They helped me with 4 weeks of pre-hab for a knee surgery and took me through my post-operative recovery. In just a month, they helped me double my strength in both legs! Following my surgery, they helped me recover faster than I could have imagined. Every step of the way, they showed me that I could do more than I thought I could. Fantastic experience: I had 12 sessions at PT Solutions for leg weakness and balance issues. Today was my last session and my improvement has been remarkable. The PT staff really did their homework and focused on my issues every visit. I can honestly say that I am 98 percent better than my first session. All the physical therapists gave me so much attention and made sure I was improving each and every day. I would like to thank the front office ladies for their friendly and efficient service. They always went out of their way not just for me but for all the clients. All the physical therapists were outstanding . Fantastic experience: I had my left knee replaced 10 months ago and my right replaced 3 months ago. I went to PT Solutions for both. They were amazing!!! Fantastic experience: Treatment was dedicated and specific for my injury. Measurements to show progress. Therapy was progressive based on my ability and tolerance. The DPTs were always courteous and professional. The location was clean and ancillary staff were friendly and courteous. My rating will be a 10 because you get the experience of excellent care with dedication and keen knowledge of the professions at this center. I would come back for additional therapy at this center with joy.

Fantastic experience: I had ACL surgery in May and had to do Pt. This place was great everyone was really sweet and every week I would see improvement. They always had me working on different things to help strengthen my knee and it was very helpful. They were always really easy to schedule with and even if I had to change things last minute they still were able to get me in. Great Pt place!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at PT Solutions while rehabbing after shoulder surgery. From the girls at the front desk to the therapists in the back they were knowledgeable helpful and always kind. Brittany did an exceptional job getting my shoulder back to 100% quicker than expected. Fantastic experience: I've never had much faith in PT, however, PT Solutions has changed my opinion. My sister says I'm walking better and standing taller. I'm feeling so much better. While I was on the treadmill with the music playing I felt like dancing. I haven't felt like going out, much less dancing, in three years. All of the physical therapists there are just great and have listened to me and worked with all of my problems.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to PT Solutions in Palm Harbor for tennis elbow. The staff was wonderful and very professional. The receptionists always greeted me with a welcoming smile. The therapists were also welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. I was treated by Chris, Brittany and Austin. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. On my first visit, I had a great deal of pain and by my last visit, I was virtually pain free and playing some tennis. I would strongly recommend PT solutions of Palm Harbor.

Fantastic experience: After a devastating kiteboarding accident last May (referred to as a kitemare) , followed by emergency reverse shoulder replacement to repair the four-point break, I was okayed to begin physical therapy 8 weeks later. I chose PT Solutions based upon recommendations from friends and so incredibly glad that I did. The therapists there have given me my mobility and strength back. They’ve worked me hard, encouraged me, endured my whining, and have gotten me to the point where I am back on the water doing what I love! . I’m forever grateful!

It was like being at “Cheers,” - everybody knows your name. The PT Staff was attentive and very accommodating. My physical therapist, Suzanne, focused on my specific therapy needs for that day. Whether there was little pain or more pain than usual - she directed the therapy session in a positive direction and the day concluded with positive results. Fantastic experience: Was having trouble with dizziness and balance after shingles in my inner ear and stroke. Didn’t know there was a cure!! These therapists know their stuff and devised some wonderful therapy’s for me to learn how to correct my problems. In about a month I felt like my old self again. Fantastic experience: Thank you to Danya, Brittany, and Suzanne for the outstanding care provided to me over the past six months to relieve pain and strengthen my entire arm after a break in my wrist that occurred a couple years ago. Suzanne’s confidence in me pushed me over the finish line to regain confidence in myself to engage in and enjoy the many outdoor activities that I enjoy. I have nothing but good things to say. My issue was recovering leg and knee strength plus movement post surgery. The team at PT Solutions knew exactly what therapy movements I needed to do and at what level. They did this with the right amount of patience and also pushing me to do more when appropriate.

