Fantastic experience: Dr. Ciarrah is amazing! I’ve had a muscle knot on my back for over 7 years that has been getting worse and worse. I had tried everything. Did multiple sessions of Pilates, yoga and pt in other places. Tried trigger point injections, TENS, massage therapies and many other things and nothing would work. With 5 sections of dry needling at HARK the muscle knot is almost gone and my neck feels MUCH better. The prices for the sessions are also super affordable even without insurance. She has been a lifesaver for me and I am very glad with results. Can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ciarrah is amazing!! She’s extremely knowledgeable in her practice and knows exactly where to pin point my pain while doing the dry needling procedure. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to. Im feeling better each time I go in so I’m glad I found her. When I needed her the most she was able to get me in and for that I’m grateful.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Ciarrah last year after I tore my ACL. From the first visit, she made sure I knew I was in good hands and she wasn’t lying. My orthopedic doctor was shocked at how quickly I was able to strengthen my leg back up. She not only focused on my knee but the strengthening of my legs and hips as a whole so I could get back to some type of normalcy. A year later and I’m able to run and do almost any other physical activity I want and it’s because I had a wonderful physical therapist. I highly recommend Dr. Ciarrah!

I came in after having my fourth knee surgery wanting to get back to running and I have there! Dr. Ciarrah challenged me and I put in the work. I would rate her 1000 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Ciarrah, the Physical therapist is very knowledgeable about the multifaceted profession of PT. Even though her practice focus on restoring kinesis in athletes, she takes her time with me as a long standing patient who have Ataxia and she provides me with extensive exercises to complete outside of her practice gym (which have all of the equipment necessary for a great session) as well as when I am in town to see her in person. I would recommend all athletes, young, old professional, non professional who are experiencing pain or discomfort to visit #HarkPt .

Fantastic experience: Hark Physical Therapy is an excellent facility with a therapist who really helped me get back to myself. I've been dealing with chronic injuries to my knee and shoulder and everywhere I went for physical therapy they weren't able to provide significant relief. Hark PT, particularly Dr. Oliver gave me a thorough examination along with one on one treatment which specifically addressed my needs. The knowledge and treatment skills were outstanding and better than any other place I've been in the past. Thanks to Hark PT I was able to return to playing basketball and other activities faster for the first time in months and without any significant issues. Dr. Oliver was even available to answer any questions I had outside of my sessions in a competent and timely manner. Fantastic experience: As a retired professional gymnast, some of my manual skills were lost from fear of re-injury.Dr. Ciarrah has been extremely helpful restoring my flexibility and confidence after injury. She is patient and knowledgeable with every exercise. She carefully walks me through stretches and restrengthening exercises. Working with her encourages me and my confidence to perform at an elite level grows after each session. I look forward to keeping her with me, she is excellent!
