Fantastic experience: My name is Yvonne Cleary, I just finished my last session today and I have nothing but great things to say about Cora in St Lucie West. Gunner, Max and Hostshal were amazing, knowledgeable, patient and kind I will truly miss them. Christine and Andrea at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful. Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the practice. They have no patient privacy and they ask you personal questions out in the open, where everyone can hear. Completely violating HIPPA regulations. They have no curtains or privacy panels to cover over the message tables. To be clear, if you lift your legs on the table everyone will literally see your "buttocks"! However, the worst part was that they don't disinfect their equipment. I was asked to step onto a table that had previously been used and it wasn't disinfected, nor the exercise ball given to me. For a medical practice, that was disgusting that they don't disinfect surfaces. I really expected a better experience from Cora PT, especially after reading so many amazing reviews. My only positive note was the young hispanic receptionist, she was very kind, professional, and polite.

Fantastic experience: Kelsey, Christine and Andrea are amazingly courteous and attentive to my needs. They are kind and very helpful. If I needed to change my schedule, they would be flexible and understanding. I would highly recommend this facility. Cora helped me achieve some of my mobility back and taught me ways to continue at home. Thank you to all.

Fantastic experience: I basically got cured, from an injury at the job, Cora got me fixed, so I could return to work, I would definitely recommend my friends and family, if in need of Physical Therapy Cora is a must

Fantastic experience: This place is great! In 2023 I broke both of my arms and had 3 surgeries to fix them. My surgeon sent me for physical therapy and I ended up here. Everyone here that helped me get my strength back and get me back to work was a caring professional. I highly recommend this place if you have been injured on the job or at your home or where ever it happened. I broke a total of 4 bones, but was able to return to work with in six months without any limitations.

Fantastic experience: During these past 5 months of my acl injury the therapists have been very supportive and helpful. The clinic manager is very friendly towards all patients I would highly recommend to go to CORA for any injury or pain that you have.

Negative experience: Horribly understaffed. Just started PT at a much better place and was told an exercise CORA instructed me to do was not recommended. Don’t waste your time or money for the intern -that needs patient interaction skills to develop- work on you and 5 other people at one time. No one is paying attention, and again, you might be instructed to do an exercise that is detrimental to your healing from Herschel or others there. The only thing they cared to know was when I would be done - I was asked each time instead of someone having the genius idea to jot it down in my chart. I never even called back and wish I would’ve went somewhere else the first time I felt this place was terrible, which was after my very first session considering the lack of attention and clear staffing issues which just seemed to get worse as the weeks went by.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Cora is professional as well as warm and welcoming. Let’s face it- you aren’t there for fun so a friendly face is always welcomed. Alan made a stressful situation much easier to get through and his professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Thanks Alan- the best!

This is the first PT office I have used that listens, cares with kindness and works to improve patient mobility, strength and pain. Negative experience: So far I’m attending to my 3rd session, and I’m definitely feeling worse than I was before I started the treatment. Also something I don’t like is that every time I come in a different person gives me the therapy and they look like kinda lost about my issues. I’m going to finish my therapy but honestly I’m really worried about my neck.

Fantastic experience: My Orthopedic Dr said I may need a knee replacement. I opted for PT with hopes of managing the pain. I had the best care at CORA. Harshal who is the clinic manager was super attentive and managed my care. Even when I was with another therapist, he monitored my care and checked on me. Gunner and Max were super. Always greeted me with a smile and truly cared about my treatment. The girls at the front desk - Christine and Andrea had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were always pleasant and helpful. I hope I do not need CORA's services in the future but if I do, I will not hesitate to go back. My knee pain is almost non existent and gets better everyday when I do the stretches and exercises recommended by the folks at CORA.

