Fantastic experience: Long story….my dad has been in various nursing homes on the east side of Houston. This is the best.

Fantastic experience: This is a clean, well-run building with friendly, caring staff. The therapy team is invested and engaged. My father admitted for a short rehabilitation stay, and we decided it was the right place for him to be long term. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The administrator is a joke she has no idea what she is doing she needs to to be replaced by someone that is capable of doing a better job

Positive experience: Good facilities; helpful staff, and quality attention to detail. The fountain is an added touch, and plenty of areas to sit and read and keep to self. Quaint overall

Negative experience: We have a loved one in hospice here right now. He fell and they only put a guaze on his hand which is split open and could use stitches. We understand it's hospice but they could at least wrap it with some Cobain and some ointment... Then the water in his restroom has only blazing hot water you can't even wash your hands in its so hot. Very dangerous for an elderly person ... then when family showed up his lips were VERY dry and he had no ice or water. Again we understand it's hospice. This place has no compassion. DO NOT BRING A LOVED ONE HERE....

Fantastic experience: When my Grandpa moved in I felt very relieved because I knew these people would take great care of him. I got a good look at the place and when I got to see my Grandpa he seemed happy and the employees were attentive to his needs.

The therapy staff was amazing in helping both my mother in law and father in law with their Rehabilitations. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is needing Rehabilitation for themselves or their loved ones.

Fantastic experience: My uncle rehabbed here. Things went well. Therapists helped a lot. Everyone is very nice, and my uncle was comfortable here.

Fantastic experience: My grandmother stayed here after she fell and broke her hip. She had some memory issues also. The staff were so kind with her and made her feel special. Her needs were attended to promptly. The front office goes above and beyond to make this transition easy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of visiting The Courtyards regularly for several years. It’s clean, it smells nice, and the staff is friendly and caring. You can’t judge a book by its cover. Tour. Ask questions. This facility is a great one, though, and an easy drive from the Clear Lake area.

Fantastic experience: We moved my mother to this facility when she became ill and we could no longer care for her appropriately as a family. Though we were apprehensive, the staff quickly made her and us feel welcome and reassured. The staff was attentive to her needs and always knew how to raise her spirits and make her smile. Every time we would visit, we were greeted warmly and my mother would be smiling. She became close with one of the nurses, who cared for her. She fondly referred to her as "my favorite". It brought us joy to know that she was making friends. This place was a blessing. I would like to personally thank all the members of the Courtyards at Pasadena for their care and compassion in our time of need. God Bless You.

Positive experience: My father has only been there 2 weeks but as far as I can tell he seems to be doing ok. The staff is nice and helpful. My dad is thinner than the week before but I’m not sure if it’s because he’s on a feeding tube (3weeks now) or if something else is going on. He is going in long term but hopefully he’ll be able to eat again with speech therapy and I can bring him back home. The place is cleaner than other places I’ve looked at for my dad, it could use better lighting because it is kinda gloomy.

Fantastic experience: The nursing staff was very helpful and nice. They were able to get my mom out of bed after not being able to for so long. My family was able to celebrate thanksgiving all together with out any inconvenience. 100% would recommend this place for a loved one, it feels like home.

Positive experience: Love this place just do your job and stay away from people who talk about other people.....and respect that's all Need a new D.o.n. she doesn't know how to talk to people and when someone go off her she wants to write you up her attitude sucks this place just going down

Fantastic experience: We chose The Courtyards of Pasadena to take care of our mother because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff and cleanliness of the facility. The drive from Baytown is well worth it knowing that mom is happy and well cared for.