Fantastic experience: I first went to PT Solutions to improve my balance. Suzanne recommended taking the LSVT Course. This improved the quality of my life greatly. Suzanne and the whole staff were patient with me as I progressed through the program. I'm back to walking with confidence and playing golf. I would highly recommend PT Solutions to anyone and already have. Suzanne and the staff also helped my wife recover from a shoulder injury.

The clinicians at this location are welcoming, attentive, and so so knowledgeable. Patients are in excellent hands and students are valued highly! Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Austin and the staff at PT Solutions enough for their excellent care and professionalism in treating me. I really did not believe physical therapy alone would be able to solve my back/hip issues, but within just a few sessions, I had far less pain and was able to return to activities I had not been able to do for months. In addition, they gave me the tools I need to “reset” if the pain returns. I will always be grateful for their care. What a beautiful view while working out as well!

Fantastic experience: Life is, Just, Easier – No Longer Need to Manage Pain The best way to describe it: life, in general, is easier. I have less pain (I used to have chronic debilitating neck/shoulder pain), its’ easier to do any daily activity that involves movement (e.g., walking, bending, reaching, turning my head, etc.), my posture is better - clothes look/fit better, and I’m making enhanced gains in physical strength and endurance training (e.g., I can run longer, I can lift heavier). I feel like I used to live from chair-to-chair; I couldn't stay standing very long, and after a 1/2 hour I was looking for some place to sit. Now, I can stand most of the day, and I don't get fatigued like I used to. My pain is almost completely gone, and I haven't had severe migraine or debilitating neck/shoulder pain in months. I find myself doing new activities, I thought I was too old to do. I have less anxiety about going out for long days, and long drives, because they used to always bring me pain. I would know, after such a long day I would need to ice/Aleve/sleep just to get through. I really feel like I got part of my life back, that I had given up on. Physical Therapy has been such a life changing practice for me. I really try to put the work in and do my “homework” exercises on a regular schedule. I started running in December 2021 and started Physical Therapy in January 2022. Prior to December 2021, I hadn’t run for almost 20 years. In my view, Suzanne does an outstanding job as clinical director. She and the whole team really care for their patients and are involved in the community. Austin & Danya are amazing, Jody is always super friendly and helpful. I always look forward to going to PT and can’t wait to see what we will try next; each time I am surprised by the response and control for muscles I didn't even know I had. The entire staff is super knowledgeable, cohesive and LGBTQ+ friendly. I really credit the creativity and approach the team takes here because I felt like I was constantly asking questions and giving feedback; my treatment plan/exercises were continually enhanced. The process they take you through as a patient feels complete, with continual evaluation on progress. Give this group a try, if they can help, you likely won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I injured my ankle a couple months back and I was recommended to PT Solutions by a family friend. I am competitive soccer player so getting back to playing was my top priority. I was hesitant at first however the staff was so welcoming and attentive during my first visit that I continue to go. I was back to playing before I knew it and my range of motion in my ankle has been restored completely. I would definitely recommend PT Solutions to anyone who is looking for a positive healing experience.

Fantastic experience: Awesome clinic with great physical therapists. The whole team (Danya, Austin, Suzanne, and a travel PT whose name I have since forgotten) was incredible and I would recommend any of them to anyone! Fantastic experience: PT solutions in Palm Harbor helped me get back to playing college soccer. Austin treated my hamstring and had me back to running and playing in less than three weeks. Overall a great group and also very effective.

