Fantastic experience: I just love ProActive Physical Therapy. I had a hip replacement surgery and when I first came in I couldn’t do anything. But now I’m doing really great. They were really wonderful to work with. Thanks guys for all your help!!

Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery a few months ago once it was time for my therapy. Therapist and his staff were very kind and able to work with my schedule. Therapy was very good I did not think I would ever regain my strength on my knee and legs. Now its as if I never had surgery. Thank you !!

Negative experience: I was really looking forward to therapy and getting better after 5 weeks in the bed. First session was evaluation. Today when arriving for therapy, the elevator wouldnt work. I called the office, immedIately she answers, please hold. So while standing on one leg with no weight bearing on the operated leg and on a walker … i am holding. 10 minutes later comes back to the phone, please hold. Then after 10 minutes of holding when she gets on the line… i explain the elevator is not working. She says yea its been out all day , take the stairs !!! I said why didn’t someone call to reschedule my appointment !! I cant come up the stairs, i am on a walker pogo sticking on one leg, as i had hamstrIng surgery 5 weeks ago and last week was my evaluation… yall saw how i am moving. She said we can help you hold the wall and come up the stairs!!! Stairs are not in the orders !! Totally unacceptable!! Andre was very nice and attentive on my evaluation but telling me to come up a flight of stairs is crazy after i can barely walk .

Fantastic experience: I would definitely Recommend. I attended therapy due to frozen shoulder and was amazed how much it helped to gain back my range of mobility on my left shoulder after only 8 visits. Everyone is polite, considerate and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Andre, April, Anissa and Cedrick for all your help and care. I will definitely go back to them, if medically necessary.

Fantastic experience: From the friendly receptionist to Andre, their service has exceeded my expectations. Awesome, and the treatment plan was according and addressing my pains, aches and concerns. He pays attention to the details and works to get you back to normality. That's my goal as well.

Fantastic experience: How have I not rated these guys? I severely injured my ankle a few years ago. It required surgery, 5 figure surgery! This is where I went for physical therapy afterward. THESE PEOPLE, THIS PLACE, THE BEST!!!!! I really can not say enough. Both of my legs, ankles, hips are stronger today than before the injury. They know what they are doing. Learn what they teach you at the center and repeat the exercises at home (with their ok, because you don't want to overdo it too early). THANKS PROACTIVE!

Fantastic experience: Dan is amazing Therapist! In fact, the whole team is great! They know exactly what and when to have you do the exercises you need to heal properly. Well sometimes they tell me to slow down, sure I'm not the only one like that. I leave 70% feeling great, which is amazing. There goal is to get me to that 100%. I have only been going for one week and notice the difference. Oh yeah, can't forget Anyssa that runs the front desk with appointments and so much more, she is easy to work with and plans ahead for you. Check in is like less than 3 minutes, Wow! I hate waiting and never have to there! I had complete right hip replacement, they tend to all of my needs and when in pain, they listen!

Fantastic experience: I was a car accident and had major whiplash and horrible headaches. After a few weeks of therapy neck pain and headaches got better. After the full eight weeks of therapy no headaches and most of my next movement. Everyone I worked was AMAZING!!! Professional and fun!! I love the weekly riddles they do.

Negative experience: Overheard physical therapist making fun of patients where everyone could hear her, she was also being shadowed by a new physical therapist and he appeared to agree with her. Very unprofessional behavior to be criticizing and making fun of patients while treating said patients.

Negative experience: Please stop criticizing patients where everyone can hear you. This is an unhealthy bedside manner. Please show compassion towards those who seek medical treatment.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are awesome! Very friendly, efficient, and do not push you to pain. They work with all your needs, aches and pains. I recommend them ten times over!!

Fantastic experience: I Have had PT in other place but never had I have a group of people especially Iris be attentive on my well being and really knowing my needs. She always asks how I’m doing, what I need help on and since starting physical therapy I have been getting better every day.

Fantastic experience: My general physician prescribed physical therapy to help with my hurting shoulder. I was skeptical at first, but the therapists did a wonderful job of explaining how the different exercises and conditioning helps my shoulder. They were so patient in helping me correctly complete my exercises and therapy.

Fantastic experience: Great facility for physical therapy. Staff is always friendly and punctual. I have seen 2 therapists at this facility and they were both very tentative, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always answered my questions and worked with me on programs to fit my goals.

Fantastic experience: Over the last twenty years I have used Proactive for different injuries. They have always done a great job! When my lastest setback occurred early this year, I had no doubt where I would need to go to get moving again. Tara, Iris, and the entire staff are not only true professionals, their caring nature and encouragement have got me going in the right direction again. I'm not only impressed with their knowledge but am truly grateful for their help. I could not recommend Proactive Pasadena more!

