Fantastic experience: Akshay, Jaimie, and Olivia were an amazing team who helped me progress like a boss through my surgery recovery and get my life back. And Samara was super friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Everyone is so professional, caring, and helpful. Unlike some other PT establishments I've gone to they actually give you a full hour which I really appreciated. I hope I never need PT again but if I do I will certainly go to AxisPro.

Fantastic experience: I have had the need for physical therapy and occupational therapy for a couple of years for chronic and surgery issues. Plus, a car accident that set me back. I've seen several of the therapists and observed others. This is a high quality, versatile, and caring staff that knows the balance of pushing for breakthrough, but ensuring modifying when too much as each body has its own healing journey needs. From the front desk to the retraining areas, one can feel confident.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. I had a total knee replacement on the right. I was pushed to my physical limits, not beyond, to get me back on my feet. I was using a cane after 1 week and nothing 2 weeks later. I feel better than I have in 6 years,thanks to the surgery, and the great therapists I had.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to give a shout out to Ben Gaines and the staff at AxisPro for the great job and professionalism they showed in treating my Vestibular Occulo Reflex condition. After going through their VOR rehabilitation program my dizziness and headaches are gone. Cannot thank you enough for all your efforts.

Negative experience: Do not use this facility. At least not before you get a WRITTEN confirmation of your cost after insurance . Really sad to know that people will stop at nothing to gain, even from illness. Get your numbers first in writing, then make your appointment.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Ben at Axis Pro and couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism and care provided. He is super knowledgeable and open to learning and being creative when treating chronic vertigo as a diagnosis. Ben was extremely helpful and I encourage the owner to invest in more vestibular therapies as this field is highly misunderstood due to the complex nature of the vestibular system. Ben is a great asset to help build this expertise for axis pro.

Fantastic experience: I went to Axis Pro to avoid foot and shoulder surgery. Ben, Jen and Jazz were knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic experience: I am a Breast Cancer Survivor with a few lymph nodes removed. I had never heard of the lymphatic system before all of this. Erica has given me the awareness and knowledge of this system. She initiated a lymphatic massage unit for home use with the Sales Rep. and my insurance company. Hands down I won't forget how caring and knowledgeable Erica was with me and I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Wow! These guys are great! Thanks to Jennifer and Mac I can now walk without a cane or limp. Six to eight weeks ago I injured my right knee and could not bend it, put pressure on it, or walk a flight of stairs. After working with Mac and Jennifer...no more pain! I can walk normal again! Using their deep muscle massage techniques, tools (lol, I nicknamed their tools as the Star Trek Klingon weapons), and customized exercises they restored my knee. I can walk without pain, take the stairs, and back to doing my two mile daily walking routine! If you need physical therapy I definitely recommend you give AxisPro a call. Thanks AxisPro!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this place! I go to the Rockledge site, the staff is amazing there and and are really helping to make a difference with my frozen shoulder. The receptionist is so helpful and both Matt and David, the PT's, are amazing. I went to Lindsey, OT at the Melbourne site last year after having carpal tunnel surgery and she is just as fabulous as they are. I highly recommend them to anyone needing outpatient services!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at AXisPro for multiple problems. By the end of my PT all areas of my body that were in need of care were addressed, I improved a lot before my finish date to the point that I can continue at home. My therapist made sure to lay out an exercise routine designed just for my needs to take home with me. From the desk personnel to the therapist, I thank you for your awesome treatment and care. You were professional as well as social, happy and always helpful and forever making me feel as if I was part of the AXisPro family! Fantastic experience: I was able to make dramatic progress in rehabilitating my shoulder at AxisPro. If I had stayed at the other rehabilitation place I would still be in bad shape. At AxisPro I have received more individualized hand on therapy that greatly helps regain flexibility and range of motion. It is a great place to get PT and you should give them a try.

Fantastic experience: I came here to treat my frozen shoulder with Nicole. She helped me regain my range of motion. What she did was taught me how to recover on my own with different exercises. Doing stretches properly is very important so she made sure that I did them correctly. I never got the chance to thank her for her care and concern for my proper recovery. Fantastic experience: I was referred to AxisPro for an ongoing shoulder injury. From my first visit to the last, the staff was very helpful. I am now able to do so much more than I expected. Fantastic experience: Where to begin! My husband had a brain stem stroke in September. The knowledge, encouragement, commitment and kindness extended to him were above and beyond anything we could have expected. Fantastic experience: Terry is an absolute rockstar. I'm almost 8 weeks post op from a radial head (elbow) ORIF surgery. Terry has been by far the therapist I have seen the most often and he always gives me a tremendous amount of attention even when he's juggling multiple patients. He manages to give this same level of attention to all his patients somehow. His manipulation, soft tissue work, stretching, and all the strengthening exercises he gives are very structured and have gone a long way in my recovery. I'm still about 4 weeks away from the timeline given by my doctor and there's still a lot of work to be done but I feel very confident I will make a full recovery with Terry's help. When he has multiple patients at the same time he truly acts like a conductor in an orchestra and manages to get the best and most out of his patients which is critical to making progress in therapy. I do want to thank the whole staff at this office, everyone is amazing but in my honest opinion Terry is a definite standout.

