Fantastic experience: Dr. MCcranel’s and the staff at this location are above and beyond excellent. The Dr. explained everything so clearly about how everything was working for my own personal recovery. The staff is amazing as well you will not find more supportive people to take care of you.From the moment you enter the building you are greeted till the time you leave every staff member was so awesome. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Thank you for everything!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've never felt so comfortable in a doctors office. When you walk in the door! The staff knows your name. My favorite is that when I came back for my next appointment they asked if I had enjoyed my perogies that weekend. They remembered that I told them my friend and I were going for Polish food. Each person you feel a connection with. And best of all is that McCranels is going to make you feel better for sure!

Fantastic experience: I was in a relatively light auto accident and sustained moderate injuries; ruptured disks in my neck and back which resulted in surprisingly significant nerve pain that hit in waves. That pain, frankly and probably naively, shocked me. I could not believe how debilitating nerve pain could be. Nothing I did would help. I couldn't even lift my arm let alone hold anything in my hand when the pain flared up. Other times, I had no pain or signs of injury at all beyond a discomfort in my neck and lower back. It was bizarre and really wrecked my life. Dr. McCraniel and his team fixed that. They were patient and listened as I tried to explain what I was dealing with, then developed a treatment plan and frequency I could handle with my busy job. The treatment eased my accute nerve pain and, over the course of several weeks, eliminated it all together. Plus, they were friendly people in general, so it made things that much easier. I couldn't thank them enough for their help. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional staff, never had to wait to be seen and they worked around my schedule, even with my last minute changes. UPDATE: 4/5/24 My treatment has ended and I was sent a bill for the portion my insurance didn't cover. I called to set up a payment plan and Donna was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so helpful and understanding, went above and beyond for me and I could not be more thankful. I've never been anywhere with such a kind, wonderful and incredible staff. Everyone there is so welcoming and warm! Thank you all for the amazing service provide!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend them to anybody. They were great. The staff was awesome. I had a car accident several days before my birthday and started my treatments on my birthday. I wasnt having the best day. The staff signed a card and gave it to me. That was so very nice and above and beyond. All were very professional and kind. I did well in my treatments and was done within a couple of months.

Fantastic experience: I had a car accident back in November and got to spend 6 months with these amazing people for treatment. I finished treatment this past week and it was so bittersweet. Everyone here is so kind, helpful, and engaged. You wait no more than 5-10 minutes before each room and everyone keeps up with your life; asking you questions and remembering details you’ve told them. They even made me a handmade card for my birthday. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and helped treat me, but I’m so sad it’s over!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I came to this office! I came in for an auto accident 2 years ago and now I'm seeing them for TMJD issues and am doing so much better!! I was told I would have to get surgery to fix my jaw, but that is no longer necessary after a couple months of treatment. I’ve been going since my car accident in June and from my very first appointment I have had nothing but a great experience . The wait time, well there is none and everyone is very friendly and knows your name . The doctors and staff are great and always make you feel comfortable. Any questions are concerns will be addressed and they are very flexible with scheduling .Not to mention the care they put into making sure that you don’t only feel better temporarily but will be better in the long run !

My coworkers suggested Injury Treatment Solutions because they valued and took care of military. I called and they saw me right away. I must say they addressed every issue and even took the time to explain things. The staff there is beyond friendly and enjoy what they do. The scheduling is truely flexible and if ever I need to be seen again. They said come on in. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic services.

Fantastic experience: Unfamiliar with the procedures, I came in very nervous. However, from the very first visit, I felt listened to, understood, as well as relieved about what to expect from my treatment. The entire staff is amazing! They’re compassionate and dedicated to every person that walks through their door. It’s a hard place to not have a smile on your face, regardless of your predicament. My son is only 6 months old and I don't always have a babysitter available when i go and they are always welcoming and helpful when he comes no matter what mood he is in. Fantastic experience: I believe there is no better compliment, than to have your competition copy your business plan. When I first started seeing Dr. Greenberg He told me about this Idea he had about putting all the patients medical needs in one place. That way the patient will get to know the faces and names of the staff, and become more comfortable being treated. It would be so much more convenient for the patient. Rather than running all over town to see a Doctor. Then sent for x rays, then sent to a chiropractor, Then sent for physical therapy. When it is traumatic enough just being hurt! Who needs that aggravation? Since then Dr Greenberg has put into motion a multi-service treatment facility. Kind of a one stop shopping for accident victims. As a result, all of a sudden there are many competitors in the area trying to copy his business. All I can say is why trust the copy cats when the original is right around the corner! Fantastic experience: Was going from doctor to doctor for 7 years with chronic mid back neck pain till I tryed Dr Stuart McCranels. After 2 visits he found that I have pinch nerve and with his manipulation fixed problem area. Previous doctors over 7 years was ordering 8 x rays and 3 MRI and adviced me injections and when my pain and stiffness turned to numbness advised me to have surgery on my spine. I m sooo thankful to Doc McCranels to fix my problem without any surgery or injections. Now I first time after 7 years of misery have quality of my life!!!! Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! From the moment you walk in they are comforting and accommodating! After my accident I was in so much pain i couldn't even sleep! I made an appointment and they got me in immediately. I saw Dr McCranels and he was the BEST! He talked to me and explained things every step of the way! The staff in rehab and the therapy rooms were so attentive and helpful in every way! I had to see Dr Stelter once due to a schedule conflict and he was great too! I still go back to see them as needed and I still feel l like family when i walk in there! The office manager makes sure to say hello and check to make sure all my needs are being met with each visit! Ill never go to another chiropractor as long as I am in Brevard County!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going there for 9 months after an injury. The staff has been amazing and even when I had to bring my daughter to my appts- they have a small room and make an effort to keep her busy so I can focus on treatment. They are accommodating and always fit me in based on my schedule. McCranels never gave up on trying to figure out different ways to treat me because I was in pain. He sat down and explained everything so I fully understood my injury and how it happened - I was referred to a surgeon and even though I need surgery they still helped with all my other issues and continue to do what they can to help relieve pain until my surgery. There office is clean and friendly and focused on you as their priority and they were very honest about my progress. I’m very thankful for the staff there and am happy to continue to use them for chiropractic services!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Greenberg is a wonderful chiropractor who always, always goes the extra mile for his patients. I had a rear end collision several years ago that caused upper spinal damage. Thankfully, Dr. G was able to treat me as part of my care team and has relieved a lot of pain. His adjustments are the absolute best and I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Best customer service ever!!! Customer service is really important to me, and I have been to a lot of places in about 25 states, and this one is the best. They treat you like family. They don't make you wait. They have water for you, a Mrs. Pac-man arcade if you have kids..etc. The best part is you can get seen by a nurse practitioner, get xrays, see a chiropractor, get physical therapy, and go to rehab all under one place. If you are injured and want to feel better, this will become your favorite place.
