They taught me safer and more efficient body mechanics and didn’t miss a moment to coach and support when I started to falter. Fantastic experience: I was in treatment for a messed up ankle in summer of 2023. I found Tom and his team to be excellent providers! Extremely knowledgeable and kind people. My ankle issues have resolved as a result of the PT sessions and at-home exercises recommended by Tom as well as have the hip issues that resulted after having been in a walking cast for several months (Tom suggested things for me to do on my own to help my hips). I highly recommend this PT practice!!

Fantastic experience: Patrick and his staff at QPH performed a thorough evaluation, diagnosed my back problem, and devised and implemented an effective treatment regimen. During a month of visits, Patrick methodically increased my range of motion, improved my endurance, and toned my muscles. Most importantly, my pain was eliminated. Without the treatment I would not have been able to complete a lengthy boating voyage.

I attended 3 times a week over about 12 weeks, and their services were always the same no matter what therapist was treating me. Everyone, from Sarah at reception to Tom, Holly and Michelle, made everyone feel welcome, and each generating extremely high levels of positive energy. The smaller size location made interacting with everyone easy to the point that I felt like I was part of a family. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and had a free evaluation which had been advertised. I feel it was a thorough evaluation and was not pressured in any way regarding follow up physical therapy visits. I was informed of some areas that could benefit from physical therapy...and if I wanted a prescription for my primary doctor if I chose to persue some physical therapy.

Tom has the experience, knowledge and charisma that is really needed in physical therapy. He is the only one I would think of for my physical therapy. I have had knee surgery, back surgery and right shoulder surgery, so I speak from my experiences going to Quality Performance Rehab.
