Negative experience: En esta clínica no se porque tiene que ser así. Que no puede ver un solo doctor a los niños. Si uno va a una cita lo ve uno.. y ala siguiente cita otro doctor eso no me gusta A lo mejor ya no seguiré aqui

Fantastic experience: I don't know why so many of you complain about time. If you're taking your child for care then it's gonna take time and patience. I love this place. They take care of my son and always make sure I understand everything. They're great!!!

Negative experience: No me gusta mucho tiempo. lo dejan en espera... eso esta mal todos tenemos cosas que hacer. Y lo dejan en espera más de 40 minutos. Aparte tebe un especialista luego va i pide la opción del doctor .. y en espera lo dejan mucho tiempo

Positive experience: I did not know this was a “learning clinic” until I was told by one of the staff. Understandable how sometimes they’re not knowledgeable on certain things and always double check with someone else. Other than that staff is really nice

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about this place! They always make me and my son feel welcome,especially when he isn't feeling very well and under "the weather". Just make sure to wear your mask when you enter here or they can provide you one,and bring a jacket because it IS cold in here lol.

Positive experience: I was waiting for the call they usually do about our visit and input, but never got one so I will do it here. I was not pleased or satisfied with my childs visit yesterday. I've never had an issue with the Doctors on the contrary very kind and understanding, and explain things very well. I've been bringing my kids here for years. Yesterday the Doctor made me feel as if I wasn't a very good mother by a comment she made. I brought my son in for pink eye which in fact is what he had but for some reason they insisted on doing a Covid test ( which I would agree if he had any symptoms). I explained to them that on other visits they had done them (because he had symptoms) and he was terrifed of them. He has always come back negative. So I said no thank you but I will do a at home test. She seemed to get upset after that and while touching my child forehead she said "he's warm are you sure he doesn't have a fever?" To which I told her that while entering the clinic they took our temperature and while entering the room they took it again to which he had no fever. She then asked my son (4 year old) if he wanted to do a covid and he said yes. He's spanish speaker and doesn't fully understand English yet so I asked him in Spanish and he then knew what I was talking about and said no. I was upset that she asked my son when I had clearly said no about 5 times. I felt like she wanted to make me say yes from how many times she insisted. I will not give a bad rating because of one bad experience.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best! I love everyone there, especially the Dr’s. They listen to you, they show you that they care! I would not trust anyone else with my grandson’s medical needs except them! PASADENA PEDIATRIC AND ADOLESCENT, YALL ROCK!!!

Fantastic experience: Clinic takes good care of the medical necessities of infants or toddlers; visits are thorough over 2 hours instead of your typical l5 minute doctor visit.

Fantastic experience: The building had lots of natural light because of the cathedral ceilings with windows to the top. Surprisingly beautiful for a medical clinic. The staff was genuinely kind. Although I had to wait for around 30 minutes before I saw my nurse practitioner, I disinterested notice to time for by. Amd the nurse practitioner i saw did not try to rush me, and did a thorough physical exam which no physician I have seen in the last few years ever did.

Fantastic experience: This is the best clinic hands down. The staffs is very friendly and caring. The ladies at the front desk are awesome. They are very professional and friendly. Dr. Hansfling is one of the best Doctors alive. He goes out if his way to make each patient feel confident. He is very concerned about your well being. He really cares. Overall this clinic is a great place to bring your little ones.

Fantastic experience: This is the best clinic I have ever taken my child to. They are friendly, helpful, and they explain all the options for treatment very carefully. Yes, it is a training facility, but all treatments are cleared by a supervisor before anything is set in stone.

Fantastic experience: I’m giving this clinic and experience five stars, I just gave birth to a baby girl and she has been having some health issues Dr del rio is a wonderful doctor who calmed my nerves about everything as well as let me feel okay about bringing my 19 month old son along for the ride..I failed to find a baby sitter and he had to come with me. Two other doctors completing their residency were wonderful as well, I appreciate the clinic, they seem to sincerely care about my children’s well being. They take their time explaining everything to me, making sure I fully understand the care my child needs as well as the needs of my own, thank you very much to the staff at this clinic.
