Fantastic experience: I've seen holly Whitford several times for different injuries over the years. She fixed my shoulder impingement, achilles tendonitis, and glute medius tendonitis. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my 17 session. This time it was because of my knee and I can only say Wonderful things about their facility and employees. The therapists Brian and Lindsay were very knowledgeable and caring. They answered so many questions that I wish my Dr had bothered answering and explaining. The young ladies behind the desk Gabi, Isabel and Natalia were always welcoming and helpful scheduling the visits. I had been there, after fracturing my shoulder, A few years back, And later helping with my scoliosis. I wouldn’t go any place else! Thank you so much!! DE

Fantastic experience: I had bad stenosis and pinched nerves. After an epidural, my pain management doctor recommended Saylor for PT. I had cancelled 2 plane trips, and thought my golfing days were over. Well, I’ve been working with Chris for about 2 months, and now I’m getting on an airplane this week, and upon my return, I will begin chipping and putting. Hopefully after more PT, I’ll be playing 18 holes. I attribute the PT, as much as the shot, for my success. Thank you Jake and Chris. Saylor is the best.

Fantastic experience: Saylor was excellent. They have a great facility, with two Pilates machines and all the equipment you might need. Also, importantly, just one PT works with you, unlike some other places. Chris was very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive.

Negative experience: I was referred to this place by my Dr. My consultation was great, the PT assigned to me was very knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. Until I got to the front desk to schedule my 1st session. One of the girls at the front desk, the one that sits in the middle was very rude. On my way home, I thought about the way I was spoken to. The next day I called to cancel my appointment and the person that answer the phone said:” You will be charged $60,” I said:” I am cancelling ahead of time,” She said: “ It’s been less than 24 hours.” I called 21 hours to cancel prior to my appt. The woman threatened to take me to collections. I asked her to remove me from the other scheduled appt as well and told her how unhappy I was with my scheduling experience. She ignored it and just focused on the collection threat not caring about my experience there. I will never go back there again. I can just imagine how elderly people get talked to there. Very disappointing . I will let my Dr know as well as my insurance company. The bottom line was the utter lack of professionalism by the front desk staff, this has nothing to do with insurance or cost. The threatening words said to me over the phone and disrespect when I called to cancel my appointment 21 hours prior to the appointment. The practice instead of calling me to ask about my negative experience left a response to my review. The negative experience was not ONLY over the phone but in person when I went for my consultation. It seems this practice only cares about getting paid and not keeping patients/customers happy for them to want to come back. I have 60 sessions to be used by another practice that will hopefully treat people right.

Fantastic experience: I had therapy for my shoulder after a fall. Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable and I showed continuous improvement as I moved along the exercises. A combination of massage for the joint, stretching and Strengthening exercises was the right approach and it restored the joint to a very functional level. He provided exercises to do at home to continue the improvement. Therapy sessions are one on one for a whole hour. Excellent.

Fantastic experience: I went for PT when I had neck head pain from an old injury. When I met Kelvin Lorenzo I recognized his grasp of anatomy was beyond what I expected. The weeks I spent in therapy under his supervision did wonders for understanding how to keep this chronic problem under control. Now I'm doing the hard work with him post knee cap fracture. Again I am not disappointed in his talent for this work. He is firm yet compassionate.

I had the great pleasure to work on my shoulder physical therapy with Jenna Mattatall who was amazing, providing great hands-on therapy as well as on-site flexibility & strengthening activities and direction for at-home activities. Fantastic experience: Having experienced physical therapy at other locations in Michigan and Florida, I did not want to repeat the "mass production" feel of sharing a therapist and a prescribed set of exercises used for all patients. Saylor employs one therapist for each client, tailoring the treatment to the individual. Additionally, each therapist has his/her own treatment room, so the privacy is ideal. The main room is spacious and well-equipped, and it has never been over-crowded. My therapist, Mariah, was dedicated to figuring out how to help me, and she did a great job. She is skilled and has a warm, caring personality. I'm very appreciative of her help. The office staff is friendly and efficient, greeting each client upon entering and leaving. Fantastic experience: I just want to share my experiences at Saylor and they are all positive and should be known. I’ve had both my knees replaced in two separate surgeries over the last year. I did all of my rehabilitation for both knees at Saylor and I’m very happy with the results. My rehab was done primarily by Christeen Corbitt but on occasion was blessed to have Katie Schuster work on me. They both are amazing and true professionals at their jobs and always had my recovery and healing as a priority and gave an extra effort in helping me. They pushed me through obstacles I didn’t think I would make it through. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. The rest of the staff and therapists appeared to be just as good as mine from what I observed. Top notch place and very blessed and thankful I chose this place for my rehab and therapy.

