Paramount Physical Therapy and Rehab

Negative experience: Desde un inicio de mi presentación en el lugar (Memorial) no me parecieron Puntuales, corrobore mi opinión al iniciar mis sesiones; NO SON PUNTUALES y la persona que me atendió no fue profesional. Todo el tiempo fui casi ignorado estando haciendo la terapia de ejercicios. La atención no es tan personalizada como dicen ser ya que te mandan a realizar una rutina y te dejan solo ahí porque entre ellas se ponen a conversar y a realizar otras labores que no van al caso (conversar y reír con otros pacientes). No sé si será que fueron poco empáticos conmigo porque no domino perfectamente el inglés. Como paciente de habla hispana me sentí como "mosca en la leche" todo el tiempo. Buscare otras opciones para realizar mis terapias o las realizare por YouTube que me han dado buenos resultados. From the beginning of my presentation in the place (Memorial) they did not seem punctual, I corroborated my opinion at the beginning of my sessions; THEY ARE NOT PUNCTUAL and the person who attended me was not professional. The whole time I was almost ignored while doing exercise therapy. The attention is not as personalized as they say it is since they send you to perform a routine and leave you alone there because they start talking and doing other tasks that are not relevant (talking and laughing with other patients). I don't know if it is that they were not very empathetic with me because I don't have a perfect command of English. As a Spanish-speaking patient I felt like a "fly in the milk" the whole time. I will look for other options to perform my therapies or I will do them on YouTube that have given me good results.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Paramount twice now. When I had a new issue pop up is wasn’t even a question I would use them again. The entire staff from the front desk to the therapists are the best. It’s nice to know when I go in it doesn’t matter who I’m working with that day because they are all a pleasure. If you do what they say and put in the work they will definitely get you where you want to be.

Fantastic experience: I was under the care of Paramount PT after a knee replacement. The therapists were excellent especially Anita! They gave me tips to accomplish at home which I continue to do. Give them a try if PT is needed you will be satisfied!

Fantastic experience: All of the people at Paramount Physical Therapy are top-notch. They are extremely courteous and professional, and the best part is they don't have any kind of attitude towards anybody other than the desire to make you feel better. I had a hip replaced and had 14 weeks with them doing rehab and they are miracle workers. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to spend 9 weeks at Paramount studying/working as a student physical therapist. Joe is one of the best PTAs I've ever worked with. He keeps a genuine interest in his patients' progress and is one of the funniest people I've ever met. Haneen, another great PTA, is very good working with patients who just started therapy, and works well with patients will alternate language needs. Amber is also a good PTA. She is able to create interventions that are specific to each patient's goals for therapy. I've taken a few ideas from her for my own. Jincy is a great PT. She always has a smile on and is very friendly with her patients. She has some good playlists to keep the clinic lively as well. Alex is a great PT too. She is very good at interacting with patient, and is knowledgable on a wide range of diagnoses. I learned a lot from her! Anita is an amazing PT. She was my primary instructor while at Paramount, and I think that the main reason I made so much progress was because she pushed my clinical reasoning skills. She has a wealth of knowledge and skills that I was grateful to learn from. And last but not least, the front office staff! Bessie, Farah, Fariba, Vero, Victoria, and Roshi made everything easy and simple for patients to get scheduled and seen as they needed to be. They were always happy to help with anything patients needed and were very accommodating. I feel confident any patient being treated by this group will have a great experience and good outcomes.

Fantastic experience: I had absolute pleasure of being a student PT here and I can't thank the wonderful staff both at the Houston and Sugarland locations enough! I learned so much from both the PTs and PTAs on staff, all of whom are fantastic people who are very clearly passionate about their patients and their profession!

Fantastic experience: I’m one week short of five months at Paramount on San Felipe. They have been great. Even if the therapists are not personally working with you, they are watching and cheering you on!! I felt like they all wanted me to succeed. I had an infection after arthroscopic surgery on my knee and required two more surgeries in thirty days. When I went to them I couldn’t even put weight on my leg. Now I’m walking with no assistance. They are a very caring group!!! The front office was as encouraging as the therapists!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Paramount therapy. Staff is very knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. I have been going there for nearly two months. My therapist Dr. Anita Malik is awesome. She took time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and setup a rehab program. At every visit she checked on my home exercise progress and any discomfort. They have a great system of sending home exercises with detailed instructions and photos via email that one can access any time. Thank you Dr. Malik and the entire staff !!

Fantastic experience: If you want to go back t you normal healthy life, I really recommend this place for those in need for physical therapy. Professional and cooperative staff. Starting from the reception with AMANDA, her smiley face and friendly words make you feel you’re in a safe hands. The rest of the staff Anita with her initial evaluation reveals the problem without any X-rays which tells how much experience she has. The physical therapists; HANNEN, AMBER and SHARON are amazing people through giving time to care about your health. They are fabulous staff. For the evaluation before discharge, Dr. Berry knows exactly what to diagnose to see the progress. She’s very professional and patient. Wow.. I got my normal healthy life after long time of suffering.

