Fantastic experience: All of the Therapists are awesome! In particular Lisa on land and Rita in the pool— they both played a huge part in my recovery from TKR and I thank them for their knowledge and compassion during this time!

Fantastic experience: The best pool therapy in South Florida go get you some pool therapy and if you need any physical therapy or occupational therapy they have good set up here but I come for the pool therapy was the best in South Florida all of the staff and team members are awesome very friendly kind and courteous and professional

Fantastic experience: I did two knee replacement surgery also did my physical therapy there. I would recommend this place 100%. I presently do an exercise program there, its wonderful . I can now do things that I was unable to do before I started the program. The place is spacious and clean. All the therapies are educated in their field. Memorial is #1. I highly recommend them.

This amazing facility actually goes above and beyond to care for its patients. I was welcomed with kindness and warmth right away, which helped to create a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere. The outstanding staff of therapists at Memorial Rehabilitation was one feature that really stood out throughout my time there. I can't thank them enough, especially Lanell (Ty), who was crucial to my road to recovery. Every interaction I had with Ty shown his commitment, knowledge, and sincere interest in my well being. He took the time to comprehend my unique needs, and his individualized  approach to therapy made a big difference in my progress. Ty was an exceptional therapist with a wealth of information and skills. Ty led me through numerous workouts and treatments with a ton of patience and inspiration, always adjusting to my ability and pushing me to do more. He helped me recover by keeping an optimistic outlook and inspiring me. I genuinely thought Ty was interested in how I was doing and was committed to assisting me in regaining my strength and mobility. In addition to the therapists themselves, Memorial Rehabilitation is a wonderful example of top-notch patient care. The building is up-to-date, well-kept, and furnished with cutting-edge tools. Everyone on the staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, is kind, attentive, and really concerned about the wellbeing of each patient.

Negative experience: Es increíble lidiar con el personal de registración. El lograr el registro fue una hazaña, que tomen el teléfono otra. Te puedes demorar más de 2 horas en eso para que te atiendan. Te hacen un plan de cita sin contar contigo, si tienes otras citas de antes tienes que cancelar porque ellos no hacen el cambio. Al no ser q pierdas otra 2 horas llamando por teléfono. Las personas que atienden algunas son amables, pero la que está con El servicio telefónico es muy insensible y un poco mal humorada,por lo menos conmigo. Espero terminar estas aquí y que las próximas terapias las haga en otro lugar porque estoy muy decepcionada de del personal de apoyo y quienes hacen la programación de las citas, y que decir de Las llamadas telefónicas. HORRIBLE SERVICIO DE ENTRADA. MAGNÍFICO SERVICIO DE LOS TERAPISTAS.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for physical and Aqua therapy for the last two months and I have to say that Memorial Rehabilitation at Memorial Hospital West is simply the best ! The whole team works amazing; they are helpful, professional and caring. I'm so thankful to PT Suzanne, Cindy, Karina, Maritza for all their hard work and Marie and Rita great work on the Aqua therapy.

Positive experience: A very friendly and professional environment with attentive and very knowledgeable staff. The facility is clean well maintained and is very spacious with new modern equipment. Overall, a great environment to receive competent and caring therapy.

Negative experience: Tuve una cirugía en una mano y decidí tomar las terapias en este lugar. Al principio las terapias fueron muy buenas y el personal también. El problema comenzó cuando tuve que cancelar una cita.Esta administración están cortos de personal para las terapias ocupacionales y llame varias veces para cambiar los días de las citas y nunca tenían personal para brindarme las terapias. El acuerdo era de 8 terapias y termine cogiendo 5 nada más ya que cuando llamaba nunca me podían hacer un acuerdo después de las 5pm para coger las terapias. Me dijeron que llamara a otro hospital memorial y tampoco tenían espacio para mi. Después de varias llamadas y cancelaciones decidí no coger ninguna terapia mas en ese lugar. Fue un desastre y pérdida de tiempo para mi. Para colmo un día llegue 15 minutos tarde porque salí del trabajo antes de las cinco de la tarde para llegar a tiempo y no me pudieron atender y la host pretendía que yo cambiara la cita después del tapón horrible que había cogido. Ese día decidí no tomar más terapias con ellos, salí muy molesto y frustrado y nadie me puedo ayudar. Por último si firmas las terapias aunque no te las brinden te las cobran para que lo tengan en consideración.

Fantastic experience: We use this location for my little ones swim lessons. $120 for 8 lessons is well worth it. They have a waiting area where you can watch your child on closed circuit tv so you know how the lesson is going. Each lesson is 30 min.

Negative experience: I have been a member for over 6 years, sad to say it is not the same. most of the instructors are great. can't say the same about management since emphasis seems to be placed on Rehab, guess that's where the money lies. There are hardly any late evening classes, as a paying member in addition to being a member of the community i feel as though the schedule is not fair to all. Comments and letters to management seems to go unheard, guess that shows how much they care or i should say don't care. Hopefully some positive changes will be made in the future.

Positive experience: We go there because we have to, but we always have trouble getting registered here. They always say they are missing paperwork, even if the call you to confirm everything is fine the day before. Once in, everyone is nice. Unfortunately, they were supposed to call my husband (a cancer patient) once they found the doctor's order(which they had told us by phone they had), but it has been 1 week and we are still waiting...

Positive experience: This facility provides rehabilitation for patients, referred by their doctors, for heart and lung disease, usually after hospital discharge. They also offer paid memberships to the public to use their exercise equipment, sauna, hot tub, showers, locker rooms. Facility is clean; staff, friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that parking is inadequate to accommodate both rehab and fitness patients.

Fantastic experience: The trainers/physical therapists are encouraging and celebrate your advances in recovery. There is plenty of equipment to use and a wide variety too. There is a pool and some classes you can attend. Whether a patient or a neighbor this is a great place to get healthier.

Negative experience: We are still waiting for their call. My son was getting 30 minutes Therapy instead of 45 minutes. In the swimming pool he got 15 minutes therapy not 30 minutes because when we got there the therapist had still other patient and then he was on the phone.

Positive experience: Once again there have been major equipment breakdowns. Pool and Jacuzzi are often "out" (out right now for a week of maintenance?? repairs??). It's a shame because the place is really nice but they can't seem to get the resources to keep things working or to repair them when they break down. The soap dispenser in one of the shower stalls was broken for 3 months...I don't get it. It may be because the place is "share managed" between the rehab manager and the fitness center manager, as i understand it...This review reflects on the fitness center not the rehab services at the same center which I, fortunately, have not had to use
