Fantastic experience: Oceanside PT was recommended to me by my surgeon. This practice is organized, well-provisioned and efficiently run. Staff communicate well among each other. Brian is very knowledgeable and develops comprehensive plans for rehabilitation. You will be pushed to the point of discomfort but not pain. Do your home exercises regularly and make and keep your appointments for the best results. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my lower back & had severe spasms to the point that I couldn’t stand up & in a lot of pain. I Called the office & Yvette was able to get me in to see Bryan the following day. What can I say, Bryan is the best, he has technics & works on my lower back & streches my legs. After a few treatments, I started feeling better already. But I continued few more sessions & after a month finally I’m back to normal. I have lived in Stuart for over 30 years and this is the first place I've been that has this authentic feeling of people who just care about the work they do. I observe the staff in action, with a very young athlete girl who was from out of town. They talked with her as they worked on her. I know she felt comforted, even though she seemed a bit shy. I congratulate Oceanside Physical Therapy on fostering a culture of Loving Care, Kind and Compassionate service to all who walk in the door. I'm very impressed with this company. Fantastic experience: I went to Oceanside over a year ago with an intense mystery pain that was making it hard to keep up with my littles and even making it hard to get off the ground. If it weren’t for the amazing team at Oceanside I may never have learned it was my hips causing the issue. They got me in touch with the right orthopedic surgeon and were such an important part of both my diagnosis, the following surgeries and recovery. Their Alter-G Treadmill helps with range of motion, strength and endurance when pain or weakness keeps you from weight bearing -- it suspends you on a cushion of air while allowing full range of motion to walk or run, even measuring stride and weight distribution.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy to have found a therapist who can help my 7 year old with her hip and lower extremity alignment issues. As a pediatric PT myself, I know that my specialties include developmental disorders while typical outpatient ortho PTs work with adults, or possibly sports injuries in younger patients. But to find someone who understands this subset of hip pathology so well, and across the whole lifespan? I'm very grateful to have found Brian.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Oceanside for years starting with when I had a torn labrum in my hip. Since then this has been my go to spot whenever I am dealing with injuries. I have to say that I am so lucky that these guys are in my area. Starting with Bryan and all of his incredible staff they always get me back up and running in no time. They’re professional, care deeply about their clients and even keep things fun. Oh and Alex and Allie are the best assistants any PT could hope to have.

Fantastic experience: There I was staring at my friend the riding mower…Thoughts of inflation were running rampant in my head while I considered the different options to fix my friend. I thought back to my glory days and tightened my glutes to give it a little test run. I looked in the reflection of the shiny broken mower while flexing my biceps, there wasn’t a ton of movement from the biceps but I chalked that up to a bad wax job on the mower. “F it” I said to myself. I squatted down and lifted my friend to take a peak at his undercarriage and POP goes the weasel! The weasel was in my body. My friend would not be fixed that day. The next day I realized the weasel wasn’t in my body but was my body. I was in more pain than I’ve ever experienced before. I could not walk so I sought out a specialist whom I will not name. The specialist told me I had herniated disks and had me keister some cortisone. It didn’t help. After talking with my lovely wife, she reminded me that our friend Rachel is over at Oceanside Physical Therapy and said I should reach out. She said Rachel and Bryan are part witch doctor and part magician. I went and saw them the next day and within 5 minutes of being in there Bryan lifted my leg like a poodle going for a piddle and said no homie that’s not your back but your labrum. They told me what surgeon to see (James Ross) and Rachel led me out by my collar and sent me on my way with a plan to come back after surgery. The surgery went well and I’ve been going to Oceanside 3 days a week. I seriously can’t stress enough how amazing EVERYONE there is from the moment you walk in the door to get signed in and see one of their little heads pops around the corner to tell you to come back, until you walk out the door feeling fresher than a newly baptized baby. The atmosphere is amazing! Friendly to the point you feel like family but so friggin professional at the same time. Hot damn they know their shtuff too. 10/10 highly recommend! Someone send Daddy Saban a raven and let him know I’ll be back for my final year of eligibility!

Fantastic experience: My wife had gone to Bryan for all her sports injuries. This last time was not a sports injury but due to an auto accident. Bryan immediately sent her to Dr Ashburg in Palm Beach Gardens. After a MRI it was determined that a hip replacement was needed. The hip replacement was performed at Jupiter Medical Center via Mako robotic orthoscopic and Dr Ashburg as the surgeon. That day she was walking. After surgery she was off to Oceanside Physical Therapy to see Bryan. In less than 3 weeks she was walking without a cane. In a few more weeks she was back in the pool swimming and outside biking. I would like to thank Dr Ashburg and Bryan's team for putting my wife back together again.

Last winter I was in a severe ski accident that left me with a torn labrum and other injuries, and for six weeks I was continually misdiagnosed by doctors. I went to Bryan as sort of a last resort, and Bryan instantly diagnosed my injury as serious and connected me to a phenomenal surgeon in Atlanta. After my surgery, I began my physical therapy journey with Bryan and his fantastic team at Oceanside—Sydney, Sarah, and Amber specifically. From the day that I got there to the day of my discharge, I was surrounded by knowledgeable and kind assistants, state of the art equipment, and a fun and encouraging environment. Bryan and his team have a great balance of challenging you and meeting you where you're at with your recovery. I am forever grateful for these guys and how they helped me from being completely bed-ridden to having a consistent exercise regimen that I still stick to to this day. I never thought I'd be sad leaving physical therapy, but everyone at Oceanside becomes family to you and the goodbyes are very hard. I still keep in touch with them because they are such fantastic people. For anyone considering physical therapy: look no further.
