Fantastic experience: I forgot to leave a review - here it is The physical therapy I received and that my husband received was absolutely fantastic! The staff is just amazing. They have mad skills. They're so good, I no longer have to go anymore. I miss being under their care and seeing them on a regular basis. No billing issues whatsoever. I strongly recommend this top-notch physical therapy team to anyone seeking outpatient rehab. (Great inpatient rehab too). I'd also like to call attention to the ER, Radiology, Lab, Surgery, Admissions, Chaplaincy and Inpatient departments. All Five Stars, highly skilled, wonderful angels. I consider myself very fortunate to have been under their care. Great people here!

Fantastic experience: My father had a procedure in the radiology department and I have to say it was the best hospital experience we have ever had. We got through check in quickly and almost immediately was taken back to prepare for his procedure. The nurses Misty and Debbie were angels taking care of my dad like he was their own. They explained everything that was going on and made sure we both understood and had anything we needed. The radiology technician Matt was extremely polite and also informative. They got the test done and got us headed home in record time.

Fantastic experience: On July 25th we took our son with special needs to this hospital for a CTA scan. He is autistic and afraid of needles. All of the personnel including the Radiology and Anesthesia Teams were very professional, provided tremendous support and the required time in order for the procedure to take place. Everything went well. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone, including the following staff: Reception lady, Mark (Registration), Debbie and Misty (RN's), Krystal (CT Tech), Virginia (Scheduler), Kelly (Radiology Mngr.) and Ann Barrera (Director Imaging Services). We will definitely recommend this hospital, specially to families with individuals with special needs. Nice job St. Luke's Health Patients Medical Center Pasadena!

She made me feel comfortable and confident of the rest of the staff. Dr. Wu was very good and easy to talk to. He connects with the patients . I highly recommend this place .

Fantastic experience: Went to ER this morning with a bad ear infection. I was in terrible pain. I was seen by Dr. Charles Tran. He is a great doctor. He has a good bedside manner! He knew exactly what to do for me. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Both my wife and I had procedures done here within weeks of each other. My wife used the radiology department. Her nurses Debbie and Misty were very helpful and kind. Talking us through everything. The ct tech Krystal also reassured my wife that all went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went in scared she was going to get a shot but she left saying the hospital was fun. The nurses and doctor provided the best medicine of being nice to my little girl and making her smile. Best emergency room visit I've ever experienced. Edit: I just realized this review should've been for St. Luke's emergency room.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE HOSPITAL SUPERVISOR, THE AC PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS NOW. I only give 2 stars because to me, air conditioning, in a hospital, is very important. Most hospitals are extra cold to help prevent bacteria and germs but... this hospital level of air conditioning was barely tolerable. We complained everyday to nurses, administrators, to anyone who asked us if everything was OK. My mom has been at the hospital for 5 days. Everyone we complained to said they were either going to tell their boss, or tell maintenance but nothing ever changed. They said they would bring a fan, 3 different nurses said that, but no one ever brought a fan. And the room temperature is not controlled by the broken thermostat on the walI. It's hard enough to get sleep with the frequent visits from staff and nurses, so to try to rest in a warm room is miserable. Other than that, staff was great. They were professional and friendly. The food was surprisingly good.Although I did find it weird that it was hard to get a cup of coffee because, according to them, there was a cup shortage. PLEASE FIX THE AC PROBLEM!

Fantastic experience: I can't give more than 2 stars because the problem we had was a big issue. The air conditioning. It was too warm in the room and no one could or would do anything about it. The thermostat on wall was broken and so was the many promises from staff to either get it fixed or bring a fan. The nurses were great for everything else though and the food was good. UPDATE: I may be changing my number of stars. I called the main number and talked with Molly. She said to give it an hour to cool down, she was going to fix the settings. Stay tuned for update. UPDATE: THE SUPERVISOR KEPT HER WORD, THE ROOM IS COOLER AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE WALKED ALL THE WAY OVER TO MY MOMS ROOM TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE IT WAS COOLER. Changing from 2 to 5 stars

I just love it here on how they treat my husband and not just him but they also make sure I’m comfortable too. Fantastic experience: My mother was admitted here last month and just recently had an outpatient procedure done. Everyone, from the staff to the nurses and doctors, were all very helpful and attentive. Dr. Christina Haddad was very very nice and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and concerns. On our second visit Rn Debbie Martin went out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable. It was her birthday, and she definitely made my mom feel special! Thank you to everyone for being on top of everything and for making her visits pleasant. Awesome hospital and staff.

Fantastic experience: I had a procedure done there and all I can say is that is was the best experience I’ve had I a hospital setting. They whole staff were phenomenal. They all made me feel comfortable, and they were all so kind and pleasant. I will definitely use them again for any procedures in the future. Fantastic experience: As a hospital. I have to say this is by far the best hospital I have ever been to. The doctors were on mark. The nurses. No words can describe these angels. I have never felt more cared for by any hospital nurses. One nurse I wish I could have gotten her name or at least remembered it. Waking up and seeing her made me smile and I felt like I was in heaven. She made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I want to thank all of the staff at Patients for all they did for me. I felt like family was taking care of me. I won't change hospitals for nothing in the world. Thank you for being there for me.