Fantastic experience: Ryan Butz, DPT is not only a kind, reliable, friendly person but above all he is a PROFESSIONAL in his craft. He not only Rehab my shoulder back to it’s previous functional state but showed me things I have never seen nor been exposed to in the past. Being a clinician my self, I know the ins/outs of shoulder rehabilitation but not to the level of Ryan’s expertise. Thank you Ryan for helping me and showing me all the different ways to be pain free, regain my ROM, and strength. NO NEED TO GO TO ANYONE ELSE!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Ryan Butz.. when I came in to him after having a stroke. I had no balance and my vertigo was out of sorts. He has worked diligently with me (even with my subborness) and I have regained a great deal of my balance. If you need a therapist. He is a patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He’s everything you would want in a therapist.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Saylor PBG! After a comprehensive assessment by Lisa at my first visit, I was then treated by therapist Christine. Christine had a complete understanding of my injury and treatment plan. At every visit she was thorough in assessing how I was feeling, how I was progressing and she kept an eagle eye on my exercises making sure I was doing everything properly and with the most benefit. Christine is also a fun person to spend an hour with, so I always looked forward to my appointments! Everyone at Saylor was so helpful and friendly, from the owner to the front desk staff! Fantastic experience: Saylor Physical Therapy is far superior in their approach to helping patients. You are assigned one physical therapist who takes care of only you during your appointments, thereby getting to know you over time. Kyle Moran is my therapist and he is excellent. He is very well educated, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with several specialties, and it is evident in the plan he develops for me each day and for my long term improvement. He observes what my limitations are, listens to my concerns and uses his extensive knowledge to best choose the exercises that will help me in day to day life. And Katie and Nikki, at the front desk, are so genuinely friendly, proficient and helpful always.

Fantastic experience: I fractured my femur and went to several physical therapy sites. By far, Saylor proved to be the best choice. It is located a lovely area in PGA and they have a modern facility with seven individual rooms. The receptionists are polite, efficient and well organized. The physical therapist are professional and well- skilled. I was very comfortable and pleased with my effective therapy. Dr. Ryan Butz has been my therapist. He has been very attentive and used many tools with a variety of methods for each session to give me wonderful care and leading to progress. My condition has improved greatly under his care! My husband is going to have knee replacement surgery soon and I would like Ryan at “ Saylor” to be his therapist.

Fantastic experience: I am Carol Herrle, a recent victim of water on the floor in a store. I tore my hamstring and was struggling to sit or move. My husband highly recommended Saylor as he was very satisfied with the results. Miguel Salas was my therapist. He was very professional, empathic, and effective. He not only quickly attacked the problem but explained why he was massaging certain areas, what each exercise was accomplishing and why sometimes pain is good. I'm doing much better and would recommend Saylor and Miguel in particular to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my primary care physician and neurologist for low back pain. My PT, Lauren, was an incredible practitioner. She was very informative, explaining the reason for each phase of treatment/exercises and encouraging throughout my progression. Not only is she skilled in her practice, she is professional, personable, and sensitive to my specific needs. Fantastic experience: Previously, I was referred to another therapy business. They did very little to relieve my pain. My doctor sent me to Saylor and it was a great experience. To start, Dr Lauren Calabro determined my initial movement capabilities. From there she developed a plan and moved forward with my treatment twice a week. Not only is she a excellent therapist but a truly nice person to know. The other therapists and staff were very supportive and friendly. When I finished my last session, Lauren gave me a list of exercises to continue and if needed come back if pain systems returned. I will recommend Saylor to anyone who may need treatment or help. The other therapists who filled in when Holly was on vacation were also very good. I love the family atmosphere. Everyone was so encouraging and all celebrated my recovery. Having had multiple PT experiences in the past I can say unequivocally that Saylor (& Holly) are the best!

Fantastic experience: I began with Saylor Physical Therapy after years of Chiropractics and other Physical Therapy offices. The personalized service versus being with a Therapist who has to deal with 3 others at the same time has made my a definitive difference to the severe pain I experienced for my Scoliosis. Follow-up exercises to be done at home has helped me immensely. The Therapists are sincerely invested in your well being. I strongly recommend Saylor and will be continuing there myself when necessary.
