Harbor City Physical Therapy (Downtown Melbourne)

Fantastic experience: My husband has been going here for about a year (off and on) post Knee surgery. He has had an exceptional experience with the team at Harbor City Physical Therapy in Downtown Melbourne. When I received a referral for PT for my shoulder, they were the first I thought of. Sadly, they don't take my insurance. HOWEVER, the 5-star service I received from Amy has been nothing short of wonderful. She researched all the details for me to make an educated decision on the care I would be paying for out of pocket. When I called back with more questions, she referred me to an in-network provider (because my insurance website was not accurate/up-to-date). I cannot rave enough about the level of service both my husband and myself have received. He as a patient, and me, as a wannabe patient. :) In a day when far too often people do not take care of one another or provide excellence in service, I celebrate these moments when they arrive!

Fantastic experience: I have been to physical therapy at Harbor City Physical Therapy for a few months now and had an excellent experience. Kim was my main PTA and was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. Larry also provided great care during Kim's absence for a few visits. The entire staff is friendly and supportive, making each visit comfortable. I highly recommend Harbor City Physical Therapy for anyone in need of quality physical therapy services. Fantastic experience: Excellent staff. Very friendly and caring.

Positive experience: Physical therapy was great but not so much as being seen by therapist to be evaluated. Showed up for appointment and after waiting 30 minutes was told he would be late and could not tell me how much longer. They have strict standards for us showing up but not for patient. They could have told me he was running late. I told them to reschedule me and left.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend this place as you will professionally receive treatment and enjoy the good vibes there. Also, The people who work there, Brandon, Kim, and Karen, are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I wish if they were more than five stars reviews to give!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased my with experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They tailored my physical therapy to my job needs and sped up my recovery so I was able to return to work quicker than I expected.

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy with the crew at Harbor City Physical Therapy last year. The staff is professional, caring and knowledgeable. Larry, Ed, Bret, and Karen together create a special dynamics in the facility that makes you want to work hard, with a smile.
