Fantastic experience: Dr. Niyati Bhatt has a very pleasant personality. She is a wonderful and excellent PT. She understands her job very well and knows exactly what to do. She used techniques I never knew about in regards to my body. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with patient care. She is very patient and encouraging. She helped me heal faster than I anticipated. I have tried many PT’s is past, but non of them were as competent as her. If you want to recover from an injury this is the place to go and the person to see PERIOD! I strongly recommend Dr. Niyati Bhatt. I rate

Fantastic experience: My husband and I experience at Polygon is incredible! From the first day, Nayita, our therapist, has been extremely patient and understanding to our needs. She has and continues to rehabilitate us with her thorough and effective exercises. She has taught me and my husband the importance of stretching and lifting weights as a life-time commitment. We have benefited so much from her. The facility is clean and spotless. I recommend this location and Nayita, and give her 5 stars!

Negative experience: Appointment was for 4:30 I made it there at 4:13 was called to the back at 4:30 (I honestly do not believe she wiped the bed down because as soon as the last client walked out she called me back) session was 15 minutes long and was a waste of my time. Not sure if she had somewhere to be but it was a waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Niyati for a couple months now and she is amazing. She is caring and she takes the time to listen to what the problem is and help fix it. She is always cautious to make sure I’m ok at the same time she hears what I want and need to work on to get better. She goes above and beyond to help you. She has sent me at home workouts to do on my days off from her and she always takes her full time and attention with you. Fantastic experience: Niyati has done wonders for me with Physical Therapy. I have arthritis in my lower back and have had shots and nerve treatments that helped, but working with her has given me the most relief of anything I've tried. She is very personable and professional. She seems to know exactly what I need to get relief. I recommend her highly.
