Fantastic experience: PT Professionals are completely true to their namesake! Dr. Genny, Abby, Nancy and Christine are consummate professionals. They helped me rehab my shoulder after orthopedic slap tear repair surgery and it was an incredible experience. They are very creative in their methodologies and everyone is so kind and truly interested in helping you get better. From scheduling, rescheduling, work plans, and the coaching on their exercises, EVERYTHING is well-organized, efficient and beyond professional. The facility is as clean as clean can be and they provide a welcome and fun atmosphere. They know what they are doing and thanks to this team I am finally surfing again. I also learned so much about the human body and how to stay on top of my physical condition to stay strong. The best of the best!

Fantastic experience: What a professional facility with amazing therapists and front office staff!! The whole crew is amazing and my end PT results are all because of the collaborative efforts of all the PT’s, they are a seamless team. I went to the Spyglass location but they have other locations as well that I am sure are as good as this one.

Negative experience: I wanted to use these guys, but when I called in, the receptionist was so "matter of fact" that I am not sure I want to go there. Also, they do not allow my wife to join me (except for first visit) because of "HIPPA concerns"- this is complete bogus (I am a business professor and can tell you that that is just an excuse).

Fantastic experience: The kindest group of people you’ll ever meet. So glad my doctor recommended this place to me. Had an odd incident with my ankle and they knew exactly what to do and how I could work on strengthening it. Now I’m able to get back into doing the things I love: running and walking around disney. Fantastic experience: Checked out 2 PT places before committing. Had knee surgery and was on crutches and couldn't walk more than a few steps unassisted. Darrell was kind- took time to speak with me about my case and tell me about their facility and a potential plan of action. The place is Clean and well equipped. All the Therapists are Dr's. No "Assistants" like some other places. I was given exercises to do at home. The Therapists were very kind and knowledgeable. After 6 weeks- I am a different person. Fantastic experience: I am Jana Hardison. I broke my kneecap at the beginning of June and was locked in a brace for two months. My surgeon sent me to PT Professionals in August to start some really tough therapy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff truly cares about my well being , my progress, my small and then bigger steps forward. I so highly recommend this place as the best PT group. They have become "my therapy family" and they have helped me regain my strength, my coordination and my confidence. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Several months ago I tore my hamstring, After consulting with my doctor and receiving an MRI, he suggested that I see a surgeon. Knowing I didn’t want anymore surgeries if I could avoid. PT Professionals was recommended for further treatment. I am so glad I took that advise. After sitting on my butt for almost two months I was glad to get started. Laura Sivites did the evaluation and determination on how to proceed. She made sure I understood how, what and why she would proceed. She and Nancy both took the time and skills to ensure I was progressing in a timely manner. I have always been active with sports and at 76 years old have gone through numerous sessions of Phyiscal therapy, but never had a team so skilled as PT Professionals. Fantastic experience: PT Professionals help me strengthen my hip & legs, after a femur bone break & a knee replacement. They knew actually what I needed. Thanks to them I am feeling so much stronger.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to PT Professionals by my neurologist to see if PT would help with the increasingly severe headaches I had been experiencing for many months. Although the MRI showed severe spinal stenosis and a bulging disk in the cervical spine, my therapist, Nancy, noticed right away that I had also had old shoulder injuries that were contributing to my pain. As she began to help me work to strengthen my shoulder muscles and posture, the headaches began to decrease from daily to 3 or 4 times a week. After two "rounds" of therapy, they are now down to maybe one a week. Although the scores do not show that I've improved a great deal (a one-pound weight was really a challenge when we first started!) I now know what I must keep doing at home to continue to improve and to keep the headaches away! This was the FOURTH time I've needed PT during the five years we've lived in Melbourne. Each time has been with a different service. From now on, I ONLY want to be referred to PT Professionals. They are absolutely the best that I've experienced.

Fantastic experience: I received two months of physical therapy for a torn meniscus. I received excellent care. The therapists were very knowledgeable and caring. They set up a program that successfully strengthened my knee and improved my overall balance. The therapists created a fun and friendly atmosphere. I always felt safe while performing the exercises. When I started I had trouble just getting around. Now, after working with Nancy, I am able to move about quite freely and the pain level has decreased considerably. Fantastic experience: My experience with PT Professionals was OUTSTANDING. I was in agony with sciatic pain and had already completed other courses of treatment that were ineffective. Within two sessions of physical therapy, I started to feel relief for the 1st time in months. The energy and commitment of the staff is so motivating. I was discharged after the 4th session because the treatment was so effective! I am so thankful to not be in pain anymore and to have the tools/exercises I need to have ongoing relief.

Fantastic experience: I used PT Professionals for recovery from total knee replacement. Nancy was my physical therapist and she was fantastic! Always friendly and answered any question I had about the recovery or the therapy. Kim and Laura were the other PT’s in the office who were helpful and always smiling. Negative experience: This is one of those places that when you call you’re given all kinds of superfluous information before you can even select a prompt. By hitting zero to skip past everything the prompts reset and you’re forced to listen to the voice recording all over again. Also, for a newer business to have 141 five star reviews is completely ridiculous. Go ahead and skim through a lot of these reviews and you’ll see that they are fake. When you finish navigating the prompts you’ll just receive someone’s voicemail. Physical therapy is important and I suggest whomever is reading this does some research. There are too many predatory companies out there like this one.

