Fantastic experience: I lived here for many years, the staff is great to me, we have fun in here. This place is home to many and we get treated like family.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous when I first came in but the staff put me at ease. The food is good. My roommate is great. The staff is nice to me. I can't wait for me to be able to move around therapy is really helping with that. I can say I'm getting good care.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer the nurse is great. The food is good not missing any meals.This is my second time at this place. Bobby the maintenance guy are my great buddy. Sonya the front desk lady is very funny and cool. Chris the CNA is a cool dude.

It seems like there may have been changes in management and administration because my experience didn’t match the negative feedback. My name is Rayna Catone about year ago I was transferred to St Pete rehabilitation and nursing facility for Diabetes control and neorothapy.my a1c was 11 and could not walk was discharged still barely walking and my a1c was still @10.8. because I was denied SSI that forced my insurance to stop.Due my insurance and a1c no other facility would accept me. PLEASE if you have a love One think twice.Dont I repeat Don't use this facility.There are other facility to choose from.

Fantastic experience: St. Petersburg Nursing Rehab has an amazing Nursing, Rehab, Dietary, and over all staff. Great place for your love ones. I brought a love one there and he was at his lowest point and this place got him back to him self. The staff is outstanding . Great team work.

Negative experience: The residents receive minimal care. The meals are disgusting, and special requests are rarely accepted. The buzzers aren't answered in a timely manner, usually not at all. There's no one here today to answer the door or the phone. I've called several times. It's scary and frustrating.

Fantastic experience: The facility sits in the middle of a neighborhood in the historic Northeast Saint Petersburg, where right up the street and around the corner part of the movie "Magic Mike" was filmed, and are our very own HR director's family were the owners of the establishment at that time. We have a young energetic staff waiting to serve the needs of our clients. A dedicated Therapy Department to handle all your rehabilitation needs. The Nursing Department is second to none. Dietary Department is making home cooked meals each day for our residents and the Environmental Services Department comes in early and leaves late everyday to make sure the building is up to snuff. So come on in and check us out here St. Pete Nursing and Rehab.

Fantastic experience: This place is under new management and you can see the change within the building. It’s clean and smells good, the food is good and improved so much, the staff is kind and friendly they now look happy to be at work, and the residents the are happy well taken care of and treated like family. The turnaround of this place is absolutely amazing.

Positive experience: Small facility with a great family atmosphere great staff and patient care is awesome administration is wonderful the director of nursing and administrator is very caring and understanding very good facility.

Negative experience: The facility is horrible and disgusting. Extremely dirty I’ve witnessed roaches in patients rooms. The facility smells horrible. 90% of the good reviews about this facility are from the staff as well as the Jewish owners. Staff is extremely rude I wouldn’t even send a pet squirrel to this place. Utterly disgusted. If I could 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: This place is very smelly, dirty and staff is not on point with their clients, they clients roam around with no supervision, my mom room was nasty, she was in a pee smelled bed and my mom doesn't pee at all due to her kidneys. They didn't give her meds on time. Gave me the wrong tray of food for her. They are very unorganized and need to be shut down.

Negative experience: Lazy staff, facility is nasty with roaches. Food horrible, served cold, linens are rarely changed, bathrooms are disgusting.

Positive experience: This building has done a complete turn around within the past few months. I have a grandparent in this facility and the way the staff is so attentive in answering her needs in a timely manner is amazing. From leadership all the way down to the critical care staff each staff member has greeted her with kindness and open arms. In the beginning i was skeptical about placing her in a skilled nursing facility as no one wants to do so to their loved one, but i am happy with her placement and so grateful that it’s here. Therapy staff has played a huge part in her stay thus far and she’s came such a long way the past few months. Thank you so much St Pete nursing and rehab for making this such an easy transition for her. I really appreciate it !!!

Negative experience: The staff sux they dont care about the patients. They left me to suffer tonite without my pain meds. My pain level is off the charts and noone seems to care. Also the food isnt that good. Not sure how they got positive review they dont deserve it.

