Fantastic experience: I had a knee surgery during summer and was in crutches for a long 3 months and needed therapy for about another 3. Thankfully I had Justin, Andy, and Daryl who were there to help me get back my strength. I went from crutches to running again and playing soccer again because of them. I just wanted to say thank you and express how grateful I am that they were there to help me get back to full form again.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome! Big thanks to Andrew and Krissaley for being so patient and providing me with all the information I needed to prevent future injuries. It's been about 6-7 months since I finished PT and I am still doing great and pain free! You guys rock!!!

Fantastic experience: I had pre opp therapy and post opp. My experiences from day one was totally different than any other therapy. I have had. I’ve had multiple surgeries with therapies none like this. They cared about their patient adjusted to your needs on the Palm Bay staff from the girls who answer the phones do the scheduling to every therapist there, everybody was a five star rating for me but one person stands out and deserves a 10 star that is Justin Jadunandan I am a bigger guy and had knee surgery and really needed to stretch. A lot had massive knots Justin was always able to get me to progress forward. I feel my speedy recovery was definitely Justin and he listened to what I had to say thank all of you very much I would highly recommend you guys to anybody, even Ashley lol By the way, congratulations on the baby

Fantastic experience: I recently completed physical therapy on my lower back. I haven't felt this good in a year and I contribute that to the therapy that I recieved. Dr. Andy Griffith and Dr. Justin Jadunandan were my primary therapist and they always did an execellent job of asking me questions about how I am doing and if I had any questions for them. I watched all the doctors at this facility and they were all great. I have some great exercises to perform at home that was provided by Physical Therapy Professionals. Hopefully I can prevent another injury but if I had one, I would return to this office.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my physical therapy for a hip replacement. It is a professional, caring environment where each therapist is totally committed to your care and success. Fantastic experience: My mom started going to PT Professionals for therapy after she had a bad fall. From the beginning, every member of the team has been courteous, empathetic, and proactive in getting her comfortable with walking again. They are so outstanding that she went back to them when she had another fall. Her therapists Justin and Krisley took such good care of her. There is such a team spirit at the Palm Bay location, that we would highly recommend them to anyone. We would like to say thank you to the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I started PT right after my shoulder surgery. This place was amazing right from the first day. All of the therapists were very helpful coaches in my plan and improvements were noted after each session. Krissalay Blair laid out a plan that was very beneficial in recovery. Andy Griffith helped through the understanding of what pain is beneficial and when to stop exercises. Justin Jadunandan made sure to push me to the limits without going overboard for specific exercises for my own personal goals. Now at the end of 3 1/2 months I am doing a lot of things pain free and started golfing again. Thank you all for your assistance and expertise. I will highly recommend this place to friends in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with a recalcitrant knee following replacement surgery. The staff at PT Pros have been incredibly collaborative, supportive and innovative in their care and treatment. The Medbridge program they provide is clear and precise in transferring the work done in therapy to implementing continuing exercises at home. The entire staff is empathic and caring and communicate with each other seamlessly. I couldn’t ask for better post surgery care.

Fantastic experience: Justin & Office Staff were great! They worked to keep me posted as to cancellation openings so I could get in and get started. The in office and home exercises really helped. They were very interested in helping me get better.

