Fantastic experience: Felix is excellent and the atmosphere is so different from other physical therapy offices. There is never more than one or two patients being treated at the same time. My knee feels so much better that I cancelled my surgery. I highly recommend Martell Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Felix is an unbelievable Physical Therapist. Before I came to Felix I had two herniated discs in my neck. I could not move. Three weeks in treatment (three more remaining) he has drastically helped me. Glad I found him. If you need a PT in Vero Beach call Felix.

Fantastic experience: 8 weeks ago, I could not lift my left foot at all and could barely stand. I was using a walker and was in excruciating pain. I now can walk with a cane and my mobility is greatly improved. The therapists were quick to diagnose the root of my problems and executed the proper exercises and therapy .

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapy place in Vero Beach, super professional staff, they are speak Spanish as well, it is really difficult to found a place where you can feel like at your own home, they spend a lot a time (like an hour) giving you the amazing service possible, high recommendation, also they follow up all the coronavirus protocol.

Fantastic experience: I was having difficulty recovering from a lower leg sports injury when I was referred to Martell Physical Therapy. After a thorough assessment, and review of the orthopedic surgeon’s orders, a plan of care was established for me. My leg almost immediately began to improve under the direction and supervision of the very capable practitioners at Martell Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere following all the virus protocols. Very sanitized! The staff speaks Spanish and they are very friendly. The owner has alot of years in experience here in the U.S. and in Cuba. Highly recommend!!
