Fantastic experience: I love the system that ND has put in place, where you can integrate all parts of your health to be able to improve... the movement, the red light therapy, the body alignments, the nutrition, etc. I've seen a huge improvement in my overall health since I started in Nov, I have recommended it to family and friends. This is an awesome place to be, and each and everyone from the staff members from the owners to the whomever meets you at the front, everyone makes you feel at home and welcome.

Fantastic experience: Finess and Dana were so helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect bedside manner when helping me use the hyperbaric oxygen chamber for the very first time. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect but it was actually an amazing service. I’m so glad I did it. I would do it again. I highly recommend this place. They are all very friendly and I feel very comfortable there.

Fantastic experience: This is the only group class I ever enjoyed specifically the type of training we do i recommend 100% specially for those o.g bodybuilder and gym heads

Negative experience: I do not know if it’s good or not because I was trying to understand how much their charge, if it’s possible to affordable or not, but the person who pick up my call wasn’t really empty to talks wasn’t really interested in new clients. I’m not gonna call them back or trying something with this horrible customer service on the phone. I have other options to go. Bye.

Fantastic experience: I am very thankful for these people, who have welcomed me with open arms and all the positivity I have looked for in trying to build a better version of myself as a 43-year-old man who has spent the last year focusing on weight loss! Their strength through full body movement focus has taught me so much about my body! I have spent time in other gyms in somewhat similar approaches to hiit workouts but they have always grown into franchise models that never match up to the original. These people are not cheap (and they unapologetically, openly tell you they’re not) but they provide the attention that someone desires when they are clueless about fitness and strength training. If you want a one-stop-shop to building a better version of yourself, this is where you grow and learn! They will sit down and talk to you about your expectations and consider both your expectations and financial realities to find a solution. I have not gone to a session that was overcrowded. I have never felt I was not getting the attention I needed to grow and prosper in my fitness goals. I am very thankful for my check-ins with James, my strength classes with Ally, and my flow classes with Victor. Your session leaders will also show up as participants in the same classes you attend, and that speaks volumes to the commitment from the people who are also leading you into success! This is a welcome new chapter into building an even better version of myself than I have already become!

Fantastic experience: Our son is a new member at ND Wellness and I can not say enough great things about the staff and quality of services that he receives. Our son plays Elite Football and is constantly on the move. After his 1st session my son was so amazed with how much his flexibility had improved, but most importantly how drastically his pain has decreased. We are going into our 3rd month of services and as previously stated we could not be happier with the services and progress he is making each week.

The classes are taught by true fitness professionals, they tweak your form and make sure you are getting the most out of every class. The movements taught in class are truly functional, and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Add to that their team of physical and massage therapists, support staff, plus recovery modalities (infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, and compression sleeves) and personalized nutrition plans, this place is a true community. I have never once felt out of place or judged for being a novice. I do not have enough good things to say about New Dimensions. Definitely give them a try!

Fantastic experience: Went to New Dimensions Wellness after trying other therapy modalities. Here I have found what I was looking for, an approach that looks at the whole body not just the pain area. It feels good to do the infrared sauna or red light therapy after the alignment session and for stress the hyperbaric chamber. The recovery is faster. Also, I enjoy the classes offered. The therapists are well qualified and are very attentive to everybody’s needs.

Fantastic experience: I attended a networking event a few weeks ago and happen to meet the owner, Justin C. He invited my husband and I to visit the facility and I was so pleasantly surprised! The facility is big, the staff is super friendly; down to earth people, and they have a great culture and environment. I've been able to work with a few of the staff on physical movement and alignment and wow... I can't put into words the amount of relief I felt during and after the session! I suffered an arm and wrist pain for the past 4 years. I tried going to massage therapy and it provided a little relief but never went away. My husband kept nagging me to see a doctor but I was afraid of them telling me I needed some shot or surgery. I really wanted a natural solution but didn't know where to go that would be truly effective. Then I came to New Dimensions. After my first visit, my wrist felt 50% better! I was like WOW. Then I though oh, maybe the pain will come back like it always has. To my surprise, I didn't. In fact, my pain lessen throughout the week. My therapist was Mario (who truly has magical hands and energy)! I've been able to work with Mario, Dusty and Mitch. Each of my therapist have been so phenomenal at their craft. Dusty helped me understand my body and muscle. She basically "put me back in place" and the tension in my body melted away. With Mitch, he got my back into alignment and helped me with learning how to regain balance. Oh and my arm/wrist pain is nearly non-existent! I can't thank them enough for caring about my well-being. I highly recommend checking them out for overall health and definitely an alternative to shots and surgery!