Fantastic experience: AxisPro is a great place to get physical therapy. PT Akshay Samant & his assistant PT’s Jazzlyn, Ashley & Ben gave me hands on therapy that helped me gain flexibility and range of motion. They provided me with copies of the exercises that I used in therapy so that I can continue them at home. I am very thankful for all that AxisPro physical therapy has done for me.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE both Jen and Akshay. Both are patient, compassionate, encouraging, and positive - and yet neither lets you "get away" with anything! From the first day I walked in and could barely walk, to the day I was discharged, I saw a huge improvement. They have given me the tools to recognize what I need to do to lessen any residual pain and soften those bad days. Jen actually made the therapy fun as we bantered back and forth but she always checked on me to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. If you find yourself in a situation where you need physical therapy, go to AxisPro - they're great!

Fantastic experience: The Therapists at AxisPro have been my wife’s savior. Over the last couple of years She had a shoulder replacement and 2 hip surgeries, and the staff at AxisPro has been there by her side, through the whole ordeal. Physical Therapy has many meanings, but the tenderness, encouragement and attitudes of the therapist who helped her through some “depressing moments” on her way to rehabilitation cannot be over emphasized. It was encouraging to watch her progress, little by little and know there was light at the end of the tunnel. My sincere thanks go out to Akshay and Ashley (hip) and Terry (shoulder) for all they have done to help my wife return to a meaningful life. Hands down, AxisPro is staffed by a superior group of Therapist!

Fantastic experience: On March 3,rd 2022 I started my therapy. My daughter had to push me in a wheel chair because my muscles in my arms and legs would not work after a 10 week hospitalization. My main therapist was Ashay but I was treated by Max Ben and Joslyn. in 4 weeks I was able to use my legs and in 6 weeks i walked in with a walker. . On June 30 , I graduated I can now do all my goals and so happy I do not have to depend on my daughter for everything. I still need to work on mu muscles in my arms and will be returning soon I would recommend everyone to go if they want some real therapy. They are professional, cordial and you feel like you are family.. I have even told my neurologist to recommend his patients to Axis Pro. .

Fantastic experience: Terry & Lindsey have been very knowledgeable about my shoulder surgery and helped explain why I was having difficulties with some of my recovery. They are also friendly which helps you relax and enjoy going. They explain the exercises and will show and help until you understand and can preform them.

Fantastic experience: This is my third experience work with physical therapists. The first two were disappointing, they showed me the exercises to do and then ignored me for the rest of my visit. The first one was CORA. I don't like give people bad reviews, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but CORA was ridiculous, both with the physical therapist that I worked with and then tried to change the amount I agreed to pay them and hassled me for months! This was back in 2013 I think, so maybe they've improved but I wouldn't bother to give them another chance. Anyway, I have ongoing issues with my lower back and I haven't been able to fix them myself so I gave it another try. Excellent! Mac does body work with every visit to help heal and loosen up the areas and then watches and evaluates of set of exercises to make sure they're working for me. He knows what he's doing and he cares. This place is also very professional from the business side. Happy to recommend them to anyone! They will help you get better!

Fantastic experience: I had a right shoulder problem and went through a surgery and got bone spur shaved. Mac, David, Nichole and Akshay all helped me for the recovery and the process is amazing. Fantastic experience: I recently had some very complex hand surgery requiring extensive therapy. After a bad experience at my current hand center i needed to find a new therapist. Axis pro helped me get set up quickly even with obstacles. The front office was more than helpful going beyond to get me in. My new therapist Vanessa is wonderful helping me begin new therapy . AxisPro's staff from the front desk to the back , is the best. I'm so happy with my decision to go there and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: After extensive back surgery, my neurosurgeon referred me to AxisPro Phsyical Therapy and I'm grateful he did. Fantastic experience: My experience at AxisPro was excellent and is worth commenting on. I visited them for rehabilitation after knee surgery. The staff and the owner, Mac are all very skilled, professional,Physical Therapists.They are friendly and caring during each and every visit. The reception staff is very friendly, organized and accommodating. They are always prompt with your appointments in both start time and end time. I never waited past my appointment time to start treatment. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and very well equipped. Sessions are thorough and well balanced in terms of assessment. In addition to getting great results and pain relief, they put in the extra effort to get my abilities back to way better than they were before I had the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Having issues for many years with my knees, I was sure no one was going to be able to help the issue- even a physical therapist. When I was told I had to go see one, I did not care too much for the idea and did not think it would help at all. Not only did this place help me regain the strength I lost (to say the least), they had me doing things I did not think I was able to do at all or ever again! Mac, Valerie, and everyone else was so extremely friendly every single time I stepped my foot into Axis Pro. There was a smile on everyone's faces and they always made you feel welcomed. Mac is amazing at what he does, sweet, hilarious, and such a great person for this job field. Without pushing you past your limits, he helps to improve what you need at your own pace. I highly recommend Axis Pro to anyone who is looking into getting physical therapy as I do not think you will be disappointed at all by your choice. They helped someone who had no faith they could ever bend the same way again and had given up on the idea of ever feeling good. By the time my time there was up, I walked out feeling incredibly better and that I had made some new friends. They work with you and your hours, time you need to heal, your expectations, and your limits. By far not only the best physical therapy center I've seen out there, but also best establishments I have seen and I am so glad I got to spend my time there as it was the absolute right choice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend AxisPro Therapy. All the staff are extremely friendly and well educated. Physical therapist in my past have just sent me away with a piece of paper and exercises but they really take the time to work with you and diagnose the issues. Mac is wonderful and truly cares about your physical health and is very easy to express your concerns to. I also like how no matter how busy they are they really know how to take the right amount of time with each patient. 10/10 would go back!!!!