Fantastic experience: I walked in at St Luke's ie., Patients Medical Center hospital to have xrays. I signed in, I explained I was between appts with next appt being 45minutes. They were very understanding, in less than 40min they registered me, I waited 5minutes, they called me, escorted me back, they explained what I needed to do, and in 10min I was done and out. They worked in sync and they were very courteous and professional. I appreciated their good time management. I highly reccomend this establishment for their kindness and team work, their professionalism, timeliness, and also for having an emaculent environment to boot !! ✔

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place and even thou I live out of town this is the ONLY hospital I will come to!! I see the radiology department by weekly for Paracentesis and Dr. Wu is amazing he is a gentle kind doctor and I only schedule with him. When I do schedule I schedule with Virginia and Maria and they go above and beyond to make sure I am scheduled as I need with Dr. Wu!! I am blessed for RN Debbie Martin words cannot describe how this nurse treats each of her patients she is amazing and so friendly and comforting she always makes sure I have juice and goldfish after my procedure and always gives me her hand when I am not comfortable!! She is an angel!! Elena and Jacy take care of me during my procedure they are accurate and professional and when my eyes get big and watery from the pain of the procedure they soothe me and distract me!! This is the best hospital in the area and I recommend it to all that need medical attention because that is what you will receive at CHI St. Luke’s. And Thank you to Dr. Wu, Debbie, Eleena, Jacy, Virginia and Maria!! God Bless you!!

Fantastic experience: Had to go to the ER, the treatment I received when I was there was GREAT. Obviously I was there under not so great circumstances but from the staff who checked me in, the nurses, the dr, they were all so kind and made the experience a lot less comfortable than horror stories I've heard about ER's. Of course I would never want friends/family to visit an ER but if they did, I would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I fell in the hallway. While I was still down hospital staff was coming to my rescue. I was pretty shaken and stunned. It seemed like there were 10 or more staff there. I was helped to a sitting position and checked for injuries. I hurt me knee and my left arm was hurting - but I was sure it was not serious. It was suggested I go to the emergency room to be checked out. I was helped up and a wheelchair was there waiting for me. Emergency staff was really good and friendly. After being X-rayed I was told I only had a bruised knee. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was there visiting my sister, Sheila Donnell, and was very pleased with the nurses and everyone involved with her care. Great hospital. I would recommend to anyone needing medical care.

Positive experience: I had my mammogram and bone density test done this month. Every one was kind and respectful. Especially Julie, the lady that did the tests. The wait was a little longer when the lady at the front desk stepped away. I assumed that she was helping someone. I'm thankful to have such a great place to be taken care of.. God bless you all.

Fantastic experience: I was recently admitted to CHI St. Luke’s for a colonoscopy. From preregistration by phone to leaving the hospital after my procedure, my experience was super positive. The sweet lady at the registration desk was so nice and so very helpful. The nurses who took care of me prior to my procedure were very friendly and professional. Brooke, Allie and Sergio took care of me during the procedure and my doctor, Dr. Maurice Haddad, is stellar. The residents of Pasadena are blessed to have Chi St. Luke’s Hospital in their city. Thank you all for taking such good care of me during my time there and God bless you for all you do for all of us.❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a mammogram on 10/12/20. Julie is so awesome. She's gentle and is patient with you. I have been hospitalized there several times and from registering to the people who clean up your room. Everyone treats you with respect. I choose your hospital for all my needs.

Since then, she has found Julie who provides exceptional service year after year. She asked me to leave this review for her. Fantastic experience: I recently had surgery at your facility. The admission process was well orchestrated from the moment I walked in the door. Throughout my stay, I was treated very nicely. My nurses Rachel and Jennifer along with their teams treated me with excellence. My discharge paperwork was explained to me so I understood what I needed to know once I came home. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I was very sick. I had a 104 fever. During a pandemic, it’s very hard to get a doctors appointment because everyone thinks you have Covid. When your an adult and you have an extremely high fever you have already tested negative for the virus, where do you go.? I’m so great full this hospital was down the street from my house. I was taken into a room fairly quickly and had a battery of testing done. The conclusion was I had a severe urinary track infection. Had I not gone to the hospital to be treated my outcome could have been fatal. Every one I met was so very nice, empathetic, caring and professional to me. I definitely would recommend this hospital for your emergency needs. Thankful and great full for your service to me.

Fantastic experience: I'm here currently and the staff are pretty great. I went to First Choice ER first and their bedside manner was awful; I was treated like a hypochondriac with a headache. Trusting my gut, I came here instead to get thorough care and I certainly have. Unlike the other doctor at First Choice, the ER doctor did not try to force IV medication upon me and gave me an open option to have them if I wanted. The LPN that came in to do my neurologic quick exam was extremely thorough and kind. To top it, the radiology department as a whole was WONDERFUL. The radiology tech was very kind and explained the iodine procedure in depth. She even calmed me when my anxiety kicked in. Her tech brought me a blanket when he showed up to transport me and also provided me with another on the trip back. Be sure t thing yet: he even brought my boyfriend, who isnt even the patient, a nice cold glass of water. I would choose this ER over any other nearby any day.

Fantastic experience: I had to have emergency surgery and my pain was so intense, my nurses were actually crying cause they did all they could but it just wasn’t making it better. Their compassion and caring nature did make it better. After my surgery they were always checking on me just to make sure I was in no pain. When I went back for a reversal surgery, my nursing staff were the best I have ever encountered!! They took such great care of me and my needs, I didn’t have to ask for anything. Such caring hearts. Everyone from the healthcare staff to the kitchen staff were as nice as they could be. When my father was there we knew he probably wasn’t going to come home and they did everything for him to make and keep him comfortable til he passed. I am grateful for them all for taking such care of him in his final hours. I would recommend this facility to anyone, they are the best around !!
