Negative experience: Unprofessional, I would not recommend to anyone! The communication was poor, the therapist were inconsistent and came whenever they wanted without notice. High turnover!!! Also, they removed my daughter from their schedule and did not bother to communicate with me. I expected more from them, considering the time my daughter has worked with them but at the end of the day this is a business and they do not value rapport only money. Your child is just a number.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good team of therapist don’t hesitate. Nivia and her team of therapists are highly recommend. Weather it’s OT, PT or Speech they are all reflexible, resourceful, and very knowledgeable. They are very enthusiastic and supportive my dtr. enjoyed her session despite the challenges they always found a way to make it fun and progress for her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carroll is phenomenal! She works with you and your doctors to develop a plan that will encourage you to meet your health and wellness goals. She is extremely thorough, professional, knowledgable and caring! In addition Dr. Carroll listens to her patients to create a laser focus treatment plan after her very, very, very thorough exam. I would encourage anyone to make the investment in yourself and take your health and wellness goals to the next level.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Excel Wellness & Rehab. My son received speech, OT & physical therapy at this office and they do a fantastic job. They will work with your schedule to ensure your child gets the assistance they need.

The multidisciplinary team here really obtain a special passion for their caseloads. Fantastic experience: My premie twin boys saw the therapists here for 2.5 years. They treated us like family and I learned so much from them. From learning how to sit to using scissors they went above and beyond helping my boys grow and learn and I am confident that they are now ready for preschool. I am so sad that we won’t be seeing them every week! Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: El servicio de estas personas es terrible, no me quiero imaginar como será el trato con los niños, dure mi esposa espero por más de 3 meses una verificación de nuestro seguro para poder iniciar las terapias de mi hija , una perdida de tiempo, no recomiendo esta terapeuta poco profesional , Nidia vamos a reportar esto para que no le suceda a otras personas.