Fantastic experience: This was the 3rd time I'm been there and every time they got me back on track, Tara and Iris did a great job to get my shoulder back to normal after surgery. I highly recommend them for anybody that needs rehab after surgery. Especially Iris for her knowledge on the muscles that needed work. Thank you for your hard work with me.

Negative experience: They don't spend time with patients. The therapist just sit in the office and don't spend time with patients and Bill them for the entire time.

Fantastic experience: I rarely post any reviews online but this place deserve it. This is a great place for getting your physical injuries treated. I am 22 and had a herniated disc. Dr. Andy was caring and professional with his service. He will help you recover/feel better as soon as possible with his treatments. So, I thank Dr. Andy and his assistants for helping me recover in a short period of time.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a study 4 years ago I had a lot of hip pain and I couldn't even drive. After visiting many places and spending a lot of money and here I came to meet very professional people. There were 4 or 5 therapies and in the last one they accommodated me something that I could feel like a snap. Since then I have been wishing the best for this work team. Wonderful to live without pain and be able to get up every morning.

Fantastic experience: Proactive has treated me 3 times (back, knee and now shoulder). Their directors are great! Each one has been very knowledgable about my injuries, skilled in my treatment and helpful setting up my post treatment care. I love Lisa Seller-Simon at the Pasadena clinic. She's treating my shoulder now and just like with the other 2 injuries every time I walk out of the clinic my pain levels are decreased and I physically felt better, stronger and more positive. This PT company also does a really really good job getting me in quickly when I start treatment or need to adjust schedule during treatment. In fact, I had treatment scheduled one day but work took me to another part of town. I called to cancel and instead they worked me in at another clinic close to where I was working. Seemly, excellent service!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff. Don't be two minutes late or they won't see you. Also billing was crazy. Charged one thing at the door and sent me bills for another charge. I was not able to rectify. Needs to let the pros do this type of work. Start over.

Fantastic experience: Great team, they really care about pain management & progressing your healing, strength & endurance. They listen & they help you listen to your body, who knew whole body healing was out there with a pt. They dont have aqua pt, but they have a lot of equipment, weights & bands and are great at adapting for you. I get stim, massage & heat at the end too, which really helps my back pain post OP

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to multiple physical therapy facilities over the years and they were all pretty much the same - they taught me some exercises and told me to do them at home every day. Then when I went for my appointments they’d watch me do the same exercises I’d been doing at home and I wondered why I was paying to go there. But ProActive physical therapy is different. I still have exercises to do at home and I do those same exercises when I go for my appointments but they also work on my problem area, using massage and manipulation and other techniques to pinpoint the actual cause of my pain and get it resolved. They really care about reducing my pain and improving my quality of life. And every employee is friendly and caring and helpful. For the first time ever, I actually want to go to my appointments. My shoulder problem is improving and I’m very happy with the results thus far.

Fantastic experience: I came here about four years ago when I dislocated my knee. The staff was very attentive to my needs. All the exercises they taught me really helped strengthen my leg. So when my daughter broke her leg, I knew a good place to take her! She has actually enjoyed it! I’m very thankful for this place!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Proactive Physical Therapy are excellent. They all have one thing in common. They want you to get better! I do a lot of exercises, and the physical Therapists are terrific especially Lisa and Andy. They encourage you to do a lot of stretches and strength exercises, and they really help. Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement and had been to other PT's. I didn't seem to be progressing. It seemed the therapy was generic "cookie cutter" at the other therapists. The same exercises for everyone with knee replacements. Knee surgeries are all different and patients need customized therapy. Then I went to Lisa at Proactive. She took the time to find out details of my surgery, and find out what I was having trouble with. After a single visit, my range of motion was dramatically improved and my pain was significantly reduced. I wish I had come here long ago. I would tell anyone not to waste their time going to "cookie cutter" therapists, and to visit Lisa at Proactive.

Fantastic experience: They are fantastic! They are the best that I've seen so far. They care about you as a human being from the time you walk in the door till you walk out the door. The staff is caring and care about how your doing and want you to achieve your goals for physical therapy. I recommend this place too all my friends and family.

Positive experience: Not above and beyond help they give u the exercise or treatment and leave u there looking around at nothing. They use timers on everything & everyone. Not a great place to get better. I don't like waiting long and annoying timers going off the whole time.

Negative experience: I had seen another post on this place and they are completely right. They even tried put me on a mat with another client and do stretches while they talked and mashed us into each other. I tried to protest but they talked down to me a ridiculed me for not knowing what I was talking about. They made me so mad I walked out and informed my doctor. Avoid!!!!
