Fantastic experience: Premier Wellness Center has been instrumental in restoring and making me physically Whole. I initially came here and received great facials, full body massages, and some body sculpting. . . I was later in a major vehicle accident, and required Shoulder Surgery followed by A recovery plan. The lobby and the aquarium is so inviting. The reception staff always cheerful. Dr. Jensen and Dr. Castro evaluated me for the best recovery and then the physical therapy staff just to name a few, Dago, Nick, and then the Marvelous Mr. Mike who was instrumental in taking me to an improved level of recovery. Thank you, Premier you are a “TOTAL” and amazing wellness Center. I can now go back to enjoying activities with an improved range of motion.

Fantastic experience: This is Chuck Rapier using Alison's account to review Wellness Center. I use the one on US 1 in Port St. Lucie. Service here has been very professional. While Dr. Horne has diagnosed and treated my problem, all of his staff from the front desk to all the techs have worked hard with him to get me well. Who could or would ask for more? Five stars may not be enough.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible difference in the therapy provided from the expert professionals at Premier Wellness compared to another PT clinic I attended. First, Dr. Hunter is so knowledgeable. He focuses on the individual and developed treatment specific to my needs. The PT assistants are also very skilled and experienced, especially Mike. All the staff have the demeanor and patience necessary to work in this type of setting. And the clinic is beautiful and very clean.

Negative experience: I have gone to PREMIER Wellness for over a year in US1. I paid out of pocket and paid $35 a visit after paying for the initial visit- most of the time going weekly. They closed this location, cancelled my on going appointment by voicemail and when I tried to make an apt for tradition they told me the cost is now $60 a visit because it is more expensive in this zip code. Does this make sense because they closed a location? I was a regular client. I liked Dr Jensen. It is a shame that the didn’t grandfather in their faithful clients- but now make it unaffordable for their old clients. What happened to client wellness being a priority?

Dr Jensen Dr Hunter and Dr Steele are best at what they do and go above and beyond helping my husband and I with multiple pain issues along with convenience of chiropractic and pt under 1 roof. Fantastic experience: During my visit here from the UK I needed urgent attention on my back and came across these guys. They have been amazing and professional through the whole journey. Dr Jensen and his staff got me back to normal without putting me through even more pain through each treatment. From the minute I arrived to leaving, all members of staff were outstanding and polite. Fantastic experience: Have been to both old Tradition office and Rt1 office and cannot wait for my 1st visit to the new Tradition office on Village Parkway. Dr's. Jensen and Wherle are the absolute best in their field. The message therapists are awesome as well as the PT therapists. The front desk personnel keep everything running smoothly and everyone has been absolutely pleasant to deal with. Easy scheduling, warm and welcoming environment. I practically enjoy being in need of an adjustment ;-)

Dr. Mattis explained everything in detail before I made switch to them and all the way through my therapy for my cervical neck fusion.

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate enough to find Alma Goldstein. She is amazing beyond words. My husband has been receiving acupuncture for 10 years and finding her when we relocated was a blessing. We both receive treatment with her and it has helped us both to be able to live with minimal pain. She makes the whole session about giving you maximum treatment.

Fantastic experience: We recently started to get treatment here after a bad car crash. So super impressed. Our Dr. Mattis takes the time to fully explain our course of treatment. Even if we are just in for massage therapy & stim he always makes sure to check on us. The office staff is very courteous and are on top of their game. Our massage therapists always have some fun things to talk about which is comforting to my 14 year old, as she is in pain and apprehensive. So if your seeking a great, caring, educated and professional place to get treated; I highly recommend Premier Wellness Center in Tradition. ☺

Fantastic experience: Dr. Horne is, hands down, the most professional, kind, and courteous doctor I’ve ever been treated by. You are NOT just a patient here, you are an individual. He goes above and (way) beyond to make you feel comfortable. On the therapy side, Chris and Josh are as good as it gets. In a little over 3 weeks, I’ve seen a 300% motion increase as a result of the combined therapy and chiropractic efforts undertaken at this office. The girls up front couldn’t be any nicer. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Premier wellness Center about 10 years ago when I had hurt my shoulder. I recently went In 2018 for almost an entire year to rehab my leg and my back. Their experience, knowledge and professionalism is far from what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bill Jensen and his staff.

Negative experience: Dr. HORN EXCELLENT. Providing medical reports LOUSY! Finished there over 4 month now and our lawyer are actually still waiting for our records. 2 stars but trust just one. No consideration for your time, fast to scold you if you miss an appointment or if your late! Find another place where you will receive all attention and not half asked Attention.