Fantastic experience: I recently "graduated" from PT Professionals. I broke my ankle and they were able to help me get back to myself in no time. Justin and Andy were great to work with. They made it fun, but did make you work. Justin provided the exercises online to do at home as well which I can still access even though I have completed my time at PT Professionals. Fantastic experience: I have attended PT Professionals for a long term chronic back pain and a sudden hip pain. The treatments and services were phenomenal. From the front desk representatives that greeted me to the back room PT’s were all phenomenal! I would highly recommend them. Now I graduated and off to my daily activities with full range of motion of my hip and back. And If I ever need a little more “lube,” If you will, I’ll know where to go! Fantastic experience: I used PT Professionals of Palm Bay for three months as I recovered from reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I was very happy with the care and guidance I received. My therapist, Dr. Justin Jadunandan, took his time answering my questions, and made sure that I effectively worked my recovery program without risking injury. The facility is extremely clean, appointments were easy to schedule, and all of the therapists hold doctorate degrees. Definitely the place to go for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have attended PT Professionals (Palm Bay office) since early April for physical therapy following a hip replacement. I find this office to be a warm and friendly place, as evidenced by how well the staff gets along. The camaraderie they display goes a long way in showing their basic level of concern for their fellow therapists and the patients. It was a breath of fresh air to see people working so closely together and truly enjoying who they are working with and their patients! During my time there the staff were always professional, knowledgeable and displayed kindness and caring in a very comforting and genuine manner. It was a joy to work with them! Fantastic experience: went after knee surgery, and they where great. After a few weeks i was able to walk with out a cane and was able to go back to work. everybody there was very friendly and helpful from the ladies at the front desk to all the therapist. Fantastic experience: When I started there I was in bad shape with my sciatica. Could hardy walk or move . I work with Justin great therapist we work together for about 1 month 2 times a week and did my exercises at home also . Today March 20 was my last day I feel alive again I can stand walk lift things I feel great . Thank you Justin and all the staff there everyone is great .

Fantastic experience: I’ve had physical therapy a number of times over the years but none have been as good as my experience with PT Professionals. They were prompt, knowledgeable and provided great guidance. Ashleigh was a joy to work with. She’s bubbly and outgoing and very easy to work with. She walked me through the exercises and made sure I always had a full understanding of the techniques. Fantastic experience: When I first walked into PT Professionals for physical therapy I had very limited mobility on my shoulder. I couldn't raise my arm without intense pain, and wasn't able to do normal everyday things with that arm. With Dr Justin Jadunandan as my PT therapist, in only a few weeks, I now have full mobility of my arm! This office is wonderful, they are attentive, friendly, and definitely know how the body works and can get you back on your feet in no time. Highly recommend PT Professionals!

Fantastic experience: I would like to take this opportunity to share the experience I had with Dr. Krissaley Blair, Physical Therapist, PT Professionals, Palm Bay, FL. I was diagnosed with a knee cartilege defect and my surgeon suggested Physical Therapy. So since I was a patient of PT Professionals before I decided to make my appointments once again at PT Professionals. Prior to making my initial appointment I did my research by looking through PT Professionals website specifically "Meet the Team" biogaphies. Here I read the biography on Dr. Krissaley Blair which totally impressed me and decided Krissaley would be my only Physical Therapist Technician for the duration of my treatments. As I reflect on the progress that I made over the past few months, I find it essential to extend my gratitude for all that Krissaley had done to help me regain my strength and mobility. The challenges I faced seemed insurmountable at first, and the road to recovery was filled with frustration and doubt. However, Krissaley's professionalism, encouragement, expertise, and patience have helped me in my healing process. Her exercises and approach have not only alleviated my physical disconfort but also instilled a renewed sense of confidence within me. I truly appreciate the way she took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, creating a therapy plan that was both challenging and achievable. Her positive attitude and genuine care have made each session something I looked forward to, rather than feared. Fantastic experience: Justin really helped me and got me right back to play basketball and I genuinely kept having doubts about whether or not I would be the same after the break due to it being a rare break but Justin got me right on track for success and I can’t thank him enough due to helping me do what I love again! However I also thank the rest of the staff due to helping me as well and it felt like family every time I came and I had no problems with the service at all but it was a fun and amazing experience so thank you to the staff and everybody who got me back where I was!!