Fantastic experience: I was had a very pleasant experience at CORA/ st Lucie west. The girls at the front Desk always had a welcoming simile and were polite and helpful. My main PT was Gunner, who I thoroughly enjoyed working with. I found Monica a ray of sunshine, lots of tips to make me more successful as I progressed through the 6 weeks with them. Fantastic experience: The attention I received from the technicians was very good, although I still have discomfort in the trapezius and deltoid but I have improved. I am not fluent in the language and I received great support from everyone, mainly from Ms. Andrea, the secretary, who helped me a lot. Fantastic experience: Cora Physical therapy has been a Godsend for me! I have chronic pain from a degenerative disc disorder in my neck that was simply unmanageable. ALL of the physical therapists and staff at Cora, gave me back my quality of life! Their compassion, empathy, and professionalism, made me look forward to each visit! Particularly, the expertise & care of Clinic Manager, Harshal who always gave me 100%, Harshal taught me tools to carry on my therapy at home. His explanation of exercises was always followed up with motivation and such care! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Christine and Andrea, I knew I was in good hands. Fantastic experience: The CORA team helped me reach my rehabilitation goals and saved my summer after a quad tendon rupture knee surgery. The entire staff was courteous and professional. While I rehabbed with numerous staff members. A special thanks to Steven, Brion and a special stretching device they called a knee flexionater. Steven and Biron worked with me when I first started PT when the pain was intense and the road ahead seemed long. Their coaching, guidance and exercises helped me to regain trust in the knee and allowed me to work the knee harder in therapy and at home. I would highly recommend CORA for your physical therapy needs.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. My uncle had a stroke and was referred to have physical therapy here at Cora in St. lucie west. For weakness on his left side. My uncle got instructions on what his therapy will help him with (strength, movement, etc.) and was explained the therapy he would go through by his Doctor. The day of his appointment at Cora, he had therapist Peter, which started doing a basic therapy that my uncle had already done elsewhere. My uncle proceeded to explain what his DR. instructed him on what he needed to work on therapy wise at Cora, and peter would not listen to his concerns and told him if he wants more therapy he needs to go to LA Fitness., that is no way to talk to someone trying to better their disability! Peter proceeded to put my uncle on therapy machines he wanted to do on him (not what my uncle needed) and left him for 45mins!! Never checked on him and was not attentive. Very disappointed in the service here.

Negative experience: There hours no good

Positive experience: Disgusted with double billing ins paid 285.00 per visit I paid my 25.00 Co pay. Yet billed for days I did not go. Pls stop billing me

Fantastic experience: I’ve been confined to a wheelchair for 7-8 years, I’ve been coming to Cora SLW for about 8 weeks. I’ve been working with Steven and Brion most of the time. For the first time in a long while, I am able to stand up on a walker. Thank you Steven and Brion for encouraging me and pushing me to this point.

Fantastic experience: The service that I received at Cora is excellent the 2 young ladies at the front counter Kaila and D'Erica are so friendly great customer service they address me by name everytime without me telling me my name. I mainly worked with 2 PT's Brion and Steven they're excellent they explain the excercise and the purpose of what I was doing. Great service I would highly recommend this location. Today I worked with Harshal and as I said excellent service and he explain what how I can do other exercises at home. everyone that I came in contact at Cora at SLW was excellent. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My 12 physical therapy sessions at Cora Physical Therapy were great and the exercises helped me immensely!!!! Harshal is so knowledgeable ...personable...friendly and a wonderful person. ...he explained my condition fully and all thru the sessions he continued to advise me on it as to problems I'd been having. From the receptionists Dee and Kaila always returned calls and never kept me waiting and both very sweet. Brion was also fantastic and helped me soo much.....met with him and Harshal the most but also had Steven once and he was great too. I would highly recommend this facility as top notch because of the people here. Very caring.....I noticed their care for others too and noted exceptional care to them as well.

Fantastic experience: 2/24/23 ... I crash on the Sasslong Downhill, Val Gardenia Italy. 56 thinking I was 26, moving along at 49 MPH… Bump, wahoo, crash! I laid on the cold snow stunned, helpless and shattered. On 3/23/23, ACL repair as well as other issues performed by Dr. Kevin Kessler in Boca Raton, he repairs me and sends orders to CORA next to my house for PT. At CORA Herschel evaluates me and begins my care, Brion (Brian) also cares for me during rehab. Hershel becomes my caregiver and healer, my motivator and coach. He is hard not to love… Because he cares. I have a few months of recovery left at CORA, it matters not who I see so much here anymore, this organization has awesome professional therapist and will get you set up on Med Bridge… get you onto your recovery, like mine! Natasha and the office staff are flexible and super nice, be nice back. This place schedules about 12-15 days out. I cannot say enough good things about CORA…. They are healing me, one day at a time.