Fantastic experience: Great experience and great staff who are friendly and really good at what they do. I tore my ACL playing soccer and had rehab with them for my full recovery. My knee feels great and I don't really wear a brace anymore unless I feel like it. They actually care about you and the standard of treatment that they maintain for all of their patients is evident of that.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing severe low back and sciatica pain for years, so when I first came to PTS I was in a pretty bad state. But with the help of the very kind, caring, and knowledgeable physical therapists —like Danya, who helped me SO much—I was working towards being completely pain free, after only a few months! Fantastic experience: PT Solutions of Palm Harbor literally changed my life. There were so many things I could no longer do around the house because of long time injuries, the hardest being able to rotate my head from side to side to drive. Through their professionalism, caring, patience, and understanding, I'm in such a better place than I was. They put me through my paces, but were so empathetic to my limitations. While I still have to keep up with my exercises at home, I left PT Solutions feeling stronger and much more capable to handle whatever Life might throw at me. The energy, chemistry, and overall peaceful and relaxed atmosphere made me feel at home right away. From the friendly front office staff comprised of Susan, Jody, and Kim to the physical therapists themselves, I thoroughly enjoyed going to PT. My trainer was Donya, and we hit it off right away, She put together a recovery program that was totally tailored to my needs, adjusting it as i needed it. Brittany sometimes worked with me and she introduced different exercises which dovetailed into those Donya had me doing and I never got bored or overworked. Susan provided some very helpful dry needle therapy. My husband became very ill in the middle of my therapy and the staff was so understanding and helpful when I would have to cancel one or more sessions to tend to my husband's needs. All this to say, I highly recommend PT Solutions for your physical rehabilitation. Give them a try. Like me, you'll be so glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Been going to PT Solutions for a couple months now, real good people there. Everything they have done for me has helped greatly. They just recently got a certification in doing dry needling. I can believe how much that procedure helped me. After just the first treatment my tingling and soreness went away completely for a week and only sligh tingling after that. Wish the state had let them do it sooner. Had my second treatment today and all tingling and soreness is gone away. If you have a issue that they think dry needling might help I recommend you give it a try. Today was my last appointment because my insurance won't let me have more, I will miss going there.

Fantastic experience: I have been working in the physical therapy world for over a year now and words cannot describe how wonderful of a company this is. Not only do I feel appreciated as an employee, I can truly see how my therapist truly love and appreciate their patients! I have never once seen therapists go out of their way to help patients the way my therapist do! They are also always growing and expanding their knowledge about their field. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend PT Solutions!! After 4 weeks of PT 2-3 times a week, I am having excellent results. I met with Suzanne and Austin and both of them are very attentive and aware of just what to do to stop my pain. I especially like the integration of yoga and deep breathing techniques. They have given me a clear and achievable exercise routine that I can do at home on my own. Now, I am moving without pain in my back for the first time in over 6 months! Making appointments is easy with Fontaine and Kellie, who are always so welcoming and friendly, and they are very flexible with scheduling. Fantastic experience: I have been to a few physical therapy offices and this one is the best. Very organized, extremely helpful and beneficial, everything about this place is amazing. My physical therapists take there time to figure out the issue and fix it. I feel back to normal again because of them. I even had a physical therapist who played the same sport as me so she gave me drills that can help strengthen my injury. I am back in the game and very grateful. ♥️♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy I’ve gotten throughout my athletic career. I came to them with an extremely painful case of posterior tibial tendonitis. I had little hope that I was going to be able to continue running track without this pain. Luckily, with a bit of therapy and inserts for my shoes, I was able to run at the invitational and district meets with zero pain. My physical therapist (Austin) was able bring me from a 8/10 pain wise to 0. He was flexible with me as I started to get stronger and continued to challenge me till the last day I was there. In terms of environment, everyone did their best to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I got all the encouragement I could ever need to push for better. I’ve built strong relationships with almost everyone there and even with a some other patients. I definitely won’t miss the pain that brought me to therapy, but I’m thankful for the people it brought me towards.

Fantastic experience: I have had many injuries and every time I come to PT Solutions the experience gets better. The staff is friendly to all ages and makes you feel comfortable at all times. It is never too crowded and everyone has a smile on there face when you walk in. It is a very well run practice, smooth and efficient. The top priority is all about making your injury better than the first appointment you came in and progressing each time you come back. Would recommend to anyone needing a great place for therapy.

