Fantastic experience: Fantastic from intake to discharge. Hurt my Knee. Swelling with pain. X-rayed, exam injection with follow up appt with Doctor quickly. As a former nurse this place is a well oiled machine with polite staff , extremely organized and efficient. Andrea PA was thorough professional and the injection was hardly felt. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: I had a problem, but it was not with the doctor. The receptionist at the desk told me false statements when I arrived. She said the doctor would not be able to administer any injections. That is what I came for. She was not very polite, but instead talked very rudely. I was happy to see the doctor because in fact he did give me an injection which I really needed and appreciate. I think the big problem with your company is the people you hire for receptionist. They need to learn to be kind to everyone with a nice kind voice. I believe that it is very important for a company to keep good people communicating with the public As they come into the doctors office. I hope this information will help you and your company.

Fantastic experience: I was in a great deal of pain when I arrived after injuring my back. The staff was very professional. Took care of checking me in and I was seen after a short wait. Ted Feldman the PA-C who took care of me was excellent. He listened to my problem, examined my x rays and came up with a treatment plan. Although still having some pain it is significantly better and I am thankful. Have some follow up with the Doctor as well as Physical therapy. I am grateful for the relief. Highly recommend the South Orthopedic walk in for ortho emergency.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Experience at the Walk In Clinic Yesterday January 11,2024. Staff on first floor were quick and friendly, x-ray upstairs and consultation with Ted Feldman. Ted is an impressive clinician, very engaged and inquisitive on examination. A simple 8 inch wide Ace style wrap really helped. Staff scheduled a followup appointment at the checkout desk. My time In and Out was less than an hour. Thanks Ted (and Staff) !!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at the S. Florida Orthopedic Center walk-in clinic yesterday. There was no waiting time. The nurse who interviewed me was friendly and helpful. I had x-rays taken. My doctor, Dr. Ted Feldman, was easy-going and friendly and discovered my problems quickly. He gave me distinct Instructions on how to handle my calcific tendonitis. PT exercises and meloxicam. I was very relieved to identify my muscular pain.

Fantastic experience: Went to the South Florida Orth walk in to get my ankle looked at. The staff was professional and thorough. I have peace of mind now after having my X-rays read and shown to me that I don’t have a fracture but only strained ligaments. I was given some exercises to do at home as well as an ankle brace to use for a small copayment. I would recommend the South Florida Orthopedic walk in clinic to anyone that needs quick care for sprains and strains.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Feldman was awesome! I figured I was going to be told I was crazy as an xray didn't show any problem but I was in excruciating pain and I have a very high tolerance. He was thorough and figured out what the problem was.. who would have thought " tennis" elbow ( or as my husband calls it " garden" elbow) could hurt so much. He gave me lots of information, didn't make me feel dumb and set me on a path to recovery. Although it was a horrifying drive to get there... soooo glad I went! THANK YOU DR. FELDMAN!

Fantastic experience: I had fallen the day before and didn’t want to go to the hospital ER due to the excessive time. I had gone to the orthopedic walk-in clinic where I was met with quick and professional assistance. I was in and out with a knee brace within 90 minutes and they did the legwork with getting a follow up appointment within the following week. The doctor was professional and presented very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Andrea McGannon PA-C way very professional. She prescribed a Methylpred 4MG PAK EPI. After taking my first pills before breakfast's at 6:00 am. At 9 o’clock when I had my first break at work, I went to sit down for 15 minutes. When I stood up and started to walk, I did not have excruciating pain. I am so thankful for her diagnosis for me.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a leg/hip injury & after X-rays was treated with cortisone shot. Woke up the next day & realized I was no longer limping. Pain was gone as I was told it would within a day or too. Im happy!!!

Damien took the time and thoroughly diagnosed my condition. He provided the medical treatment which allowed me to walk out pain free. I am now on the road to recovery thanks to SFO&SM and PA-C Damien Holschwander.