Fantastic experience: Effective, compassionate, professional, creative and just plain awesome! After suffering the aftermath of being rear ended for the 4th time, PT Professionals was able to clearly define the issues that were causing me pain and limiting my activities. Their assessments, program and super professional and fun staff put them at the top of my list! I owe so much to them for helping me regain strength and flexibility and significantly reducing the pain from my permanent injuries. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Laura and Nancy and the combination of their two approaches is what really put me on the road to recovery. Fantastic experience: The issue for which I was referred to physical therapy has resolved through the efforts and attentions of the highly skilled and competent staff at PT Professionals. Not only did the exercise program, specifically tailored for me, resolve the immediate problem, but it also addressed and resolved another and longer-term issue -- that of range of motion in my neck -- with which I was delighted! The team at PT Professionals worked well and closely-together to insure the best results for me through continued progress and tracking improvements. They always invited my questions and made nuanced corrections in exercises, insuring proper execution for best results. This is the second time in 10 years I've needed physical therapy and both times I've gone to PT Professionals. I have been very pleased and impressed both times and would highly recommend PT Professionals to anyone in such need.

Fantastic experience: I used PT professionals for my recovery from both of my knee replacement surgeries. I loved them so much, I sent my wife and they helped her heal her neck injury and reduce paun! The center is well equipped for any PT needs. It is always cleam and they were early to take extra precautions during the pandemic. I ALWAYS felt safe. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. This includes not just the PT's, but the front office as well. Scheduling was very flexible and they ensured all insurance items were completed timely and accurately. Fantastic experience: I have played sports all my life, and with that, have had a frequent need to visit physiotherapy clinics. I would estimate that I have been to at least 6 or 7 in Brevard County. Having gone to PT Professionals, I will never go anywhere else. They are exceptionally good at what they do, and their early morning hours make it possible for me to go before work. Specials Kudos to Laura and Nancy, I saw them most of the 16-times I went after shoulder surgery.

The Professional Therapy Team, from the front desk to the doctors who are assisting their patients/clients with their healing plans, have the knowledge, wisdom and skill to bring about renewal and rehabilitation and strength and success; 3) Chemistry: When looking for that last defining quality of effectiveness, we have to actually "like" the team or person we are working with in our life. The Professional Therapy Team demonstrate winning chemistry between themselves and know how to connect and communicate with their clients/patients. Throughout my entire experience I have seen firsthand, Character, Competency and Chemistry required for my healing and highly recommend Professional Therapy of Viera, Florida to you!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at PT Professionals 5 times since they opened. I always received outstanding service. Whether it was a herniated disc, severe central stenosis, neuropathy, a torn ACL, or torn rotator cuff, they had a treatment plan and I always left in better health than when I first walked in the door. Fantastic experience: This was my second time coming to PT Professionals for Physical Therapy and both times was a great experience. The entire staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. They are well organized, so there is no wait time before your session. They always emailed me session reminders for my convenience. Laura and MacKenzie always made it a pleasant experience and worked me hard, which resulted in a quick and full recovery. They even provided me with an exercise plan to continue after my last appointment. MacKenzie is about to receive her DPT degree, best of luck!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough to express my gratitude and appreciation for the Team at PT Professionals. I am recovering from major back surgery ( oblique lumbar interbody fusion ) and owe much of my progress to my Team at PT Professionals. Perhaps every bit as important as their technical skills, the ladies display fantastic attitudes, are loads of fun, and a true pleasure to work with. I give them all 15 stars ! Fantastic experience: After a grueling 2 surgeries (1 failed) on hip replacement PT not only brought me back to walking and enjoying my life again, but worked on confidence, held me when I cried (second surgery) and continued to offer comfort and excellent treatment. 6-weeks later after my second surgery I'm almost back to my life prior to all my arthritic problems. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They listen, they comfort and they work you like the Olympic coach I have returned to PT Professionals again since I once again had problems with my hip. The care and concern was excellent. The PT's never leave your side and they never double up on clients. It is always one-on-one attention. I was discharged with at home excercises that I'll be easily able to do.

Fantastic experience: Laura, Shardae and Christine were all fantastic. They promote a fun environment with patients while they work out what ails you. All the therapists are very attentive and listen to you to ensure you aren’t overworking your injury and have an assortment of different exercises to get the job done. Sometimes they even do push-ups with you! Sometimes (Dr. Laura). Thanks for everything! Oh, make sure you do your “homework.” It really helps.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best place I have been to for therapy. The staff is fabulous and enjoy what they are doing while having fun with the patients. Shardae is great with her explanations of what need to be done in order to progress while recuperating. I recommend pt professionals over any other place
