Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Michael Kindya for initial consultation on 10/30/24 Very friendly ,good Listener,caring and knowledgeable. Second time I saw him on an urgent same day emergency appointment they were nice and kind enough to give me that appointment on 3 hours notice My overall experience is positive with Front and back office Today Estelle followed up with a phone call around 1.10 pm to find out how is everything and call the office if I need any help which I appreciate tremendously .very nice of her Thank you

Positive experience: Muy buena la atención. Las secretarias muy amables y atentas. Lo peor que tienen es el acceso. Todos los que asistimos al lugar tenemos problemas de movilidad pero el acceso no es nada amigable con el paciente. NO TIENEN ACCESO PARA SILLAS DE RUEDAS. Es terrible tener que subir escalones para poder entrar a la clínica. Eso es una vergüenza y no deberían habilitar un lugar físico en esas condiciones.

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy at this place is amazing. They follow up on you, walk in and no wait. The time you schedule is the time you start. The team is very experienced. Richard is amazing, very knowledgeable, a hard worker, and goes above and beyond. He has even helped me outside of my injury with health and fitness! He has answered every one of my questions and is very, very nice. I am impressed with Richard’s skill and expertise! I would 100% recommend him and the staff here to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Since I was 20 I have had problems in my knees, I went to a doctor office to check my left knee since I felt lot of pain when I was playing soccer. They performed X-rays and MRI and they told me everything was ok, but I was still feeling lot of pain every time I played. So I went visit TOC at Pembroke and they helped me to get better and now my left knee is not bothering me anymore. If I have any other issue with my knees, I'll definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: Top notch Physical Therapy. Dr. McGrath and his team are great. From my first visit I could tell that this wasn't somewhere that would just rush through my treatment and push me out the door. They took their time to help me understand my treatment plan and what I had to do on my end to get to my 100% recovery. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional...HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Fantastic experience: Have always had issues with my knees, especially when I started playing soccer and doing crossfit more often. The team at TOC was able to help me with therapy and exercises I could do at home to fix the pain. Needless to say, I've been able to continue my activities with no issues and no pain! Definitely recommend Dr. McGrath and his staff! 5 stars for no more pain!

Fantastic experience: I tore my Achilles’ tendon and was referred to TOC and I couldn’t be happier. The attention and complete understanding of my injury to help me recover was outstanding. Dr. McGrath and his team are Stellar. I am now 100% and back to playing soccer at 40yrs old!! Definitely recommend them.