Fantastic experience: Danya has been working with me, and she has really helped me a lot. When I first came in I had a lot of pain in my lower back, right hip, thy, and knee. The exercises she has had me doing have helped immensely. But it is the work she does on my back, with her hands, that has truly made the difference. I can't thank her enough. While Danya has helped me physically I do not want to neglect the ladies in the front office. They are always friendly when I come in and they are more than willing to help me if I need to make changes to my schedule. I have had several problems over the years, and it is the professionalism and kindness of the total staff that keeps me coming back to this facility.

Fantastic experience: If you need PT, this is the place to go. After breaking my ankle, Austin was able to help me get the flexibility and strength back. After 2 months of PT 2-3 times a week, I was able to do everything I could do before the break. Austin always had new techniques and exercises to try so no two appointments were ever the same. He was also attentive to pain management and made sure to balance new challenges with reasonable goals so the muscles grew stronger without overdoing it. The office was always clean and the staff was always friendly. Kellie and Fontaine were able to answer all my billing questions and were always helpful when scheduling my appointments. I would highly recommend this office for your PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Today, I just completed 52 sessions here following surgery to repair torn rotator cuff. The staff are all polite, friendly and very professional. They do a fantastic job that methodically brings all sorts of injured limbs back to life, as I've observed them doing the same for others that they did for me. So many businesses today fall short in regard to customer service. The team at PT Solutions never came up short in any way. I, however, fell short by being more late than on time. They were forgiving yet pushed me harder, as I deserved. I recommend PT Solutions to anyone in need of quality physical therapy. They are highly competent and genuinely care!

They were more than flexible with my schedule to make sure I missed as little work as possible when rehabbing my back/neck from a car accident. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Over the past 5-6 years I've been concerned about my balance. I visited MD's, had MRI's, and was told that my balance concerns were likely a result of aging. At 67 I was not willing to accept this. I requested a referral for physical therapy to at least strengthen my core. During my second session with Suzanne she suspected I had a vestibular imbalance in my right inner ear. She adjusted my sessions, adding exercises to focus on re-training my brain in addition to the strengthening exercises. Over a 3 week period my balance has improved and with future sessions should continue to improve. It's also important to note that Suzanne suggested that her diagnosis be confirmed with specific testing by an audiologist, which it was. My two takeaways are: 1. if you have balance problems, don't ignore your inner ear; 2. be sure you have a therapist that will listen closely to what you tell them. I am forever grateful to Suzanne and the staff at PT Solutions of Palm Harbor.

Fantastic experience: I just recently completed a course of therapy for several injuries related to a bad fall. I was very happy with the treatment I received at this facility! The facility itself is bright and inviting, the front staff friendly and helpful, and the therapists professional and knowledgeable. At every step I felt listened to and understood. They provided full explanations of what I was experiencing physically as well as the intent of each exercise. My main therapist was Danya, but I also saw Suzanne a few times. Both women were lovely and I can’t thank them enough for all they did to help me get better.

The physical therapists I worked with Suzanne, Heather, and student Davina are professional, knowledgeable and gifted. Fantastic experience: I’m a dancer and spent a year recovering from a rough injury, I spent over 6 months at this clinic for treatment after 2 surgeries and it was a great experience. I worked with Harold or Jon most days and they were both so passionate about getting me back to 100%, they were so accommodating and tailored my treatment to what I needed to get back into training. They care about their patients and will go above and beyond for them. In previous experiences, I’ve found that good doctors that will take the time to care are hard to find so I appreciate everything they did for me. I wouldn’t be dancing today without em. :)

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at this clinic! Harold and Jon were the two guys that worked with me the most. Both of them were very personable people and focused hard on improving my ankle. After months of Pt and good tips from Jon on strengthening my ankle I now don’t have issues and can play basketball again at full intensity. If it weren’t for the physical therapists attentiveness and drive I would never have improved. I highly recommend anyone struggling to pop in for a visit !