Fantastic experience: I had to start coming here due to an arm injury that kept progressing, and I can say with 100% confidence that out of all of my doctors, these guys cared the most and treated me the best!! It has been an extremely rough journey for me both physically and mentally, and Justin and Andy have been so supportive with me. They've made my arm so much stronger and always provide a safe environment to vent, and cry at times. Andy and Justin are also so personable and find things in common with you to talk about, and remember all the details for next time. When Justin wasn't available Andy was able to fill right in. The receptionist, Cassie, was so kind and helpful each time I checked in. Fantastic experience: I've been to a few different physical therapy offices while living in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area. Physical Therapy Professionals stand head and shoulders above the rest. Justin, Andy, and the rest of the team sincerely care about your recovery and will strive to evaluate your issues and create a plan of action that will help you achieve or exceed your recovery goals. I started my journey with PT Professionals about a month ago. I came to them for an initial evaluation after attending two sessions at a different physical therapy place and feeling that it wasn't the right fit for me. Right away I knew I had made the right decision. The facilities and equipment were cleaner, more modern, and the atmosphere was more soothing when compared to the first place I had gone. The initial evaluation was very thorough and personal. Andy asked a lot of really good questions in order to get the whole picture in regard to the issues I was having with my back (two bulging discs with right leg sciatica symptoms). He evaluated my movements during a series of activities, then got hands-on to assess deficiencies in my strength, balance, and musculature. He was able to identify numerous areas of muscular weakness as well as a leg length discrepancy. Most importantly of all, I didn't feel rushed at all. I immediately felt at ease sharing what I could about my issues, and Andy listened actively and with an empathetic ear. after my first visit, I knew I would be in good hands! One of the biggest takeaways, and what made PT Professionals different from the other places I've been, was an emphasis on not just eliminating pain, but restoring function. One could probably just lay on the couch all day and be pain-free but as soon as you try to do anything, you're in pain, or worse yet, you re-injure yourself. Instead, they take a goal-oriented approach focused on restoring your ability to live your life and do the things you love. For me, it was getting back on my feet for long walks, and ultimately back on my mountain bike to ride the Turkey Creek trails. For my course of treatment, I elected to attend office sessions twice a week. Scheduling my sessions for the whole month upfront couldn't have been any easier. Some places want to swing your visit times all over the place to try to fit you in, regardless of what you have going on in your life. PT Professionals were different. They were EXTREMELY accommodating to my schedule. They were able to keep all of my visit times roughly around the same time of day throughout the entire month. They even stayed late on a few occasions to ensure I would be able to fit my recovery around my busy professional career. All of the In-office visits consisted of a warm-up to get the blood pumping, then guided stretches and exercises focused on increasing range of motion and restoring full function. All of my office visits were handled by Justin. What can I say... Justin is an all-around great guy and a consummate professional. He's impressively knowledgeable about all matters of the physiology of the human body. Nothing gets past his eagle eye for exercise form, but also of note is his ability to make the exercises (which aren't always pleasant, especially at first) fun! He asks questions to get to know you, and learns what your 'tells' are let him know that the exercise is either having the desired effect or that things are getting too much, and we need to dial it back a little. He's an artist at riding that line of pushing you to achieve your goals, but never pushing too far to where you get discouraged. Some sessions left me sore the next day (as they should) but never to the point where I felt like I had gone too far and was worried about relapse. All-in-all, my time with PT Professionals was great! If you have a goal in mind, aren't afraid to do the work, and really want to get your old life back while working with a team of knowledgeable and caring PTs, PT Professionals is the place for you!

The first time I came here I was amazed at how my hip and back pain faded. This time around, a torn foot tendon has been helped and I'm walking with no pain. Fantastic experience: i loved my experience here. it was very easy to integrate the stretches and workouts into my daily life to self manage. the therapists are very kind, encouraging, helpful, outgoing, the list goes on. truly wonderful people. justin and andy are the best therapists i’ve ever had. it was very relieving and impactful to have a genuine relationship with the therapists i worked with. i learned how to understand how my body and muscles to work and explored my problems in depth to help train myself back to normal, at a comfortable pace. i always left happier and feeling so much stronger. i strongly recommend. 100/10. if i ever needed pt again would come right back

