Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy at this location for an unexpected knee injury because the location was convenient. I found that manager Andrea and her staff are punctual and friendly, making what could be a chore a pleasant experience. I liked the atmosphere at this clinic so much that I enrolled in its fitness program once my PT was finished. I definitely recommend this location and will go back in the future.

Fantastic experience: I've had to come here off and on since last year and the staff has always been so kind, caring, informed, competent, and genuine. I have learned something from each provider there that I can apply to my at home physical therapy. My biggest shout out will probably have to go to Michael though as I have felt I have had the best continuous progress while working with him. If anyone needs physical therapy, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: My orthopedic recommended this physical therapy location for my back injury, and it was my first experience with physical therapy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I made significant progress during my treatment, and they gave me useful exercises to do at home. I got to know the entire staff, and I felt like I was part of the team by the end of my treatment.

Fantastic experience: this was my first experience doing physical therapy and i had the best experience. Michael was the best! He made sure to check-in everyday and make sure I was doing okay. Very personable and made therapy a little less hard through conversation. He also validated all of my pain and made sure to help me each step of the way to get back to good health. Definitely recommend going here, you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Waterford lakes office is fantastic! The front desk is always happy to help you and they treat you with respect and a smiley face all the time. I love that they are always willing to accommodate my appointment according to my complicated schedule, they even work on Saturdays and that makes all the diference. The atmosphere in this office is always so good, everyone treats each other with respect. Each time I see them they make me feel that they care about my health. The Therapist educated me about my personal issue and provided me with an elastic to continue my exercises at home as well as an exercise sheet for me to follow. I have never met people so professional and outstanding in everything they do. They have exceptional customer service, and the therapists are very knowledgeable. I can't express how happy I am with them. Michael has been treating me and I have improved so much by following his recommendations. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs it.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great first-time experience the front staff Elizabeth and Ana were so nice and uplifting. Stephanie the physical therapist was very kind, and informative.

Negative experience: I have had a problem making an appointment for over 2 weeks with this place one office does not answer their phone you can leave I don't care how many messages you will not get a call back if you do finally get a person they'll put you on hold and then 30 minutes later you're still on hold and then the phone will hang up if you call back you will get nobody to answer the phone again I've never seen anything like it I wonder how they stay in business

Fantastic experience: * This is an amazing place, a hidden gem . The staff here is wonderful. I came here in Oct.2021 for therapy from a TKR of left knee. I was so impressed with the staff’s professionalism and services, I returned again for services in February 2022, after receiving a TKR of the right knee. * This place has some of the best Therapists you can ask for. On both occasions, Mike, Lorenzo, Barb and Stephanie showed concern and interest in my rehabilitation.They all appeared to be eagered in helping me to achieve my goal in returning back to 100% or better. They provided the basic activities and tools for my basic progression. * It was hard work and painful at some sessions  but it was only temporary. In the end the benefits was mines to gain. Following their regime in the office and the instructions to do at home provided me a quicker and positive recovery time. * My Orthopedic Surgeon was very impressed with this establishment’s services. The bottom line; if you enter this therapy with a positive attitude you’ll leave with positive results to inhance a positive outlook in your life You have a great team Mike. Fantastic experience: Even though you gals are absolutely wonderful and 100% know what you are doing and are truly great beyond expectations, for me I have to wonder if the therapy is helping or not even though I am following all of the instructions and exercises to the best of my abilities. Do I need more time with you guys? Would more time help better heal this nasty thing in my shoulder? I don't know. Perhaps was I expecting a miracle cure and didn't get it? There are still two things I cannot do which is putting my arm in back of my back and in back of my shoulder - what I need to put a shirt on and off. But I really cannot complain because you gals there are always treating me and others with the utmost respect, care, and dignity which always helps me to push through a lot of pain and distress which is worth more than anything. Its an easy 5 star rating with many thanks!

Fantastic experience: Cora the 76 year young teenager has been using the Waterford Lakes location for years post surgeries, injuries and back and sciatica nerve problems that are service connected from Vietnam. Although the staff has changed over the last 8-10 years the quality of care has not. Most importantly Lady Andrea is doing an excellent job in my OP as the manager. Her two main workers Lady Barbara and Lady Stephanie are also excellent staff members. Not only do they take care of us, I have seen how they treat the trainees from many locations. Talk about a superb professional organization, this location is just that. Please ensure the company recognizes the three great employees in from of their peers for they are the epitome of success and personal care giving. A happy retired combat wounded vet that will always choose Cora.
