Negative experience: I had to wait more than 3 hours to see the PA. I was very surprised with the lack of consideration to the patient. My appointment was at 10:40am and I left past 2pm.

Fantastic experience: I have a very good experience, the staff and doctors are very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: Sebrina at front desk was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She told me I had a balance from my first visit which i explained that insurance was working on correcting it because it was supposed to be approved, however she told me until I made a payment or corrected the situation i couldn’t see the doctor. I called the insurance which took over 30 minutes call and they explained that a dispute was in placed. Sebrina I believe she a manager was uncooperative and rude. Although the rest of the staff are very nice this is the second time I have to deal with this lady Sebrina and I refuse to deal with her again

Fantastic experience: The best orthopedic doctor team I would like to highly recommend Dr. Michael Feanny as an orthopedic surgeon. I got a knee surgery last week and the experience was amazing. His team are outstanding! I was comfortable and felt I was in excellent care and in safe hands throughout my procedure. Surgery expectations was clearly explain to me in details. Post-op and I feel great!

Fantastic experience: My very first visit for left knee pain. Had knee xrays. Was seen by Dr. Ben Joseph. Knee examination. Gave my treatment options. He answered all of my questions. Fully explained my x-rays. I was given an injection of cortisone. Given instructions for physical therapy center. And made follow up appointment with him. My first impressions were possitive.

Fantastic experience: 7/19/2023 Have I seen many doctors since 2015 because of two injuries back to back. I have had to change doctors many times to seek care and answers for my injuries. Until I started getting treatment from Total Orthopedic Care, I had a lot of unanswered questions about my health, and a lot of untreated medical conditions. Since I been getting treatment from Total Orthopedics Care I feel heard. Dr. M. Kindya is one of the best doctors I had over the years. SRP

Fantastic experience: The waIt time is too long and the excuse that is always given is we are running behind and that should be acceptable but it's not. Especially when you are taking the time as your lunch break. The doctor can be late and you have to wait but if you're late you have to reschedule. How is that fair.

Fantastic experience: My experience was good,all excepted when another nurse attempted to service me instead of my primary Dr. Feeany. I had to remind her my appointment was not with her she graciously walked out the room. Dr. Feeany later attended the room and took good care of me and my needs Also the wait time to see the doctor was a bit longer than intense pated. They take your co pay and you sit for 2 hours, wasn't very happy about that.

OUTSTANDING STAFF ️️️️️ In the past years! Way back when… Some of the doctors has and have forgotten and/or gotten use to not showing the patient their X-rays, MRI results and explaining while showing what’s wrong and what needs to be done and/or what can or cannot be done back in the day, way back when. I am one of the patient that have questioned why was that. Why they have gotten away of Show & Tell the importance of patient knowing and seeing what is going on with them. They just tell you that and this, and that is it…without visuals explanations. But now here comes the blessing of one of my heart request. When I was seen by Dr. Ben Joseph. He introduced himself and showed me my X-rays films, and He started to explain ALL IN DETAILS WITH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING for me understand what exactly He is talking about regarding my medical issued. Pointing out that is this and this is that and I was at Awe with His professionalism. A long time overdue. Outstanding… “You Go Doc” An answered prayer . Because it showed me that HE Cares and HE is a Teacher to His patients. I needed that care from my doctor at Total Care Orthopaedic. Fantastic experience: I received a referral for this place from my daughters primary care physician. I was a bit nervous about going there because I saw quite a few negative reviews. However, my daughter fractured her ankle and needed to be seen asap, and I wasn’t willing to wait for a long appointment somewhere else. Even though I was hesitant, we went and to be honest we had a very good experience. Everyone at the front desk was courteous and greeted us. Her appointment was at 10 and we were called back around 10:40 but I was ok with that. The Xray tech, the doctor’s assistant that casted my daughter’s leg, even the doctor ( Dr Joseph) was pleasant. I’m not sure what office all the negative reviews were directed towards but the Pembroke Pines office we visited was really nice, I didn’t feel like we were being rushed, every thing we needed to do was explained in detail and my questions were answered. We left content. So I am writing this review for the Pembroke Pines Total Orthopedic Care office. I asked my daughter (7 y/o) how many stars to give she said 5 because they used a lot of care for her foot. I agree so five it is.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience at the appointment. The ladies in the office were very professional, courteous and warm especially the one who did my x-ray first.I think Julia. We both are cat and tea lovers. Dr. Sheik explained my diagnosis and plan of care and I feel very comfortable continuing my care there.

Fantastic experience: I didn't get to see the doctor not because of the office but for personal reasons. Contrary to some negative comments i have been reading, my experience was great. The front office personnel were very attentive and cordial. I am going back Monday I will share my experience again.

Positive experience: I have been coming to this office for over a year. When I met Dr.Hajianpour I was pleased with the service. The one thing that I do not like is his bedside manner. He is very RUDE and has no problem saying that you are overweight and that your problems stem from your weight. Although I have list a considerable amount of weight, that still comes out of his mouth. I refuse to be seen by him because of his rudeness. The office staff is phenomenal and they are the reason I will see someone else. I love the service.