Fantastic experience: I started PT ON November 12 for osteoarthritis in my shoulder , with a referral from Orthopedic Dr ! I met with Sky who is absolutely the best ! I knew going in that this was going to be a challenge as osteoarthritis and arthritis has no cure but pain management! I did learn and took notes and note what I do at home because every day is different with osteoarthritis, what I learned was the correct way ,to do the exercises, and the exercises that sky drew up were not that hard but some days they were , and painful ! The ROM is what we were going for , some days good some days not , and Sky had a bag of other exercises ready if one did not work , PT Professionals goes above and beyond the scope of helping , and everyone is important in that office , every person has a different issue and every Therapist has an answer ! The pain level goes from 1 to 10 and I was always @ a 5 sometimes a 6 , since I cannot bring my arm behind my back that didn’t change from day 1 , and raising my arm higher than my shoulder that is also a problem as right at the top of that shoulder is arthritis! I’m 75 and didn’t expect miracles because I’ve had other medical Drs look at the shoulder as well with X-rays, MRI ETC ! So the fact that PT Professionals was willing to take a chance on me to try to help , says a lot about PTProfessionals , I have had Drs tell me there is nothing they can do ! 10 sessions with therapy and no change in the shoulder ! Sky did all she could do and I appreciate her treatments , patience and love while there ! The ladies at the front desk are awesome and Bernadette is a rock star in my book ! Not everyone can be helped with PT , everyone needs to know that going in , Therapists are not miracle workers , they work with what they have by watching you , advising you and encouragement is A Plus ! The patient portal is also a plus because I do the exercises at home , if it hurts I don’t do them ! I so appreciate this office and if you need PT , call them first , Sky thank you from the bottom of my heart and love you so much for caring ❤️

Negative experience: Going to this company. I was really happy with them. After I got my settlement and everything was cleared with my payment they filed. I already paid every doctor, every physical therapist and having a fixed income. My opinion I expected better because they were great. I just thought they'd work with me. Thry wouldn't they said pay or I'll turn it in to credit. Sad in my opinion

Fantastic experience: For an ACL & Meniscus injury, this facility has been able to provide me with the proper guidance for successful prehab & rehab physical therapy. Following the direction of Dr. Jadunandan & Dr. Griffith, I’ve been able to not only reach my goals, but also exceed my rate of recovery!! The sessions were personal and attentive which made for rewarding 1:1 interaction. All of my questions regarding physiotherapy were answered with scientific facts & professional advisement. The physical challenge level of the treatments produced great results & has me back to normal faster than I had expected. It never felt like “business as usual” – the staff was always engaging and focused on the needs of their clientele. There was no wasted time – when not working directly with clients, the therapists were continuously prepping, disinfecting equipment and documenting clients’ activities (reports were regularly sent to my surgeon’s office). The front desk staff was also friendly and extremely helpful in scheduling to meet my needs, and the billing was seamless through my Medicare and supplemental coverage so I never had to do additional paperwork. Fantastic experience: I started here 2 weeks after my total hip replacement. At that time, I was walking with a cane and still in pain. Even though I had 3 different therapists throughout my sessions the following month, each one was always kind and professional, while helping me to where I am now, 2 months post surgical-- walking strong and 95% pain free. I highly recommend them.

I was assigned with Justin who has a lot of education and was determined to make not even just my conditioned area better but to make me better as a player whole. With only a three-day notice, they were able to set me up for twice-a-week physical therapy beginning two days after my TKR surgery. Most impressive is that each physical therapist has a Ph.D. in the field. That ensured they guided me through therapy specifically targeting my needs. By doing what they said, I no longer needed a cane within four weeks post-surgery, and my range of motion was 80% of what I had pre-surgery. I realize each patient is different, but I found this remarkable. If you're willing to put in the work, these therapists will help you.

Fantastic experience: If you're reading this you're probably looking for a great physical therapy office or skeptical like me about doing physical therapy. Now 6 weeks later and finish with my time at PT Professionals I can tell you it is worth the time and if you're like me and paying out of pocket, the money to do physical therapy with the people at PT Professionals. I worked with Justin who from day one made me feel not like another patient but someone who he truly cares about and wants to help at getting better and stronger. The task that you do depending on your injury, "Mine was for minor fracture but mostly a sprained ankle", might seem mundane but they are effective at what they are there to do. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Deanna their scheduler and the first person you're greeted to when you walk in. She goes above and beyond at getting you scheduled in at the times you need and making sure all the paperwork you need before your first visit is all ready to go. Also wanted to mention even though I didn't work with him but Andy also is another fantastic therapist and from watching how he treats his patients while I was receiving my therapy I'm sure whoever you end up with you wont be disappointed. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new physical therapy facility to attend when my other one failed me. I did a Google search for reviews and was impressed on the nice reviews. I highly recommend Pt Professional team. My 1st visit I met Bernadette in the office who explained what I needed to do to get transferred to this facility because I was on Worksman Comp. Deanna was very helpful with all my scheduling and assisting all my changes. I liked that they set up your schedule all at once too. Both ladies were very nice and cared about the patients. Justin was very caring because my case had 2 injuries. Justin worked really hard with me and set up a program for me to get better and get to independence. It's a happy place and the team is always laughing, joking around. I liked that the whole team at PT Professional they were helpful working with me. Even Daryl would take the time to say Hi and joke with the patients. I will miss going there because they became my second family.

