Fantastic experience: Dr. Santiago has been caring for my lymphedema for about 2 years with amazing results. Recently I had her handle a large blister on both of my heals. I do not know where I would be today if I had not been introduced to her by my cardiologist. Dr. Santiago's smile and warm heart is beyond 5 stars and reason enough to have her take care of you. Thank you De. Santiago!

Negative experience: This doctor and the office do not understand their contracts with the insurance companies. You should think twice before using her as a provider. Their understanding of their coding and contract terms is dismal. Patients beware.

Negative experience: Financially incompetent owners. They don't understand how the business side of their practice works. You are likely to have your insurance not authorized properly and end up with a major bill [among other issues]. We tried telling them that there was problems with their front desk and billing practice but ignored us at every turn. They blamed us publicly for having claims over 120 days old whent hey worked with us for 90 days. Good math. Those claims were from their previous biller. We were just helping. Honestly though, 2 billers in under a year. They are the common denominator and will have the same problem with the next biller and the one after that until they learn how the system around them works.

Fantastic experience: No one else ever offered me a solution to Lymphedema like Doctor Santiago has . She has given me hope and she is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: There are no words to express my gratitude for the care I have received at the clinic. From Fabiola up front to Dr Elias Santiago. Following knee replacement surgery, I developed acute lymphedema that physicians don’t know how to treat and deal with or care to. I was in severe pain in the lower portion of my leg. Dr Elias Santiago performed a thorough assessment of my legs and health. She explained how my leg how gotten to that point, the treatment plan and how to keep my lymphedema and venous insufficiency from flaring up besides compression stockings that I have worn for 30 years. Within a few weeks, my acute condition was resolved and now she just treats my chronic conditions on a more limited basis. Her knowledge and care is beyond compare. She collaborated with our providers on my behalf. I cannot say enough about this clinic. She knows what she is doing, which is so refreshing today! I’m so glad I found them, on my own. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