Fantastic experience: I feel the need to start this review with telling my story. So I apologize in advance for the book. For 7 years, I have had back pain and I’ve seen 4 different chiropractors and three different physical therapist. I did the exercises, the needles in my neck, stretches at home, etc. I occasionally would find relief, but before the week was up, my pain would be back. Getting out of the car, rolling over at night, attempting to put pants on in the morning, and many other things would catch my lower back. For the last two years, I’ve dealt with neck pain, which led to headaches every night before bed, and my poor husband massaging my neck and shoulders. :-) I love to work out, so I was desperate to find someone to fix me. I looked up “holistic chiropractors”, and for some reason this company pulled up. By the way, there are no chiropractors here :-) I made the appointment, thinking this is going to cost me an arm and a leg, because of the five star reviews they have to be amazing. I decided to give it one month, No matter the cost, Which did not turn out to be a bad thing. After adding up everything I had spent thus far on chiropractors and physical therapist, for seven years. I HAVE to try it. At the time of this review I am 30 days, since I started there. I am 95% pain-free. I have very little issues with my back, occasionally I feel something when I turn over in bed. But I’m ABLE to turn over in bed. they take an approach teaching you HOW to undo things that you learned to create the pain in the first place. The staff are absolutely amazing. It feels like family. So here I am, starting my second month. I honestly thought there was no one out there that could fix me. Seven years is a long time to be fighting back pain. The last couple of years , with neck pain. The pain between my shoulder blades had me digging in with any equipment I could find online to relieve that tension. I’m a realtor and I have to get in and out of the car daily, along with working on a computer daily. I can now do this pain-free. I promise you if you’re having any issues, no matter what they are, give this place one month… I could bet my life on it… you will be feeling better…. With the approach they take, there’s no way you couldn’t be getting better…sorry for the book, but I wish someone would have told me about this place years ago. And a little side bonus, you can sit in the sauna and chitchat with professional golfers. lol If this review takes you there, please mention my name, so I can meet you. Fantastic experience: A good friend of mine recommended new dimensions after having back surgery in March of 2022. I started with Brantley, Justin and the team for my physical therapy in May and fell in love with their process. I didn't realize all of the compensations my body had created from years of knee injuries playing basketball. Basically they taught me to walk again, move correctly, and then built strength from there. I've been in the program for a year and a half now and I feel stronger than ever. I recommend New Dimensions to everyone who complains about back pain, but also to anyone that wants to get out of the "old-school" gym routine and into a functional training program. I love these guys, you will too!