I am very pleased with what we achieved together. My main therapist was Sky, she and the other therpists worked closely with me, and gave me the tools to improve the quality of my life. They serve all ages, and play pleasant music. Just remember when you go...."MOTION IS LOTION", and you do have to do your homework too. Good luck, they will help you more when you help them! I am 70, and have been very hard on my body, but with their help, I feel GREAT!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Had back surgery and was suggested by my surgeon to get physical therapy since I was in a brace for 5 months. They play music but its very low so it doesn't bother people. Which helps to keep your mind of the pain. And the exercises. I had all 4 therapists at one time or another. My main therapist was Sky. She made the painful experience wonderful. All of the therapists were great and very professional. They also sanitized tables after each patient and equipment often. Sky was upbeat, fun, professional. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: When I first went to PT Professionals I could hardly walk. I needed help getting up and down from a chair. I was told by another medical facility I would never straighten my knees again and had severe arthritis, Would need knee replacement. Also was diagnosed with bulging discs in my back. I was a Mess! I graduated today from PT! I can walk, I have full mobility, my balance is better, I have resumed doing the tasks I had given up on. Fantastic experience: Long review about my experience with PT Professionals over the past 2 months. The condition I'm recovering from is nerve and muscle damage from compartment syndrome that affects my lower right leg and foot. TLDR; Great people, great service, great experience. So this was my first time ever needing physical therapy. I showed up day 1 and I was filling out the paperwork I should've filled out at home but forgot. :-) While I'm filling out said paperwork another patient comes from the back to talk to the receptionist and asks her to cancel all her future appointments. Yikes! The receptionist handled it well, asking if there was something wrong and the lady refused to elaborate and just asked her to do it and stormed out. So once I was done filling out the paperwork I sat for a bit. And waited. A little uncomfortable at this point due to the recent interaction. Eventually Justin comes out and takes me back to a room. Introduces himself and asks me everything about my experience. Basically having me leave no detail out so he can get a full picture of where I am and where I've been. Great interview and he then proceeds to take me out and have me do a few things so he can see how it goes. He offers a couple pointers and sends me on my way for the day. Good orientation. He sets me up on Medbridge with a couple of exercises to do and a schedule to come back. I leave with a more positive outlook. My appointments then are covered by Sky and Chrisalee(sp?). Over the next few weeks everything was great. I felt like they had a lot of positive feedback on what I was doing right and wrong and I was really in good hands with them. Overall, the environment was nice and laid back. Low stress. But they take your condition seriously and approach it intelligently, altering your exercises as you go to keep you on the right track. Thank you all for everything you do. While my time with you has had to come to an end due to insurance not covering any more appointments I feel like I have made considerable progress due to your knowledge and guidance and you've all made a lasting impact on my life and my ability to get around.

