Multi-Care Medical - Pembroke Pines

Fantastic experience: I got into a car accident and no one seemed to care or help until I got referred to go to Multi-car medical! I had such a great first time experience! The ladies in the front Gianni, Victoria and Natalia were super amazing and professional from the moment I walked in and walked out! I really appreciated how patient and caring they were throughout my whole visit! Thank you all again and thank you to Ibsen Fundora for being great and very detailed in explaining everything to me. I’m so happy I found this place!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have found this place and am so appreciative of the attention and care that the team provided. From the moment I started, the team listened to my concerns and paid attention to my needs. This place is not like any other Physical Therapy place I’ve been to. Multi-Care definitely describes the treatment you receive. My treatments are done for now and I will certainly miss the team from the front office to everyone in the treatment room. It’s like leaving family! Their interactions between the team members and with the patients clearly indicates that they enjoy what they do and where they work. Very professional, kind and caring. I will miss the team and the care. I will definitely go only to Multi-Care for any future PT. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best physical therapy I have ever experienced. The care, service and the attention that’s provided to the patients here is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this location. Everyone is professional and they really do strive for you to improve and feel better…10 out of 10. The entire staff is amazing.

Fantastic experience: My son had a flat feet surgery and he did his physical therapies at multi care medical, everyone is professional, caring, and they all know what they’re doing, the front desk ladies are really nice and compassionate. I totally recommend Multi-Care medical! My son is getting back on track 100%. I’m really happy I found this place.

Fantastic experience: As a former practicing orthopedic surgeon, i have had the privilege of working with Dr. Gelch, and his patients. He is a real healer, with a kind and compassionate way. I would highly recommend Dr Gelch, to all.

Fantastic experience: "Wow" never thought 1st visit would do so much. It has been years since my last visit they did a great job then I had all the confidence but still my 1st visit this time help me so much. I am moving out of state soon but will visit for treatment anytime I return to Florida. The staff makes you feel very welcome like family then explain everything to you so you can understand instead of treating you like just a number. From what the doctor and therapist explain to me how to help myself in the future will help me for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: After my car accident I was left with lower back pain and I didn't know how to deal with it. Here at Multi care medical their wonderful staff of professional helped me get my core strong so that my back gets better. All the exercise and stretches has help me alot not only with the pain but with daily tasks. The facility is well equipped and clean. Will definitely recommend Multi care medical

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Patient care is top notch and got excellent results. I would recommend to any one who needs physical therapy and wants to be the best results. The doctor was honest and thorough in his evaluations. Just a great experience.

Negative experience: Call the location its 5 pm and told me the close at 7 pm they cannot help me today because they have to check the insurance and will call me to set an appointment over the phone tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: THE best place to get physical therapy done. Everyone truly cares for your needs, very attentive, and there is never a wait. They treat everyone with love and you'll always be asked "How are you feeling?" as soon as you walk in. They treat everyone has if they were family. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Rarely do you find any type of healthcare providers who are this effective. Not only was I diagnosed correctly and treated on a timely basis but was also surrounded by staff that was compassionate and professional at every step. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff!

Fantastic experience: In regards to the negative comment below about a wife and her husband I just want to set the record straight because this is what I dislike about the Internet, that somebody can lie on a review and make it sound like a company is all of these negative things when in reality I was in the waiting room at the time and witnessed this particular person interact with that staff. The staff was very polite meanwhile it was this lady that was being rude and pushing her way into the treatment room where she does not belong because she is NOT a patient in that office. Her husband who is clearly more than past 18 years old and is more than capable to go to therapy all on his own like the rest of us. I have been treating in this office for over two months and have experienced nothing but the most professional, courteous and caring staff and look forward to coming to my appointments! This woman's depiction is not only in-accurate but is an outright lie.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best place around. The staff is amazing, really focuses on the problems you’re having, and super cool to be around. Came here just to get my back fixed from previous sports injuries. The treatment was so good from Stephany(the absolute best), that i came back for her to fix my knee from a car accident. Jessica at the front desk is a sweetheart as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Multi-Care Medical twice now for my knees. Each time I went I felt like there was no way I was going to get back to my normal life but they helped me through it. They answered all of my questions and they pushed me to get back to the sport that I love 6 weeks faster. The atmosphere is friendly and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family because of their experience in the field and their amazing personalities!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gelch and his team are the best at what they do. I've been going to him for almost 20 years. They have the latest state of the art equipment, and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend seeing them. Especially if you have any neck or back issues.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, this is my second time here. The first time I came here there was no policy on wives being able to be in the room. Secondly, the rooms have an extra chair for this purpose. Never before was the front- desk staff so disrespectful. They first walked me to the room and after 5 minutes of being In the room with my husband im told to leave the room and to be seated in the waiting room. You'd think that this would have been advised from the very start. This makes me believe they are liars and have preference of some over others. I do not recommend this place because the staff is rude and miss guided. I don't trust liars.

Fantastic experience: Both myself and my mother have had a great experience here (came in for back pain). Everyone here from desk staff to physical therapists to Dr Gelch himself are caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely not your typical cold doctor's office - very welcoming atmosphere in which you can feel comfortable asking anyone anything. All patients are treated like family and friends instead of clients being rushed along. Very flexible appointment times too. Props to every person that works here!