Positive experience: Update from 1 to 4 starts for now. Happy to report that they called after seeing the review and fixed the situation. Will report after PT is completed. Old review: Walk-in clinic has great reviews. For the PT place upstairs, please reconsider who you have as the scheduling lady on the phone and in the upstairs office, who blamed me and did not give me an alternative solution. They did not offer a wait or cancellation list. You must get a referral from one of their doctors. I waited a week and got the orders properly, only to be told by the same lady upstairs and on the phone, that the orders were no good there since they were 'fully booked' and my orders are 'no good since by then they will have expired'. She wasted my family’s, the doctor's, and my time. If they are fully booked, they should not schedule me with their doctor to get their in-house orders. The upstairs PT scheduling lady did not offer a solution as she blamed me and sent me to the premier place up the street, which does not yet accept bcbs. Horrible service from this lady and no empathy.

Fantastic experience: My injury involves one of my upper extremities and I am still very limited as my visit was less thab 24 hrs ago, so please consider this when reading my reciew. With that said, I could not ask for a better experience with a medical professional of any background like the one I had with Ted Feldman, PA-C, of the Ortho Injury Walk-in Clinic at their Tradition location (his Medical Assistant and the office staff were wonderful too). All the necessary xrays were takes, and he performed as much as a comprehensive function test as one could ask for. The latter also describes the extent of his care. He couldn't have been more thorough, and this included doing EVERYTHING to ensure that every aspect of my aftercare was addressed from healing & maintenance to my follow-up appointment (adequate medication rx and OTC advice, complete instructions as to everything to do with respective injured body part, how & when to position when wearing or not wearing brace incl. throughout the day & evening, specific home exercises, etc.). In general, he couldn't have been more concise whilst having an excellent 'bedside manner' too). I wish I could have written a better review to display the proficiency level of care that I was given I'm every respects, but it's next to impossible to do so given the pain that I am still experiencing at the moment (my pain is currently exasperated by other areas not relevant to this situation; only God could make it more tolerable without the use of opiates, which I'm thankful were not t part of my prescription). I know through his assessment and by diligently following his guidance that I can look forward to the best recovery possible!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience at this office. I suffered a foot injury, used this walk in clinic the next day. After a little paperwork, I got my x-ray. Saw the PA not long after with results and treatment plan. I probably was in and out in just over an hour. Happy to have this type of office nearby.

Fantastic experience: Visited the walk-clinic with back pain. The wait was less than fifteen minutes. The desk staff, nurse, x-ray tech and PA were all very helpful. The PA reviewed the x-rays with me pointing out issues that are causing my pain. He gave me exercises to do, told me to continue NSAIDs, and set up a follow up appointment.

They took me in right away, knowing that the office closed at 5 PM I thought they would turn me away. Dr. Demarco, took his time and explained the process.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at South Florida Ortho walk-in clinic. Originally I was going to go to the ER for my severe shoulder pain but I decided to come to the clinic instead. I am so glad I did. Reception was efficient. The nurse who took all my info was very sweet and kind. The x-ray department was quick and thorough. My PA TED was wonderful. He explained all my x-rays in detail. Diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do and a shot in my shoulder. I left feeling so relieved that it wasn’t something more serious. My shoulder is starting to feel better. He told me it would take a few days before the shot fully works. If you have an ortho problem and need to be seen quickly give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I went to Walk-in at South Florida Orthopedics for a pinched nerve in my neck. I waited about an hour which in my opinion is great for a walk-in. Desk staff were very polite and the medical technician who brought me to the room was very knowledgeable and kind. I saw Paul Avidon and received excellent care from him. I previously had an MRI of my neck and he explained the images in detail very clearly. He made eye contact, let me ask questions and listened to me. I felt very safe and not rushed at all. We agreed together on a treatment plan. Excellent, excellent care!

Fantastic experience: Ted was wonderful at the So Fla Ortho walk in clinic. I had a spiral fracture of my ankle. He was caring, knowledgable, and prescribed a course of treatment for the break. I highly recommend Ted and Lisa. They care.
