Fantastic experience: Bercutt Physical Therapy is awesome as being 63 years old I have had my share of PT over the years and the whole treatment from check in to the PT has been the best experience I have ever had. Gina Roberts made check in so easy and my Physical Therapist, Dr. Sierra Jackson is the best as she is a fantastic physical therapist as she not only provides excellent treatment and follow-up but you can tell she truly cares and takes an interest in all of her patients. Fantastic experience: I suffer from episodes of vertigo usually BPPV, and the subsequent balance issues. Dr. Sierra Jackson is a Vestibular Specialist at The Dizzy Spot at Bercutt Physical Therapy. She has treated me for several years, starting from when she worked at another PT clinic that closed suddenly in 2023. Sierra is a fantastic physical therapist, an experienced professional, and a lovely woman who cares about her patients. She has also treated me for other medical issues requiring traditional physical therapy. The office staff are also nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Bercutt PT.

Negative experience: The admin staff in the front is not very friendly, the communication is poor and in the end that lack of communication cost me money. They have a weird payment system, no receipts and charges don’t line up with insurance coverage. I was told that I had to request my refunds of being overcharged after every visit. Can’t access the system to remove my credit card which has me worried. I had been having good experiences with the therapists and recommend them but use caution when paying.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very compassionate and professional, and the facility is set up really nicely. I’ve worked with both Kassi and Lydia, and they have been great. They use an app to make it easy to do exercises at home, which I’ve enjoyed using. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is a really special place. If you're a new mom (or anyone!), I highly recommend this spot. Having ran track for ~15 years and having a number of injuries and subsequent good and bad PTs - I can honestly say this place is legit. Having been an athlete and becoming a mom later in life, I was pretty upset with the state my body coming off a pregnancy (of a pretty large baby). I had fairly bad diastasis recti and continued to look about 6 months pregnant several months postpartum. Enter Kassi! Man, she was not only an awesome PT but really became a coach and friend over my treatment. The days I was low, she picked me up. The days I was behind, she encouraged me to keep going. She fixed my body! I am really thankful to her and the ability to go in, leave pride at the door and talk openly about what awful things my body was doing. She was a lifesaver. Kassi's a pro. She's wise, hardworking, curious and genuinely will take the time to learn where your body is having shortcomings and get you on a path to recovery. I am back in my old clothes and really thankful I had a good, smart doctor who takes the time to vet her referrals. If you're needing some after baby rehab - definitely hit this place up!

I commute an hour and a half each way to see them because you can see they take holistic health seriously. Fantastic experience: The entire team at BERCUTT PT & WELLNESS CENTER are true professionals. When it comes to diagnosis, treatment and care for athletic or other injuries , they are the Best. As an "older" athlete who loves to continue to compete, I have sustained a few injuries over the past few years where I thought I may be off the field or the courts for a sustained period of time or permanently. The professionals at BERCUTT were able to incisively, analyze and diagnose the cause of my injury and the followup treatment and care and get me "back in the game". Some of the subtleties linked to the CAUSE of my injuries, were eye-opening and provided me key information to PREVENT further similar injury in the future. Basic critical treatment, and advise regarding stretching, breathing and recovery have given me a distinct edge in injury prevention and treatment that I have never experienced in my over 50 years of playing competitive sports. Fantastic experience: I'm not much of a reviewer, but I had to submit this review. As a mother of a newborn, I had dealt with persistent clogged milk ducts from poor breastfeeding habits (various reasons). By the time I saw Pam, I had tried everything that my lactation consultant recommended and that I researched online. Nothing worked, and Pam was my last resort. After two sessions of her triple therapy (ultrasound, cold laser, massage), she was able to help my baby and I resume our breastfeeding relationship, which was the greatest gift to us both! Plus, I looked forward to my sessions (almost that I was sad that my milk was flowing again, since I couldn't chat with Pam anymore ;) She is so knowledgeable about pre/postnatal wellness and has a great passion for her work!