Negative experience: This place is understaffed and has a very high turnover. None of the physical therapist stay there which is very suspicious - they all quit. Corporate office can care less. This place is super unorganized. They over load the schedule and there’s only one or two therapist in there!! The new manager here, Hershel. He is extremely arrogant and judgmental. He’s also a bully to women and children. My godson went there and he made him cry because he was so abrupt with him and demanding - and he was very demeaning to his mother. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: How do you offer an 8am therapy appointment and call to say there's no therapist available 7:33am...the morning of the appointment? When I'm already on the highway headed to the appointment! Do BETTER!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Cora for months now after having 2 Total Knee Replacements and i can’t rave “ENOUGH” about the people that work there and their concern to get u where u need to be! Especially Stacy!! She is my coach & cheerleader! Someone who truly LOVES what she does and it shows!! Amari is spot on with his assessments and needs of the patient! He helped “WAKE UP” my sleeping quads post op ! Then there is Amanda, Emily, Carrie! Just an amazing team that greets you warmly when u arrive!! Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this Saint Lucie West office as all the therapists and staff are warm and welcoming. One therapist stands out to me is Stacey. Not only is she positive and upbeat; she is genuinely concerned about my health progress. I noticed she is the same with other patients, too. She is also very knowledgeable in her field and answers any questions I have concerning my condition. While doing therapy she is caring and asks how I’m feeling and she makes sure I’m on track. Negative experience: I have to update my previously 5 star review after my experience in January 2023. This location had a complete employee turnover - there ended up being no continuity of care because of this. They started over-booking to the point where I did not feel like I was getting the attention I needed to help me recover from surgery. I can no longer recommend. I left at the beginning of February, so hopefully they are able to manage the staff and appointments better in the future. **older review** I've been to this location for several months this year regarding my knees. Currently going to facilitate recovery after knee replacement. I've had good experiences with all the techs, but I can tell you there is something special about Stacey. She has the best attitude - always positive and encouraging. She'll definitely push you past the point of comfort when she needs to in order to facilitate your recovery, But her smile, positive attitude, and general sparkle are infectious. If you ever have a day where you feel down, and anyone with a long recovery will, she will lift you right back up and remind you of all the progress you've made. I appreciate her so much and can't think of anyone I'd rather have on my side during this (sometimes arduous) journey!

Fantastic experience: The most professional physical therapy I’ve ever had and I’ve had many sessions on Long Island for other surgery.The therapists constantly challenged me to get the optimal results. There was always a care plan which I was part of. It saddened me to have to go back home to Long Island. I’m going to see if I can find someone to measure up! Fantastic experience: A great overall experience. All of the PT assistants are helpful on the day to day activities and addressing the needs of my broken leg and strengthening everything again. At the 6 week mark from starting PT with them most of my flexibility is back in both my ankle and knee and were simply working on building strength at this point.

Fantastic experience: When I entered CORA in May, I was still in a boot after my ankle surgery. An assessment was done and I was asked about my expectations. When I expressed my desire to eventually return to the wrestling mat, I was told that it was possible, but hard work and patience would be required. The team (Christine, Amanda and Stacey) has applied the right amount of pressure/push to help me reach my goal. They do a good job of monitoring how much I push myself, so that I don't do too much, too soon.

Positive experience: I did have some improvement with my knee, but not a lot. I was compliant and doing my exercise at home too. At Cora, the therapists are tending to lots of patients at once. They are overbooked. It’s not the therapists fault, it’s whoever is running the place. You don’t get a lot of one on one care becuase there are lots of people being seen at once so they bounce back and forth. Another issue I had was I was constantly asking if I owed money and kept being told no. Because I didn’t see much improvement I switched to a different physical therapy office where I have already gained a lot of strength and pain reduction. Imagine my surprise about a month into having switched to receiving a bill for nearly $400. Totally not cool. The front desk, Dr. Amaury and Christine, everyone I encountered was super nice. But the individualized care was not there.

Fantastic experience: Cora Physical Therapy Center on St Lucie West Blvd has the most amazing and caring staff. From the time you walk in they treat you as if your the President of the USA. I came in broken and could barely walk, in a short period of time they had me using most of the equipment. If you are in need of rehab I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My therapy experience has been top notch! The staff here is very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond. From the time you walk-in and are greeted with smiles they make you feel as if your progress is theirs! Stacy was wonderful make sure you see her!

Fantastic experience: All the therapists are excellent. They listen and then apply a deft touch. The center is clean and well run. (But please think about that blue paint and fluorescent lights straight in your eyes.) All the Cora folks are good at what they do and I was much much better after their treatment.