I had a hip replacement and after 1 week I was walking without a walker thaks to the best therapists this place has.they are very professional the ambiance in the office is wonderful they all treat me good. Fantastic experience: I recently broke my Tibula at the right ankle, this required surgery (plate and screws). My ankle, hadn’t moved in approximately 8 weeks, so following surgery I started physical therapy. My doctor recommend Paramount PT. I came in and the staff has and continues to be incredibly supportive. The Paramount staff are interactive and extremely fun to work PT with. I highly recommend them: Front desk administration, scheduling, billing, and the full PT team in back working with each patient. It’s really an enjoyable team amidst patients having difficult injuries. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy that you actually look forward to. At paramount physical therapy you work with several different physical therapists. At first that would seem daunting - but every PT here is exceptional in their work and extremely friendly. You do PT in an open environment along with other patients, the conversation is always fun and inviting if you want to participate - but if you want to work out in silence you can do that too! Paramount PT will be my preference for any future needs. The front desk scheduler was also very inviting and very good about reminding me about my appointments.

I loved working the various populations and learning from the wonderful DPTs and PTAs, especially my Clinical instructor Dr. Anita Malik. Everyone is highly intelligent and so pleasant to work with. Fantastic experience: Thank you to the entire staff of Paramount PT. I went here for 4 months after labrum surgery. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped me get back to 100%! I work a very demanding schedule, and found they were almost always able to make scheduling accommodations as needed. I would highly recommend Paramount for anyone’s physical therapy/rehab needs.

Fantastic experience: These guys are the best! All the therapists know what they are doing and they all keep you entertained throughout the session. After each patient they Sanitize the equipments and change all the pillows sheets. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My dad is 81 and got Covid and hospitalized for three weeks.Thank God he came home safe but as a dead weight.At hospital,they treated him for covid pneumonia but have not moved him at all for three weeks! We were so hopeless that he won’t be able to walk again.His physician recommended paramount for some physical therapy.After 6 weeks we noticed a big change.They basically taught him how to walk again!we are still going there and he is improving days by days.My family are really thankful and appreciated to the therapists there and the whole staff is amazing.After my dad started to stand on his own,he shows his appreciation by taking treats for them every week! I highly highly recommend them and give them 5 stars for their knowledge,professionalism and humanity.

Fantastic experience: I have had lower back pain and it was bugging me for a while especially last few weeks after a serious surgery! Fortunately a friend recommended here and my world has changed. after few sessions my pain has improved by 50% and continues to get better. I highly recommend this place and the wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a knee surgery,and her surgeon recommended paramount.He said they are good and they also speak Persian.When They called to schedule,Mrs Roshanak was really nice and helpful to explain about our benefits. It was a little far from our house but I took my wife three times a week for few weeks.They are super nice people and knowledgeable and professional.The place is so clean and friendly atmosphere. My wife literally cried the last session after she was discharged.We already recommended our family member to go there for her back issue. Fantastic experience: I had breast cancer and did lumpectomy.My doctor referred me to paramount,They are very knowledgeable and experienced meanwhile laidback and kind.Not only they were giving me physical therapy but supported me emotionally too.I was very down and every time I went there,they were so nice to me and giving me hopes and encouragement.After few sessions I found out that couple of people I know,went to paramount and that made me more determined to finish my treatments. Each and everyone in this team of professionals treats you as special and are very supportive not just physically but emotionally too. They have state of the art equipment. Their treatment is always on the spot and result oriented! You're in good hands with Drs. Shireen and Anita. They speak many languages fluently but I love that they are fluent in the language of fun - be sure to talk to Joe to keep your spirits up. There is such great camaraderie among the staff and between staff and patients.

Fantastic experience: My mother (83) had her left hip replacement surgery last year. The folks at Paramount Physical Therapy did an amazing job is restoring her mobility and strength. The staff is professional, friendly and encouraging to motivate you in recovering quickly. The place is clean and my mother went back for therapy on her right hip and we felt safe as they have taken all the precautions to ensure sanitizing, etc.

Fantastic experience: I had upper back and neck pain for the longest time and visited several physical Therapy offices before. Two appointments at Paramount was the last time that I visited any physical therapy offices ever again. The crew is nice and knowledgeable and they are there to go above and beyond in order to take care of their patients. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I originally came to Paramount out of convenience after a knee replacement....it turned out to be the best Decision I could’ve made...I was in constant Excruciating pain and all of the staff was so loving and patient with me.... At Paramount u work with all the PT’s & PTA’s worked out so well...I got the best of each one & they are all so knowledgeable & caring & the same time tuff...I wasn’t sure I was ever going to succeed & be able to walk again!!! I’m still in therapy & ever so grateful to all the staff @ Paramount!!

My most recent visit I have been battling lower back pain. I could not function and with just few visit I am doing great. I recommend them highly.
