Fantastic experience: Hayley Mayfield is the bomb. Absolutely the best. I’ve been having issues with my shoulder even after surgery but thanks to Mrs.Mayfield I have been getting better. Don’t let her young age fool you, like it did me. She knows her stuff and cares about the people she treats.

Fantastic experience: Inpatient was amazing especially after the accident I had. I spent 14 days after the accident and then 15 more days after surgery and the nurses aids were amazing and very helpful. The nurses were very attentive to my needs during all shifts. I cannot say enough about the physical therapy development, Occupational Department and Speech Therapy.... Wow! Javier Franco

Hi Cynthia. This is the Hendrick Health Patient Relations team. It’s so good to see you had a positive experience with our team at the Hendrick Center for Rehabilitation.
Negative experience: Great nurses and therapy staff however there should be some improvements made when it comes to keeping the patient informed about their discharge plans. Decisions were made about the discharge with no input from the patient, case manager was not helpful at all when it came to outpatient services. Maybe some sensitivety training and understanding that although she does this every day, her patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Fantastic experience: My mother is currently at the rehab center now and we are so happy with not only the staff, but the facility itself. The staff makes this place and are extremely important to your success. We won't think twice if we ever need a rehab center again. You guys are doing a GREAT job!!!!

Positive experience: Physical therapy is great but the front sliding door sounds horrible. It's been noisy for weeks. You'd think they'd fix it.

Fantastic experience: Took extremely great care of my dad. Very clean. Wonderful people. Looks like a really nice hotel on the inside.