Fantastic experience: I tore a calf muscle playing tennis and had great difficulty even walking. I chose this provider because they had excellent reviews. Axis Pro did a great job of figuring out what the problem was and the exercises to get me healed quickly. I was very pleased with this physical therapy provider. Fantastic experience: Choosing AxisPro for my physical therapy was one of the best decisions I ever made. Mac, Jessica, Valerie and Colleen are all dedicated to helping their patients, as well as welcoming, friendly and kind. Mac and Jessica are highly skilled physical therapists! They were patient, attentive and taught me exercises that have greatly increased my strength and flexibility. I will continue a program at home, thanks to their print-outs and written directions. The facility is spacious and comfortable, with a large variety of equipment. I enjoyed going there very much; their knowledge and friendliness is much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: After major shoulder surgery, Mac and his team welcomed me as if they had known me forever. It was really a relief to not be treated like just another number. After only 3 weeks my shoulder had recovered to the point that I would have felt comfortable enough to end our sessions and still been satisfied. However Mac laid out a plan that is 8 weeks long to ensure by time we were done I wouldn’t need anything else to help my shoulder! The attention they give to each patient far exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like 1:1 sessions. If there was something that you were unsure of, or if there were any questions lingering about your procedure and recovery Mac didn’t hesitate to find you the answers. Another thing I noticed is that when you are pushing yourself they make sure you aren’t pushing “too hard” because they don’t want to cause you any further damage or extend the amount of sessions they think it will take for you to recover. That was a nice detail. The plans are custom to EACH AND EVERY CLIENT none of us had the same treatments even if we were recovering from the same type of injury. Which was nice to know they are paying attention to the individual and not just text book treatments. Mac is very professional and personable at the same time. The rest of the staff is very courteous and helpful as well, none of them made me feel as if I was just in the way as some facilities make you feel. Their scheduling is very flexible, allowing people like myself who have other medical issues, and or appointments to schedule around anything that may come up. Most other places if you miss or reschedule they charge extra, or cancel the rest of your sessions and force you to reclaim on your insurance. Axis Pro PT is as professional and courteous as they come and if I need PT again in the future this is the only place I’ll come!

Fantastic experience: Mac did an outstanding job to get me back to moving without any pain. When I first started my physical therapy, my sciatic pain was unbearable, and I couldn't stand for longer than 5 minutes. After three weeks of exercising and stretching using a plan to treat targeted areas, my pain has been eliminated completely. I walk two miles a day and have no problem standing for long periods of time. Mac and Valerie are so friendly and helpful. Mac introduced me to the best treatment plan I have ever used. I should give them 10 stars, but the rating system only allows 5 stars. Top notch care and attention from the staff. I feel 20 years younger due to my pain free mobility. I cannot thank Mac enough for giving me back my freedom!

Fantastic experience: Mac and staff are highly skilled PT what is best to regain muscle movement. The clinics has the newest technology and equipment which includes the NUSTEP T4R a recumbent cross trainer. His individualized ONE Therapist/ONE Patient commitment until your discharged, separates him from the rest of the rehabilitation centers. Also, I loved the upbeat music. This personalized attention build a relationship of trust for me like no other place I have ever been to. Melbourne Terrace was not clean. But at A CTis Pro I see the conveniently located wipes used to clean one piece of equipment for the spread of germs. People in these places are already compromised, so they don’t need another issue. AXISPRO gives a care and is exceptionally clean! BRAVO! Mac thanks for giving back to us what we rightly deserve as patients.