Fantastic experience: The team at PT Pros helped me finish recovering from a lumbar fusion. Justin in the Palm Bay office was my primary therapist, though I did have sessions with each of the other trainers. Over about 6 weeks we were able to take me from being so sore that I spent most of my time on a heating pad to having almost zero pain and a LOT more flexibility. What was different about PT Pros is that we kept mixing up the workouts. Other PTs I have been to can so repetitive that I drop out. Bottom line, I went in broken and came out a lot better, with the tools to keep improving. PT Pros rocks!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing the best staff ever it starts at the front desk with the friendly office staff and continues in to the therapy room with the therapists I worked with Sky the most she was always pushing me to reach my potential I had the pleasure of working with Justin a few times they made what most would think of as tedious process to a real fun and enjoyable work out . I had rotarcup surgery I was told by the doctor it would be a long recovery process to expect 4 to 5 months I completed my therapy today in less then 2 1/2 months I have complete use of my arm and shoulder. Fantastic experience: I've been to the PT Professionals on Malabar twice, once for an Achilles problem and, most recently, a sciatic nerve problem. Andy helped me with the Achilles & also a slight reoccurrence with vertigo. He was so good and caring. He gave me very helpful ways to help deal with the issues at hand. Skye helped me with my sciatic problem a great deal with the exercises she had me to, some I didn't like as well as others, but she made it fun, so we had some good laughs. She gave me very helpful exercises to do before getting out of bed in the morning to alleviate the severe pain I had when getting up first thing in the morning. The office ladies were great in their scheduling & so easy to work with. If I had to change an appointment, they were very accommodating. This is a super friendly office who do all they can to make what may be a painful experience for some as painless as possible with terrific results. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I had a partial knee replacement in December but didn’t start PT until 7 weeks after. I went to the Palm Bay facility. When you think about PT, you think- Pain. Yes, there is pain but there is laughter, learning and major improvement!! These physical therapists (Justin, Skye and Andy) are amazing!!! These people know what they are doing! I worked through some pain and worked hard but the progress I made is amazing! They provide a professional environment and at times there is fun and laughter with them and other patients. I am extremely grateful for everything they did for me. Very satisfied with my results. I highly recommend PT and I highly recommend this facility!! I also want to mention the two ladies in the office. They are both professional, so very friendly! Just loved everyone there!!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my last session at PT Professionals after I fell and broke my right arm (radius head displaced fracture) and underwent post operative PT. I highly recommend these folks for outpatient PT. I can say that the team is truly 5-star, including both Physical therapists and the office staff. My therapist (Daryl) truly has mastered the art and science of PT. I always felt like I was in good hands, he answered all of my questions, and truly cared for my welfare. The PT Team gels like a well-oiled machine with great comradery that spills over to the patients. It's a very positive atmosphere and they have a lot of compassion for people who are facing the trial of recovery whether from trauma, illness, surgery etc. The office staff are pleasant and work with you to schedule appointments that fit your schedule. During this season of COVID, each client has their temperature checked at the door (a high tech device that you stand in front of for a couple of seconds). The office is kept disinfected including the equipment and therapy devices, and staff and clients wear face masks. Thank you PT Professionals!!!

Fantastic experience: Short story: Great staff that immediately improved my injury, thus allowing me to return to my regular activities and equip me with the knowledge needed to continue improving my situation when therapy was complete. Long story: I am an age group triathlete logging 100 to 150 miles a month running who began experiencing Achilles tendinitis two and a half years prior to seeking medical help. X-rays revealed a bone spur where my tendon attaches to the heel bone. This was causing regular dull pain and occasional stabbing pain depending on the intensity of my workout. As a result, my run pace gradually deteriorated. Following my first two physical therapy sessions my pain subsided and I was able to very quickly return to intense workouts in the following weeks. To my surprise, the exercises were simple and did not require expensive equipment. Running is enjoyable again and there is now hope that I can continue to achieve personal bests.

Fantastic experience: Second time coming to therapy at the palm bay facility, very professional and understanding with pt's concerns I highly recommend them. They are awesome.

Negative experience: Treatment was sound but logistics weren't: I'm paying cash without insurance so the appointments were quite expensive for me. *Before scheduling my first appointment I asked the office if they would work with me to have more infrequent appointments as I can't afford going once or twice a week. They said they work with that all the time. Then during my appointment I say this to my therapist but he pressures me to go twice a week. I email the office after my appointment to politely ask if I can talk with my therapist about appointment frequency again as I really can't do twice a week. They say he is busy and the therapist never responds. *I show up early to my first appointment and get the paperwork done with 10 minutes to spare. They cut off my appointment 20 minutes early because they said I was late (I wasn't, I double checked). Because of this I had to pay $75 for another appointment the next day to get exercise instructions. I politely asked the office what happened with this timing mixup. They said they would look into it but never contacted me. Then I sent the office an email asking for a $75 refund and they never responded to me again.

Fantastic experience: Had my hip joint replaced in January and needed PT to return to playing competitive softball. Jessica made it happen. Jessica is a true professional, she worked me hard but with great care. I'm back on the field with no issues. THANKS PT PROFESSIONALS and Dr. Jessica.
