Fantastic experience: Dr Dei is such an incredible doctor and an even better human being. I was looking for a PT and all the studios I reached out to that were covered by my insurance were not giving me a positive vibe and interaction. When I found Dr Dei, I was immediately into her thanks to the other good reviews. When I called her she was so nice right off the bat that I chose to take an appointment even without my insurance coverage. I started PT with her and I didn’t even know how to properly breathe. She’s more than just a guide, and I learned so much. Dr Dei is so patient and caring. Our appointments have transformed into a joyful weekly hangout, matched with practical and efficient therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with vaginismus (if inserting a tampon or having a pap smear feels like being stabbed, you probably know what I’m talking about) for as long as I could remember and I finally brought it up to my provider, who encouraged to go see a pelvic floor physical therapist. I learned about Dr. Dei through an online directory (look for the WOC PFPT Directory on the Vagina Rehab Doctor's website), reached out to her, and never felt the need to go anywhere else because Dr. Dei is just that great! I’ve only been seeing her for about seven months but I’ve learned so much from our sessions. On a practical level, we’ve worked on diaphragmatic breathing, stretches to release pelvic floor tightness, internal exams (she checks in and asks for consent before doing anything) and using dilators (I used the Wellness 4-Piece Vaginal Dilator Kit from Bellesa). Healing vaginismus is just as much an emotional process as it is a physical one, so it helps that she’s fun to talk to, super gentle, and she encouraged me to listen to my body and to be patient with my progress. Speaking of progress, I went from not being able to insert anything to getting through my entire dilator kit and I feel confident in my ability to progress further. I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Dei when I did and I highly recommend her :) Dealing with pain in sensitive areas of your body can be a lot, so to anyone else going through this: know that you’re not alone, you do *not* have to suffer, and that with providers like Dr. Dei, things can get better <3

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dei is by far the most kind, friendly, and professional doctor that we've worked with. She cares to know her client's individual situation and asks follow-up questions on subsequent visits to make certain that her treatment plan is helping you. She makes you feel special! Dr. Dei adapts her treatment procedures to meet the needs of every individual client, and while at it, she is very conversational (and relevant) you forget for a while that you're even in therapy! That's the mark of a genius Doctor right there! I would strongly recommend her on any day!

Fantastic experience: After a total knee replacement, I checked multiple therapists and after talking with Dr. Dei I knew she was the physical therapist for me. Dr. Dei is very knowledgeable, organized, and compassionate yet firm and she will always have your best interest for recuperation on her mind. This may seem surprising, but I actually looked forward to my appointments even though they required an hour of painful work. I cannot think of a Dr. I would recommend more highly than Dr. Dei, she is a true professional with a wonderful personality. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dei is AMAZING! She is professional, experienced, and wonderful at her job of figuring out where you’re at and what you need. I have been going for pelvic floor therapy after a vaginal birth. I didn’t know what to expect since I had never done pelvic floor therapy before but she is outgoing and makes you feel comfortable through everything. Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience with workers comp doctors. The only doctor who really care about my situation was and still is Dr. Deidra. Since day one that I start with the physical therapy for my arm. She totally helped me to get better every single time we work with my arm and neck. Fantastic experience: I had a fall at home which resulted with a mild concussion (currently a 59 year old male). Due to this fall I experienced a very bad case of Vertigo which of course is a bad case of the spins. I was told by my medical doctor that I would need to get physical therapy to eliminate this problem. I was told the crystals in my inner ear was causing an imbalance. I came upon Dr. Dei after doing some research. I saw her for one session and she cured me of this horrible spin issue I was having. Fantastic experience: I recommend Dr. Dei as a physical Therapist! I feel like I am getting my life back! I’m nearly 47, had 4 kids and would find myself frequently throughout the day needing to urinate as if I was pregnant all over again. I would also have accidents while walking upstairs, when I would cough, if I got suddenly scared, while dancing, running, even laughing out loud. Dr Dei’s evaluated me and formulated a plan for me to strengthen my pelvic floor! She also helped me understand why my body was not functioning properly. I also found out that I am not alone, that there are women of different ages that this happens to and they think it is normal and a part of life. Once I understood why my body was reacting this way and doing the exercises it all makes sense. Dr Dei is retraining my body to get it back to where I was and I find myself implementing these strategies when walking up stairs, while I am running and when I dance. It is becoming second nature. The best part is I am getting stronger and intimacy with my husband is the best it ever has been. I can’t rave enough about how wonderful Dr Dei is and how she gave me my life back. Thank you Dr Dei for all that you do! Your knowledge in this field is helping me become all that I can be!

Fantastic experience: Five Star Service for sure.... After undergoing Brain Surgery, I was in the need of Vestibular (Balance) Physical Therapy. I called multiple physical therapy centers in our area, and was told that I would not be able to be seen for months. I contacted Dr. Dei, and she immediately accepted my phone call. She informed me that she was with a patient and would contact me at her earliest. I received a call minutes later and set up an appointment for the very near future. What you get when you perform your therapy with Dr. Dei is an individualized one on one personal experience with a skilled Dr., not a physical therapist assistant or a technician. Not so say that this isn’t a good option for some therapy, but what Dr. Dei brings to the table is years of experience and developing an individualized physical therapy treatment plan designed to maximize your ability to get back to doing the things that are important to you and that you love. For me these include being able to perform all the duties required of me and enjoying my past time mountain biking and surfing. Dr. Dei worked with me to understand my balance impairments and devised a plan to incorporate life movements into my therapy. We also incorporated my therapy into my everyday and extreme sport hobbies to get that extra edge getting back to doing what matters to me. The other things I found extremely important to me was the proximity of her outpatient physical therapy clinic. It is centrally located and minutes from everywhere. Also, the boutique style clinic was warm and welcoming and proved to be just the right environment for maximizing my therapy sessions. Fantastic experience: Dr. Dei is among the rare medical professionals who genuinely cares about your well-being. She is personable and knowledgeable, and will listen to your concerns and modify your therapy to suit your individual goals and your own individual physical limitations. My own therapy included soft tissue work, stretching, active exercises, home stretching routines and education to continue to improve past the end of our sessions. During this pandemic, she has gone to great lengths to provide a clean, safe environment, and has virtual appointments available for those who want them. Scheduling and paperwork are easy and online. I would not hesitate to return if I get injured in the future; for now, I feel physically whole and am very grateful, and highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dei is a godsend. I had Distal Bicep Repair Surgery in September of 2018 and then moved to Florida. It was difficult finding a Physical Therapist to accept an out of state patient. Not only was Dr. Dei accommodating. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Thanks to her and her ingenious methods I can say that I am well on my way to having 100% use of my bicep.
