoying my life again! Also Jonathan ,in the office ,was very nice!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Cora Rehab since 2009. I have had 2 full knee replacement on the left knee, I come under the wellness program 3 days a week. I have RSD on 3 fingers on the left hand and finally after 101 PT's the doctor inserted 3 pins in the fingers. While rehabbing the 2nd knee replacement I tore the muscle in the right shoulder, the doctor then put 3 pins in the shoulder and glued it back together. I must say that Matt and Christina are a great asset to the company. They are very knowledgeable in their work. They do wonders to the new patients and I give them encouragement to keep striving to get better. Don Colli