Fantastic experience: I started my physical therapy in hopes to avoid surgery from a torn rotator cuff. . I put myself in the staffs hands to strengthen my shoulder and give me the range of motion I had prior to my injury. When I called, I was greeted professionally by the receptionist and was given an appointment easily. The physical therapists at this faculty truly cared about my recovery. A special thank you to Stacey who always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my exercises and was succeeding at getting better. Sol, another therapist was as good as Stacey. She was truly concerned that I was getting better and she also made me very comfortable. The third therapist, Grady was always there to help me when I needed him and always treated me well. I had employed thousands of people in my lifetime and I know how difficult it is to find good employees. This place has 3 great therapists and I admire how well they all work so well together. They are always asking each other if they need assistance. CORA is well oiled clock and the place runs perfectly. I would never consider any other physical therapists other than Cora St. Lucie West. And my shoulder is so much better! Thank you Stacey, Sol and Grady!!

Fantastic experience: Five star service at Cora physical therapy in Saint Lucie West. Very personable experience!!! The wait was never long, Appointment time and changes were accommodating. Everyone was on point. If we didn’t get to see our normal PT. The therapist we had would partner with the PT we have been working with to ensure proper exercises were taking place to rebuild strength in the correct area. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place to recover from an injury! PSC z and Brittnay were very helpful and wonder with scheduling! Physical therapist Sol was amazing, knowledgeable and knows how to make you push yourself to recover and be better! I will only use Cora for physical therapy from now on.

Despite getting worked to the max when I come in (which is exactly what is needed), coming to Cora is one of the highlights of my week. If your looking for an office to get healthy at, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the staff. They treat you as if your family. I transferred from another Cora location and SLW is my favorite. The patients get along so well as well. Its truly an amazing business.

Fantastic experience: Cora Physical Therapy is the best place in Port St.Lucie West. Starting from the first day when Brittany call me to schedule my first consultation visit.When I walk in everyone was friendly and caring.Stacey became my therapist and what a wonderful and great therapist she is.Always polite friendly with me.I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.Even when Stacey was busy with other clients her co workers would always come around to help me with another exercise.Wonderful team workers. Cora keep doing the great work you all do.Thank you Stacey and rest staff for making my shoulder feel alot better.

Fantastic experience: Within my first appointment I felt comfortable and walked out feeling better than the day before. The staff is fun and friendly to the point I wanted to come back every day! The equipment was always sanitized and clean. All of the exercises were strengthening, but never too hard and the the staff always made sure I wasn't hurting. I would definetly come back!

Fantastic experience: This was the first time that I have had to go through physical therapy and I have now gone for almost 2 months. I'm amazed how diligent all the staff there are to help and are friendly, no matter how busy it can get there. When you first get there you are greeted by Brittany Grant and Zuleika Ayala, both ladies are very friendly and patient. They never get tired of when I request a print out for my upcoming appointments and they always have a smile when I arrive and leave. They make sure that everyone is welcomed and keep things going. I have been very lucky to meet and work with the PTAs, Stacey Worley and Solange Garcia. These ladies have been amazing and I can not stress this. They are not only diligent and attentive, but they are knowledgeable, personable and professional. Both Stacey and Solange have been a pleasure to work with and I greatly appreciate how creative they've been in personalizing my physical and vestibular therapy. They have offered and suggested realisitc ideas on activities I can do when I am not there to continue working on getting better. I have been fortunate to work with them and believe that these two ladies have been the reason I've been able to make strides and also ensure that I'm getting the right treatment that is addressing my issues. I've had a few setbacks or have pushed myself a bit too much, and both ladies were encouraging, understanding and patient with me. This has allowed me to keep my spirits up and continue to move forward and find the boundaries of my limits as I continue to heal. Both Stacey and Solange pay attention to what I'm doing and ensure that I do not plateau/become stagnant in my progress. They will push a person the right amount in challenging themselves but will not over do it. They continue to check in with a person and gauge how a person is doing, even when working with someone else. I've also been lucky to meet three of the men that work there as well, however I have not been able to be consistent enough in working with them to give them a true review. I can say off my experience that I personally have had a wonderful experience and would recommend this facility and definitely Stacey and Solange to anyone that is needing to go for work conditioning and physical therapy.