Negative experience: I don’t understand why we send goodies to our friends who are in this facility, and they have to wait so long to get it. Days go by, and they still have not received anything. Worse than a prison.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible! I am not sure the way some of the people live if they comment this place is clean. You wanna see real photos from this place I'll show you some. This place is Dirty, has bugs, and when people say they don't answer lights they aren't lying my mother fell trying to get to the bathroom one night and laid yelling on the floor for over an hour with her light on and all. I literally do not know how this place is open. Jillian was my mother's saving grace she is the best nurse ever. Do not absolutely do not send your loved ones here!!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best facilities in Florida. Do not let the other irrelevant reviews from disgruntled people lead you away. One of the most important people in a facility to care is the administrator and the administrator at this facilities really does. There will always be good and not so good people at any job, but if you ever have anything to say the administrator will listen. That’s invaluable. Place is really clean and kept up, staff is courteous and cares.

Negative experience: To start of the picture of the website is not what's in the building, my husband was brought their and when I got their it smelled of mold ,dirty no ac people in the hall walls just sitting in their wheeled chairs just plan nasty please if anyone has to be their get them out no rating for them I had put something to leave a review that place should be shut down

Negative experience: MUST READ!!! 47 YEAR OLD MALE TESTIMONY 100% TRUE!. Definitely wish I could give them minus everything. I had to go there for extended antibiotics from a back infection. They did not even provide me with a pillow the first day. The food was cold very small portions very very Bland. And these are the good points the other patient in my room that slept by the window continue to shut that window AC unit off so all night long I was Dripping sweat because he couldn't keep his hands off of it. I have never met a more rude staff. Other than Melody the social worker, and Joe the head male nurse and maybe two or 3 nursing staff, everybody should be fired!! And that's putting it mildly, they actually need Criminal charges filed against them. I could not sit up in bed because of my back infection and they would come to the foot of my bed , in the middle of the night with Tylenol and hold it over the foot of my bed and make me sit up to grab the medicine . I had to struggle just to sit up and get the Tylenol from them!. They would not bring it alongside my bed and hand it to me like a regular patient with a cup of water. The nurses would sit in wheelchairs wrapped in blankets in the hallway at night watching their iPad movies and not acknowledging called lights or anything from a patient . I made my way out into the hallway and ask the nurse a question she would not even look up from her iPad wrapped in her blanket would not even acknowledge me . She would just sit there and stare at her show. It was like something that you would see on Dateline exposed except I was living it. Nurses would be walking down the hallway singing rap music to the top of their lungs while I was trying to sleep. I could not believe the unprofessionalism the horrible bedside manner and the bottom of the barrel treatment that I received from this staff.. Definitely you are treated like a hostage. After 2 days I filed like seven grievances against them then signed out a.m.a. and walked down the road with a spinal infection, just to get away from the facility. After the weekend I went to Tampa General and got proper treatment. Just word to the wise do your research. I felt like Jack Nicholson in the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. I felt myself going crazy that was two days imagine a couple months.

Fantastic experience: Noticing that I was the youngest there I didnt feel like a outkast . The employees did there job and at the end of the day it wasnt so bad. Except for the residents BOY HAHAHA

Negative experience: It was horrible. I was in a double room. My roommate and I got along very well, and were treated the same by the staff. Horrible. Our room has a button to push to call a nurse. I cannot remember a nurse ever responding fast. Most of the time, when a nurse responded to the call button, you were lucky if was than 30 minutes. Other times, nurses never came at all. Several nurses have very bad attitudes. The topper of my 7 day stay was that they refused to give me my diabetic pills. My blood glucose reading was edging up to 200. With my medication I’m right around 125-130. Food was not good. I just got out their today not because I got any better, but because I couldn’t stand it any longer. I could put up with the bad food but not the surly attitudes that the nurses that saw me had. To sum it up, I FELT MORE LIKE A HOSTAGE THAN A PATIENT. I only wish that I could give the facility a minus star rating. Before you go anywhere, check their reputation online.

Negative experience: My aunt was there briefly in 2014. I can not recommend it at all, for any reason. Too much confusion by nursing staff and management. Night time calls for nurse to room were never, and I mean never, answered. My mother cried the whole time her sister was there and we were glad to get her out and to a better center.