Fantastic experience: Found New Dimensions almost 9 months ago. I have never experienced a health-focused organization like this one. The entire team is incredible in both education and passion about people feeling their best. The customized approach they can offer to each individual client is top-tier. The best part is that ND is a one-stop shop with professionals in-house for all your needs including exercise, nutrition, massage and physical therapy and other modalities. I have personally benefited from this convenience and cancelled all other memberships since I get all I need here. I’ve come here nearly every single day since I first walked in. Can’t recommend this place enough. My only regret is not finding it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Just what I was looking for ... I had shoulder surgery 1.5 years ago ..about 6 months ago , my shoulder and arm got extremely weak /I couldn't hold a plate to clean it .... I went back to regular physical therapy for 3 months .. I was just starting to feel better at the end of 3 months when they released me ( insurance will only allow you so many visits ) .... Now What ?! I wanted to keep going , but how ? so I did research on finding a place that could help me maintain the strength i had gained back & progress further to get stronger without jeopardizing my shoulder again . That's when I found New Dimensions ❣️ I've been a member for about 2 months and WOW !! I feel so good & getting stronger everyday ! I'm doing mostly red light therapy followed by the infrared sauna. I also tried my first group exercise class today. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I managed to do it AND I enjoyed it. Fantastic experience: I suffered a very serious quad injury while training judo. My surgeon told me it was a potential career ending injury and at best would take 12 to 18 months to fully recover and at least 6 to 8 months before I could do most basic things. I was recommended to New Dimensions by a good friend and training partner who had previously worked with Justin. He and his team immediately put a plan together for my recovery process with modalities and exercises to make sure things were in place for when we got the green light for PT from the surgeon. After dealing with some unforseen delays from my surgeons office, which set me back 3 to 4 weeks, I finally started PT with New Dimensions at week 5 and within 3 months I was able to walk without my brace, lightly drill judo & Bjj and have full range of motion! I've now begun the strength phase, 8 months ahead of my surgeons prediction. I cannot thank Justin and Jeanna enough! I highly recommend New Dimensions to everyone! Fantastic experience: I just finished my first three weeks at New Dimensions Wellness. I went from being told I should get a hip replacement and having a hard time squatting down to pick something off of the floor, to comfortably doing so without any pain at all. My coordination, balance and mobility have increased tenfold. The trainers and fellow students are all very supportive. Their nutrition counseling has helped me tremendously. I find myself putting more healthy food in my basket without even thinking about it. The recipes they gave me are great- things I really enjoy eating. All you have to do is show up and trust the process.

Fantastic experience: I went to new dimension to get help with neck and spine pain I was having as a result of jiu jitsu training. Within a few minutes of them having me perform specific movements, they were able to see what the specific issue was. Instead of suggesting I come back continually, they recorded the rehab movements I needed to do and suggested a routine I could do at home. They truly wanted to help and were not just looking for profits. The sauna and red light therapy at the end had me feeling better than ever! This place is amazing and I will be back!

Fantastic experience: New Dimensions has been a game changer for my entire family. I am a 49 year female that has been athletic my whole life. The years of training have taken a toll. ND has given my body healing and my mind peace. In addition, my husband got relief for his chronic lower back pain. My 22 year old daughter has received physical therapy for various things and she feels like a new person. My youngest child who is 11 also goes to ND. He works with the golf pro Josh. He also works with Gunner and Eric on strength and mobility. He is always excited to go and his athletic performance is excelling. I grateful for everyone at ND…the entire team is amazing. ❤️

Fantastic experience: My 8th grade daughter has been coming here for 8 weeks now to help with a groin tear. Each therapist/trainer has given her individual care above and beyond! You get the whole package at New Dimensions. From her personal training sessions to all of the modalities, her groin is healed and she is back on the field! We are choosing to continue with two sessions a week just as a preventative measure as well as to continue building her strength, speed, endurance, mobility and nutrition. I highly recommend New Dimensions for all ages!

Fantastic experience: As an LMT I thought I had a pretty good idea of what movement should look and feel like before I got to new dimensions wellness but being around such knowledgeable, and prime examples of they’re practice in such an awesome positive and supportive safe space humbled me and gave me a much better perspective. I have been learning so much since day one and I take that knowledge and apply it to my life everyday in my daily routine as well as in my massage practice. I have truly never felt better than I do now mentally, physically, and energetically. This place has given me so much hope and confidence in the power of implementing functional movement that I even brought my father that has been hopeless with traditional medicine and physical therapy with double hip replacements, spinal fusions, Parkinson’s disease, and many other physical problems to see him stand the tallest I’ve ever seen in years. Brantley is professional, caring, very knowledgeable with up to date, and innovative manual therapy techniques and exercises that over the time period I committed to working with Brantley, greatly alleviated and allowed me greater range of motion and a decline in discomfort and pain. Let alone the peaceful common areas, the building is SO clean and well taken care of. This place is so much more than a gym and worth every penny. Their group classes are fun (and always different). Brantley and Justin take YOUR particular well being into consideration. They will walk any individual through modifications if you have an injury in the middle of class.
