Fantastic experience: I was referred to this facility by my Orthopedic surgeon after breaking my collar bone, carpal tunnel revision in both wrists, and ulnar nerve subluxation relocation in both elbows, all in a four week period. I worked with Amanda, whom was fabulous. She took great care with my complex situation. I am thoroughly satisfied with her abilities and the facility as a whole. Very clean and the entire staff was always friendly and professional. I will certainly be returning when the next round of therapy needs arrive in the coming year. I can not say enough about the quality of care I received!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the Hale Hand Center are professionally remarkable. Their dedication to providing the best therapy for your healing process is inspiring. I went to the Hale Hand Center 2 days after my wrist surgery from breaking, fracturing and dislocation due to a serious fall. The doctor explaining out of a 10 being a serious injury, I was a 9.5. He also explained, it would be 8 months to a year before my wrist would totally healed. With the determination and encouraging nature that all the therapists from the Hale Hand Center bestowed in me, I was totally healed in 6 months. I have full strength in my wrist and still receive no pain since 3 months after my surgery. I encourage anyone with an injury to please seek help from them, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Hale Hand Center in Rockledge for physical therapy after my surgery for a really bad Rotator cuff injury, Amanda is my therapist and is awesome, professional and knowledgeable, plus the other therapists there keep a watchful eye out and offer insight when I'm doing exercises. Would highly recommend anyone that needs physical therapy to check this place out.

Fantastic experience: I started visiting The Hale Hand Center in December of 2023 and "graduated" as of the end of February 2024. I can't thank the team enough for helping me with my wrist injury. I broke my wrist skating in early December and had a plate inserted. After my surgery, I couldn't picture being able to turn my wrist again. With patience and guidance from the team at The Hale Hand Center I am happy to report I have my full range of motion back, and I'm feeling stronger every day. Corrin, Danika, Amanda, and Whitney are incredibly kind and knowledgeable therapists. They made every exercise easy to follow and provided papers with photos in case I needed a reminder at home. The ladies at the front desk, Renee and Kim, are fantastic and a great help with handling things with the insurance company. While I hope I don't have another injury requiring PT, if I do, I will definitely be returning here! Thank you for all you do and miss you all already! :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going for months to the Hale Hand Center in Rockledge due to a serious fall. Danika and the staff are amazing! Danika listens to my concerns and tailors my treatment to meet my needs. She has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and caring and I always feel that she has my best interests at heart. Fantastic experience: had a traumatic auto accident 2yrs ago, with a TBI. I broke my right foot, shattered my left elbow and wrist, and had a massive mass in my upper left thigh, I have been through a lot of occupational therapy in the last 2yrs, but finding the Hale Hand Center in Rockledge, FL has been great. The therapists that work there are very attentive, and help work with you to acquire your needs. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for physical therapy for the last almost month or so and the staff is absolutely incredible very intensive and helpful. The progress that I've made on my wrist and how limited I was and the pain has been absolutely incredible. They do an awesome job following up making sure that I don't forget about my appointments and they even do a printout of my appointments as well thank you guys for what you do.

Fantastic experience: I have used Hale Hand, this is my fourth time. I have had the same therapist Whitney each time. All of the staff at the Rockledge office are fantastic!! The receptionist is warm and friendly, all of the PT are very friendly, educated and compassionate, with a great sense of humor with all patients. Danika & Amber took my shoulder replacement next steps from a sling to enhanced shoulder rotation (independence) better than my good Shoulder/arm. Fantastic experience: Two years ago I had the worst accident of my life! My elbow was broken, my wrist, hand and shoulder were injured as well! After my surgery I didn’t know where to go for therapy! A friend suggested the Hale hand center in Rockledge, Florida! When I arrived I was greeted by their friendly staff! I encountered Whitney who is the supervisor of the therapist staff! Whitney took me on as her patient! I was quite the site! There was so much to work on it was hard to know where to start, but Whitney took on the challenge! After 10 months of therapy and a second surgery, Whitney perform miracles for my arm! After her hard work and determination to help me, I regained full use of my hand and entire arm! Fantastic experience: Hale Hand Clinic in Rockledge is excellent. The therapist are all outstanding and very knowledgeable of getting their clients back doing the things they want to do before their accidents. They provided diverse activities to help their clients achieve their goals. They are by far one of the best Occupational Therapy programs in the area.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with great results after my first rotator cuff surgery 5 years ago that when I had to have the second one done I made sure to come back. The environment is super friendly and welcoming. From scheduling, working with insurance, sessions, to completion - all was easy. (Except maybe the actual therapy part..haha.) The receptionists great you with a friendly hello when you walk in and the therapists work well with each other pitching in. I would definitely return again if necessary as staff is super knowledgable, professional, and truly puts their heart into helping us get better!

Positive experience: Danika has been my most recent therapist, the type of therapy I receive at this point is limited (as needed). Danika has been thorough, caring and has attempted to work out some creative solutions to a very uncomfortable situation. Two years ago they would have received a 5, and without Danika I would assess at 2. Two years ago they had great staff working the front desk as well as every therapist I had met and observed seemed caring and professional. Now the front desk suffers with half of the staff being rude with the other half attempting to compensate for the behavior. The therapists beyond Danika have demonstrated a lack of caring I had not witnessed in the past. I will say the Center seems much busier than what it was during my first visits, but I believe something critical has been lost here. It was a place you always felt like they actually cared about “you”. To me it feels like they lost their heart. Very sorry to see this change, but I do know in the “allotted” time that one might be given, you will receive quality care. Just don’t expect more….unless it’s Danika.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Hale Hands for over a year due to complications with my shoulder surgery. The care I received from the PT Staff has been nothing less than spectacular. Danika, Whitney, and Amanda have been outstanding, but what really impressed me is the customer service of the front staff. Penny has gone the extra mile to get me the appointment times that work with my busy schedule. She always has a smile and greets you with kindness no matter how her day is going. Molly is a godsend. When my insurance decided I had enough physical therapy she got on a conference call with me and my insurance company to sort out the details needed to get further care. Within a few days I was back in treatment. Hale hands in Rockledge is simply Awesome!

My therapist Amanda is a gem! She's perfect for her occupation. I was pretty miserable to start out with ! Lol.. Amanda didn't hold it against me though.. She has a great personality and temperament to go with. Very smart and her communication skills kept me coming back and believing it would get better over time, and it has.. Fantastic experience: Shattered my wrist in September 18 and fully recovered Feb 19. These guys are amazing. Danika, Elizabeth and Whitney it doesn’t matter who you get they will make you laugh and get you through your trying times. Carrie Ann at the front desk works magic and massages their schedule to fit you in at the most convenient times. Six months twice a week I never...NEVER left without a smile on my face and sense of confidence that things will be back to normal soon. Absolutely love these guys.

Fantastic experience: The Hale Hand Center is simply the best in all aspects. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll get the best treatment and progress. You have to come in at least (!) 30 min early for your first appointment. There are tons of forms to fill in. Since all therapists are always on time, not coming in early enough may throw off their, and therefore your, appointment/schedule. I have never been late and was always treated on time. Just two issues: There is no male therapist. Gender is an issue. Whatever the systemic reasons may be. The midterm questionnaire, mostly, makes no sense concerning my condition and advice I was given. It should be revised in order to get more meaningful responses. You are the best! Thank you!!!
