Fantastic experience: I came in to see Dr. Monteleone for Neck Pain. When came my Neck Pain level 8. After I came in my Neck Pain level went down to level 1 less than a week. I highly recommend Dr. Monteleone to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I came in for severe lower back pain and Dr. Monteleone helped me clear it up in a few weeks. The front desk woman was very warm and welcoming, and the staff was always nice and helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend for first time or continuous chiropractic needs.

Kody is a knowledgeable and compassionate PT and Jean is always watching her patients. Ian’s therapeutic massage is purposeful and highly effective and Lisa’s rapport with patients in the eStim room is comforting. Drs. Helton and Madlener have amassed an effective team for all of your PM&R needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Helton for about 10 years and found him to be an amazing chiropractor. Although, due to a car accident and chronic illness my back will never be the same, my pain is relieved. I had suffered from TMJ as well...HAD being the operative word!! Great patient care and attention to detail; great staff, lovely office space/location! You'd do well to choose Dr. Helton, rather than those fly-by-night, 20.00 a pop (pun intended) chiropractors that have been appearing on street corners everywhere lately!

Mark gives the best massage . Great exercises from Kody & Jean. Great treatment in the stem room. They're a good team. Beautiful teamwork.. Brevard Therapy is the best .

Even when the entire building is packed with patients, everyone gets attended to and cared for in a timely manner. I’ve never sat waiting later than my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Helton is kind and personable and seems to genuinely care about his patients and their pain. I came to Brevard Therapy for lower back pain and neck stiffness, and now I am also having adjustments for my TMJ (I didn’t know that was possible!) because Dr. Helton was positive he could help me, and he has!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly! Dr Madlener took a lot of time with me to determine the source of my pain. His plan of care included manipulation from Dr. Helton who was fantastic! The rehab staff gave me great exercises to help me stretch and strengthen my lower back!
